Sandra (6/5): - Room was pleasant but the bed was very uncomfortable the bedsheets were /looked clean but light stains. The room was on first floor next to employee guessing supply room. There was a lot of noise on and off I’m guessing this room location not ideal spot. For a weekend getaway it was ok. I have neck and shoulder issues so the bed was not ideal for me. All and all, for a short trip it works. The beach is beautiful and super nearby. Things are very expensive in the surrounding store area, so you may want to get your supplies at 7eleven There is a mini fridge and microwave, plus coffee maker which I did not know how to use. The place is quite pleasant and ok to stay for a few days.
karen (6/5): - Room was beautiful, huge balcony with whirlpool tub. Staff tried to play games at check in, got oceanview room i booked after not backing down. Manager tried to dissuade us, said elevator was not working, room was on 5th floor. Elevator was working first 3 days, staff did not tell us. Top shelf alcohol was not even mid level. On plus side transportation booked through hotel was prompt and easy. Beach was wide and beautiful, 3 pools, they do close at dusk. If you're looking for laid back vibe this fits. Recommend but double check your booking.

Deborah (10/5): Clean, Convenient - This hotel met my needs for a simple one night stay. It's a quick walk to the main part of town, so there is easy access to shops and restaurants. There is beach access right across the street, though the beaches were closed during my visit, so I cannot speak to that experience which I imagine would be a good reason to stay at this hotel. There is a pool, which I believe is shared with a related inn next door, that seemed clean and adequate, though I also did not go into it. It's a small room, but it was clean and comfortable.
Sharon (6/5): - We paid quite a lot for our stay and were disappointed with the room. It was very small, and the air conditioner was noisy, making it hard to sleep. We could also hear noise from other rooms, which added to the disturbance. On the positive side, the room was very clean, but overall it did not feel like good value for the price.

Lyne Taylor (10/5): Our first visit to Montauk - Staff was extremely helpful. We arrived late. We had requested a first floor room as I am handicapped. We were told only 2nd floor rooms. The woman at the front desk went somewhere, came back and found a first floor room for us.. The room was nice, kind of small, but we managed. It was super clean and neat. The housekeepers kept it that way for entire stay. We needed and extra pillow and tissues. We called the front desk. They came by in just minutes. Lovely experience!

Carlos (10/5): - What a pleasant surprise! This place may look like a typical roadside motel from the outside, but the experience it offers is far beyond that. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome warm, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The rooms were spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and far more comfortable than we expected. Everything felt fresh and cared for. The location is absolutely perfect, just 1 minute walk from the beach and close to everything in Montauk, yet still quiet enough to relax and unwind. It’s one of those rare places that under-promises and over-delivers. A truly lovely and memorable experience hiding behind a humble exterior. Can’t wait to come back!
Craig (10/5): - This was our first trip to Montauk, and staying at the Ocean Resort Inn guaranteed we will be back! The resort is walkable to the beach and provides beach chairs and towels, and also within walking distance to the main town where the shops and restaurants are located. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with outdoor seating right outside the door. The staff was extremely friendly and provided information on the town and suggestions on where to go, what to see, and what to do--perfect for first timers like us! We had an incredible time staying here and will absolutely be back.
Michele (10/5): - We chose this spot on a whim; centrally, located, and reasonably priced. We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived to see how nice the actual property was. Scarlet at the front desk was sweet and very helpful. The property was well-maintained with cleaning staff and maintenance workers visibly present. Our room was very clean and spacious. The beach was a quick walk across the street & the pool was also very nice. Main Street with shopping, restaurants, etc., were all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

Dana (4/5): - The room had extremely thin walls and there was constant traffic outside the room. We were on the first floor two doors down from where people checked in and out. There was NO privacy and you could hear the conversations of people around you. Was NOT a relaxing experience in the least. We only stayed for 3 hours and checked out. There was no offer of room switch even after I complained. We took the $350 loss of a shoebox of a room and left a day early.

Rudy (6/5): Locked in a Box - Very nice room and bed and bathroom. My big problem was that they were two picture windows and they were literally on the walkway that people take to get to their rooms. So I had to keep the blind the whole time I was there. So it was like being in a closed room with no windows. Not cool.
