• Elizabeth (10/5): Absolutely will return here when I need to be near the airport. - It was great value and everything was beyond my expectations: friendly staff, nice fresh decor. Excellent beds and rooms. Very quiet. It’s right across from the airport which is why I chose it because of an early flight, so it was convenient, but it’s not a beautiful area.

• Richard (1/5): Ban little kids hockey teams and their parents. - Location, price. There were little kids hockey teams staying there. The parents were the rudest pricks and the kids were the most obnoxious there coul ever be. They were rude to the staff, noisy, jumping on the furniture in the lobby and generally being spoiled entitled brats. The parents and coaches did absolutely nothing to get and keep them under control. A letter from the hotel to their league would be in order as well as an absolute ban for any future stays in the facility or any other hotel in the Buffalo area would be appropriate.

• Ttaylo3 (8/5): Solid stay, close to the airport - Stayed for a night, when seeing a show downtown. Easy to access. Free parking. Reasonable rates. Check in staff was incredibly friendly. Quiet rooms with black out blinds. Great room lay out, wider than narrower.

From start to finish, they were so helpful and kind, we will absolutely be staying in the future. The parking availability while traveling with airport shuttle is a no brainer. Excellent job all!

• MelM310 (8/5): Had a great time here - We stayed here as we are from Canada and had an early morning flight booked with Jet Blue. Our flight was fully cancelled in the middle of the night, so we couldn’t go on our trip. Stayed a second nighand both nights the kids enjoyed the pool, pool table and playing scrabble in the lobby. The staff was so nice and also funny and entertaining. Would definitely stay here again. Shout out to Daisy and Mercedes for being so helpful and sweet! Would have been nice if there were a couple More games in the lobby

• francescasE7428JH (4/5): Improper pool maintenance - We were guests at your hotel for two nights and, overall, expected a safe and enjoyable experience. On January 30th, my daughters used the swimming pool, and it became immediately clear that the chlorine level was extremely high. One of my daughter’s blue bathing suits turned yellow after being in the pool. More concerning, my younger daughter experienced significant eye irritation, her eyes were burning to the point that she cried for over half an hour. Because of this, we had to leave the hotel and go to a pharmacy to purchase eye drops. Our afternoon was completely disrupted, and it was very distressing to see my child in pain due to what appears to be improper pool maintenance. Many people raised complaints about the issue, yet management took no action and kept the pool open. I even contacted management by email and never received a response. Please don’t swim there!!!

• Sunlily3663 (10/5): Absolutely Outstanding Hospitality. - Today my husband and I left at our car at the Aloft Buffalo hotel parking lot. When went inside to arrange the shuttle to the airport shuttle, we were greeted so beautifully by Zakiiya. We’ve been travelling throughout Canada, Alaska and USA for the past 7 weeks, today we were shown true old fashion service and help. Zakiya made us feel so welcome, even though we weren’t staying, just using the parking lot. I would definitely recommend this establishment, the welcome was outstanding and Mo who drove the shuttle bus also gave us a warm welcome. The introduction to Buffalo and the Aloft Hotel by Zakiya and Mo Will is a highlight. The entrance, foyer and bathrooms were amazing clean, even the cleaner made us feel welcome. I would stay in this hotel without a doubt. Thank you Mo and Zakiya, for the warm hospitality.

Very nice selection of snacks and drinks in lobby market. Many more choices than most places. Very nice, polished people at front desk. Nice cocktail bar. Can’t think of anything.
• Jae (10/5): Winter oasis. - First impressions last, ALL the shuttle drivers were amazing! They were friendly, informative, great personalities, and have solid local knowledge. The front desk was also very nice, and the process went very smoothly.
• ABBIE7878 (6/5): Weathered - Great location, close to airport and coffee shops near. Parking lots are poor lit and don’t give great comfort to security. Rooms are fine but weathered. Carpets need replacing. Halls smell like marijuana. Everything needs a deep clean. Price is right but will probably consider another spot next time.

• Christine (2/5): Basic accommodation with poor standard of cleanliness and unprofessional staff. - Convenient location near airport We arrived late at night. My credit card wouldn't work at the check in so we asked to pay in cash, only to be told cash was not accepted. The girl at reception was very unsympathetic and didn't offer another solution so we were stuck in the lobby wondering what to do. An extremely kind man paid for us with his card. Breakfast the next morning was very basic. The only seating was in the lobby and there were crumbs and mess on the chairs and floor. We noted that someone paid cash for their breakfast.

• travelgal066 (6/5): Not what we expected - I have stayed here previously before an early morning flight so I booked again. The room was spacious and clean however the light in the bathroom flickered and didn't fully turn on. All the lights in the room were a bit dim. Also the blow dryer did not work. We could have asked for a new room but we had had a long day and we had an early morning flight so we couldn't be bothered. My husband had to shave using the light from his phone. I tried to complain on-line when we got home but I could not find an email address and just addressed through a Feedback link. There was no one in the lobby when we left so I couldn't let the hotel know about the issues so they didn't rent it to someone else.
• Wanderer64524692348 (10/5): Zakiya was Great at Aloft Buffalo Airport - My Son brought Me up to Buffalo to watch the Buffalo Bills play on September 18, 2025 in the final season of this stadium since when I was going to college at ECC, I never got to watch a Bill’s game. We really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and cordial welcome that We received from Zakiya at this Aloft location. She went out of her way to make Us feel at home and because of Her, our stay was Great. I would also like to say that the shuttle driver, Moe was also very friendly and engaging. The ride to and from the airport and mall was very relaxing and Ge shared some good things about the city of Buffalo and the Buffalo Bills.

• Sheri (6/5): Plumbing issue - Plumbing issue in bathroom sink. When turning cold water on, it drizzled out and made very loud rapud banging noises. Shower drain needs cleaning so water can drain properly. Visible hair clogging drain. Otherwise room was nice. Little lotion bottles in room should be a given, but it wasnt provided. Just a suggestion.

• E Wesley (2/5): - No door bolt lock on my room door. Knob missing to lock it. Notified the Front Desk the next morning. They said it would be taken care ASAP. It never was fixed. Hospitality never made up the room for my entire stay.Ice machine broken. No coffee ready in the morning. When I checked in I was given the wrong room for my key. I have stayed here many times before. I suggested this place to a friend and his room was never cleaned up.

• Brittney (6/5): - The room is nice and clean but they didn’t clean the room while you out for the day and there isn’t any free breakfast as it shows you have to buy breakfast and the sucky part you can only order what’s on the menu you can’t do changes to what they have cause they have no price for it like just wanting a side of eggs was an issue just wanting a side of fruits was an issue but other then that my stay was good very nice staff I must say they make you wanna come back.
• Melinda (8/5): Not a bad stay. - Room was clean. Was supposed to have daily housekeeping, but it didn’t happen. I didn’t complain but was disappointed. They don’t have a free breakfast and limited items to purchase for breakfast. I purchased a breakfast biscuit and the biscuit was very hard. The bar (5-10pm) had a few food items in the evening. I order a Caesar salad one evening and it had enough dressing for four salads, so didn’t enjoy. The next evening I ordered the cheese/chicken quesadilla and didn’t love it either. It had cooked (roasted?) onions and peppers on it which I personally did not care for. The people were very nice and the self parking was free. They also provided a shuttle to the airport which is across the street.

• Ckew89 (4/5): Slight disappointment - I had a redemption with Bonvoy, and the other Marriott I visited last time was too expensive , it’s a cute hotel and seemed trendy. Our flight was delayed upon arrival but I was able to check in on my app and got the room key. We decided to get physical keys and visited the front desk. The woman wasn’t exactly friendly, or welcoming , her customer service skills could use some work while being in a front facing position at first point of contact. The room itself was a comfortable size but poorly lit. The walls were dark and there was dark paneling so it really needed some better lights. Stains on the carpet were pretty gross The bathroom was right there when you walk in the room. So if someone is coming or going and there’s people in the hallway, they may get a free show. The towels were small. I am not an obese person, but come on Bonvoy, do better and don’t skimp. The lighting in the shower was terrible. The ceramic tiles when wet are a hazard. Very slippery. When turning on the shower , you get wet because there’s no other way to turn it on. The shower head is so high you can’t even adjust the stream of water. The shampoo bottle was on the floor and had apparently fallen from its holder and house keeping obviously didn’t fix it. A plus, the products they use are by Dry Bar, The outlets are placed right next to the sink so be careful when using the hair dryer. The cord tends to land in the sink and if it’s wet , it’s a potential shock hazard. The only complementary toiletries was a bar of soap and a makeup wipe remover packet. No lotions, shower cap. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious daughter had chorizo breakfast wrap and I tried bacon egg and cheese on brioche. pretty generous portions.

• Leslie (6/5): From rough to ok - We have stay at this hotel many times with no issues until last night, our room was on the 6 floor,first thing we notice was the musty smell coming from the air conditioner that would not go below 75,next was we needed showers after sitting in the sun all day,the shower door leaked at the bottom so we had to use our towels to mop it up and the shower wash was empty and sitting on the floor because it was broke off the wall.We ask the young girl at the front desk for another room but said it was sold out and would talked to the manager a couple of hours later we did get a new room it was for handicaps but at least it was alot better than what we had.On the positive note the young girl and the manager did a great job taking care of us and we even got free drinks at the bar, We have the hotel book again in a few weeks we have our fingers crossed

Welcoming, polite, positive towards you and each other. Really exceptional. Well done Aloft! Super close to airport and super convenient to downtown. All around great. Highly recommend to all. I am usually a Westin or W person but Aloft is winning me over.
• Vacationer236705 (8/5): Cute hotel that has everything you need! - Stayed at Aloft on our way back from Canada. Chose because of its close proximity to the Buffalo airport. But it wound up being so much more! I was a little skeptical at first because of the surroundings, but it was completely safe! The hotel lobby is so bright & trendy. Room was great too. Very spacious. The shuttle service was great. We were able to go to/from the mall & of course get dropped off at the airport the next day. This was a lifesaver. But the cherry on top was the breakfast sandwich prepared by Ms. Patti!!!! It was DELICIOUS! We could tell Ms. Patti made the food with love. She was so sweet & greeted us with her lovely smile. Thank you Ms. Patti for feeding us!
• mshapiro99 (4/5): OK, In A Pinch, But Next Time We'll Choose Differently - Not a big fan of the Aloft brand, but the price was right and it all worked out once we found a place to eat that was not in the hotel lobby. Check-in was rocky -- the "front desk" was in the middle of the lobby in a sort of "theatre in the round" sort of design. There was a lot of commotion and the harried and surly person checking in guests was juggling her phone, guests in the line in front of us, and a colleague who seemed confused and was creating more confusion in the process. Once we got checked in, we found our room and it was satisfactory ... clean and all the stuff you'd expect to find there. Eventually found a place to eat after a walk through a few poorly-lit, sketchy parking lots, and then early exit made this a relatively peaceful stay. OK in a pinch, but if I had more time to research, I would probably choose differently next time.
• Jordan (10/5): FUN - This is the 2nd time we have stayed here in the past 5 years. We LOVE it here and plan to come back in 2026. It’s just super nice. It’s contemporary and the fun colors in the rooms make it nice. They allow dogs which is also so fun to bring our fur babies to a hotel. Nicely priced and CLEAN the which is what I value most in a hotel. The front desk ladies were sooooo kind to me. As stated before we will be back!!! I love the property.

• Relax22665513160 (10/5): Excellent Customer Service at Buffalo ALOFT - My girlfriend and I recently took a trip to Florida and parked our vehicle at the ALOFT at the Buffalo airport. Upon our arrival back in Buffalo, we contacted the shuttle van driver. Moe, the shuttle van driver, advised he was already at the airport and was waiting for us. Moe was extremely courteous, friendly and attentive. My girlfriend recently had shoulder surgery and Moe went out of his way to help her retrieve our bags while I was retrieving our vehicle. I wanted his supervisor's to know what a great representative Moe is for your organization. He went above and beyond what I would expect. Well done..

• Sreejith (5/5): Average - I did an early checkout, no comments on break fast. The overall ambiance of the hotel is not very appealing. When you walk into the lobby, you won't get impressed. It appears to be an old, worn-out, and smelly place. I booked this after landing in Buffalo, so it was too late to cancel.
• DCJuveFan (8/5): Great sleep before or after a flight - Friendliest staff ever! When I left, I felt like I was leaving home, although I soon found out people are just friendly in Buffalo. The place is getting a bit worn, but they're doing upgrades such as my bathroom was in process of being redone. Had a beautiful new shower- one of those modern ones with glass doors. Which leak like crazy. Why do hotels install these- they always leak! The room was the smartest designed hotel I have ever seen. Everything is there you need, but tucked away and all space is useful. Despite being near the airport, it was so quiet! I walked from the airport, although it was confusing. The shuttle is really friendly and takes you anywhere-- he took me to a place to get breakfast.

• james (6/5): - We arrived and check-in took a bit of time even tho we already pre-booked online. The room was good at the start but the temperature started to climb as the day went on. We discovered that the AC was not working. In addition to the pool not being open. That was the whole perk of booking there. We went down and we were almost put on a floor lower than ours, I don’t see how that’s accommodating for something we paid so much for, the AC should have been checked before entering the room. It was just an okay experience.
