• Miguel (8/5): Well-located and comfortable, but some details need attention - The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We especially liked the bed and pillows. The breakfast was as expected and consistent with what is offered across all other Holidays Inn Express hotels. Staff members were friendly, and the check-in and out process went smoothly. Unfortunately, the coffee machine at the reception was unavailable over the weekend, apparently because the required filters had not been delivered. On our first night, we stayed in a ground-floor room down the hall from the front desk. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and couldn’t be turned off using the console, which made it impossible to get proper rest. The night staff was unable to resolve the issue, and the only solution offered was to change rooms. We eventually moved from the first floor to the third floor. Although these issues caused some inconvenience, they didn’t have a significant impact on our overall experience during the stay
• Thompson (10/5): Our stay was so good. Marco was an exceptional. He made sure that we were comfotable and offered his help many times. He - The property was clean, accommodating, and very quiet. The staff was AWESOME. The only thing that I would say is since it is a pet friendly hotel to invest in more grassy areas for the pets to relieve themselves. There were lots of bushes around and shrubbery so it was kind of difficult to have your pet go in between the bushes to find a proper position to go potty.

• Vanesa (8/5): Very good - Spacious room with a big bed. Staff members were friendly, and the area felt safe. Breakfast was OK (not a fan of USA breakfasts, but they had some healthy options too). There is a juice shop not too far, where you can get healthy smoothies, chia bowls, etc. The free WiFi refused to work quite often, had to use my own data. And for some stage reason, the coffee machine, creamer, etc, were kept in the bathroom. Not the most hygienic choice. Good thing there was fresh coffee always available at the reception.

• David (10/5): Great Stay at Holiday Inn - This Holiday Inn was very clean and had a new construction feel to it. The room was perfect, with comfortable bedding and a nice clean bathroom. It has a nice exercise room and a very nice breakfast and dining room. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the price for the room.

I’ve never had a hotel where I could hear anyone above me. I was staying here because my grandpa died and so sleep was hard enough without the stomping. The only reason I still decided to stay was cause I didn’t wanted my family to go thru the hassle of looking for an other hotel after driving over 6hrs. if I would have been alone I would of moved to a different hotel even if I had lost the deposit. Other than that bad experience the rest was ok.

• Roslyn (6/5): LACK OF COMMUNICATION - There seems to be a communication issue...I had to ask daily for our room to be cleaned, even though I had requested daily cleanings on the second day. We had only lukewarm water for showers. I asked to have someone check on why we didn't have hot water...That was never resolved. We asked on day #4 for a late checkout because my niece's program wouldn't end until late Sunday afternoon. That was never communicated, because I found three voicemails from the front desk asking why our stuff was still in the room. No one person at the desk seems to communicate with the other.
• LISA (8/5): Decent stay - Hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was good. Asked for a quieter room and we received one. Overall a good stay. If you have a dog with you, keep in mind there is no grassy area. Plants and mulch are the only places for your dog to do its business.
• Marva (4/5): Never again…. - Should have stayed at Courtyard by Marriott in same parking lot! Check n was quick but staff was not friendly or welcoming. Hallways and elevators were super hot, no air. The room was very small. Our ac unit in our room worked but was making a lot of noise. The beds were hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable. The blinds did not block out parking lot light. The handle on shower was stripped. No local eateries or bars within walking distance. I would never stay at this location again.
• Tracy (10/5): - Best place to stay besides the swimming pool and hot tub and the laundry room machine just don't work is all other than that I liked it
• JENNY (2/5): - When i went to check in they let me know i would need to pay an additional $150 to stay there. That waa not included in my reservation. We ended up not staying there. The front desk agent was rude on top of it.
• Caitlin (10/5): - Karla M. was super helpful and extremely nice and very knowledgeable about anything we had questions about! I hope to see her again next year for our yearly trip to California!
• James (6/5): - Mattresss are old and sinking. There is no Hot water in shower. The water gets warm but not hot. The carpet in the room was very dirty. They have nice and clean continental breakfast.
