- V4897AUpatrickm (10/5): Awesome hotel - Always a great stay at Hampton Inn! From the time we checked in all the staff was so kind and helpful. They gave me not only curtesy waters but diet cokes as well! Our room was spacious and clean as always with fresh and comfy sheets, plenty of fresh towels and quality soaps and shampoo in the big, clean bathroom. The fitness center had all the weights and a treadmill for a great full body workout and the pool was just cleaned and bathwater warm. The free breakfast in the morning had delicious omelets and scrambled eggs, a waffle maker as well as fresh oatmeal and tons of other things. I love this place and will definitely be back!!
- Lucy (6/5): - Room across the hall had 3 dogs, animals left in room barking for extended periods, once at 6:30 a.m. Staff was great and helped us move rooms. I felt the facility and patrons were adversely impacted by inconsiderate guests. As I stated before desk staff was great in handling the problem for us.
- WVgal23 (10/5): Wonderful hotel for a large group - We were there for a wedding and the hotel was perfect! Rooms were very clean and well appointed. The morning breakfast was delicious and a welcome treat. I was most impressed by the staff. Everyone was very professional and helpful during our stay. I would like to mention Carlee, the sales representative who worked with us in advance to secure a block of rooms and the conference room for the weekend. She was very responsive to all my questions and I felt she went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I can't say enough about the service she provided and her representation of the Hampton Inn brand. I also would like to recognize the front desk representative, Reed. He was extremely helpful to us when we were checking in and getting settled. He worked with us on the welcome bags we had prepared and answered all our questions. He also made the weekend go smoothly. (Weeks later I discovered that Reed is also the general manager - I think that says alot that he is willing to pitch in as needed for his team!) Check out was a breeze. I have only great things to say about this hotel property and its staff!
- Jennifer (6/5): - I chose this hotel because the Expedia website said it was pet-friendly and I needed to take my dog with me. Unfortunately, there was no mention of the additional dog fee (which was $75 for one dog/one night). Also, the front desk person that checked me in did not mention that there was a pet policy, a fee, or a form to sign. The next morning, upon checking out, I was told about it, forced to sign a form, and pay the additional $75 fee (which is more than other hotels near by). So I wasn't very happy to say the least.

Ample parking, brightly illuminated. Friendly staff especially in the breakfast room. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast with hot and cold options. Lots of tv's sharing various news channels. Our room was on the fifth floor, facing north towards the Walmart parking lot. We never heard anything all night. Comfy king sized bed. In room bar fridge worked well. Everything was clean and comfy. We stayed 5 nights and were very pleased.

Room service is very through and the rooms are immaculate. Bathrooms very clean. Breakfast is oven cook food by a dedicated employee named Kathy who comes in early to make it. She always make sure there is enough food available and fresh coffee. I highly recommend this hotel.

No issues and would stay again at this location when traveling back to the area for business. Restaurant options in the area. Hampton Inn has never disappointed me.
- Skibuddy (10/5): Great Hotel in a great location - My wife and I stayed at the Butler Pa. Hampton Inn on 10/4 and as usual were not disappointed. We have stayed here before in the past and have always given it all 10s and have been very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the rooms and particularly the morning breakfast. The Hotel is located in a very safe area right in the middle of many restaurants, and alot of shopping. You can walk to a Walmart, Target, Kohls, and many more shops, or walk to Panera, Applebee's , Chilis and many more restaurants.

Conveniently located near major shopping outlets and restaurants. Hotel appears to be well maintained. I did not have a chance to eat breakfast due to my schedule.

- rangerstone2 (10/5): One of the best - This hotel is in a great location and the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was well prepared and delicious. This was definitely one of the best Hampton Inns I've ever stayed at.

Not comfortable to eat breakfast, or play card games while waiting for better temps outside. The pool would have been a warm place to play, it was closed for our 7 day stay. The room struggled to heat.
- Resort42721580454 (10/5): Professional and friendly staff - Highly recommend this hotel. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Staff was excellent. The only problem we had was with the WiFi. Since we have unlimited data on our phone plan this wasn't much of an issue. We did give feedback to the hotel about the WiFi, though, so hopefully they will improve it.

- John (8/5): - Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast good, the area was clean. They could use a few more fresh fruit choices. During a four day stay, the only complaint was noisy wedding parties returning in the wee hours Sunday am, disturbing our sleep. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.
- W7397ZQkarena (2/5): No sleep at this Hampton! - This was a very disappointing hotel stay! We got minimal sleep due to a bonfire party going on until 3:00 am outside the front of the hotel. Unfortunately, our room was right above the front if the hotel and interrupted our sleep. I am surprised this sort of noise is allowed at the hotel. I would also think this violates a noise ordinance in the township? We have repeatedly stayed at this hotel since it opened. It is sad to see the hotel hasn’t been maintained over the years. The carpet in the corridors looks worn and dirty. The room also had many areas that needed general maintenance attention. I am not sure if we will be staying here again.

- Janswedreview (10/5): The PERFECT WEDDING - I just wanted to comment on the staff, cleanliness, friendliness and all around AMAZING hotel. We just had our wedding rehearsal and guests stay at the Hampton Inn Butler, Pa this past Friday. The staff was amazing, the rooms were comfy and clean, and the outdoor firepit was loved by many the rehearsal evening as well as the wedding night. The location was terrific for the venue, the Atrium, as well as shopping and dining close by. Make sure to provide bus transportation as for no Ubers in butler! I’m so glad we did and the hotel made sure that the guests were aware of it. Carlee was so helpful prior to the wedding to help with questions and concerns and really helped make our stay wonderful. We used the conference room for rehearsal and the morning of for the girls hair and makeup thanks to CARLEE!! It was a perfect location for each situation. Upon arrival REED was at the front desk. He assisted with unloading our massive amount of cookies and made sure the cold ones were refrigerated! He was beyond friendly, helpful and genuine! He really seemed to love his job! He was there each day and asked questions about the wedding, he shared with me that he too is getting married next year!! He was there to help as we left as well, what an asset Reed is to the Hampton inn in Butler, Pa!! I even had friends and family comment on how nice he was and remembered they were there for the wedding! The breakfast buffet was also wonderful and each morning the staff checked with all gathered as we ate if we needed anything As you can see I give many thumbs up to the Hampton Inn Butler
