Una struttura funzionale e accogliente, dove si percepisce la cura e la passione dei gestori. L' appartamento è ben curato, pulitissimo e ideale per un breve soggiorno. Tutto è organizzato con grande attenzione ai dettagli, rendendo l’ambiente accogliente e confortevole fin dal primo momento. Il bagno è spazioso, luminoso, ben areato e dotato di tutto il necessario: asciugamani morbidissimi, set di cortesia completo e ottima pulizia. Il letto è molto comodo, con tutto il necessario per un riposo perfetto. Anche gli spazi comuni sono pensati con gusto e praticità, offrendo un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. All'esterno dell'appartamento, una verde area comune spaziosa. La posizione è davvero ottima ed è il suo punto di forza: infatti si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione di Roma San Pietro, il che rende facilissimo raggiungere il Vaticano e le principali attrazioni di Roma. Unica precisazione relativa alla posizione è la necessità di affrontare delle salite per raggiungere l'alloggio, per cui si può avere difficoltà a riguardo Vicina anche a supermercati e locali come bar e ristoranti Nonostante la vicinanza ai mezzi, la zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per chi cerca comfort e relax dopo una giornata in città. La consiglio vivamente per chi cerca un ottimo alloggio semplice, ma funzionale e pratico

• Anna (9/5): - La struttura è accogliente in un’ottima posizione vicino a San Pietro. Unica cosa per chi arriva a piedi, c’è una bella salita da fare è una rampa di scale importante, quindi non adatta a persone anziane e disabili. Per il resto tutto bene.

• Buzov (9/5): Superb - Alessandro was good and very careful host. The location is very close to the Vatican, it is quiet. The accommodation is well equipped. The only window is in the bathroom, it's a pity that there is no window in the room just for the inflow of fresh air.

Also, there is not far from the city center-20/25 min walk. The room is clean and comfortable. Alessandro was always online and ready to help.

• Stefano (7/5): Good - I liked the place, very quiet and on walking distance to Vatican. Restaurant, Train and bus station near by. There was a nice little bar just few steps from the room. Parking place easy to find. Safety place. The room didn't have a window. This information was not on booking.com. I mean there was a window one the door, not possible to open it. They didn't clean the room nor empty the trash bag. I talked to the owner and he just answer due to corona rules from 2020. Strange because this rule didn't exist anymore. Nor from the state of Italy nor from booking.com. Also outside they seldom cleaned the small table. I think for this amount of money per night you can find something better nearby.
• Aneta (8/5): Very good - Everything in the room was really good, room was very clean and service team was very friendly and helpful. Also we could stay a little bit longer in the room in the day of checking out. :) For me, negative thing is that there is no window in the room, it is one but in the bathroom. What is more, there was no drinking water or even a spoon or any other cutlery. The good thing - when we asked one time for a water, we immediately got one bottle of water with two plastic cups. :)
• Nevena (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great, near Vatican and very good connected with the city center. Also, there are in Cavalieri street lot of places where you can have nice meal. Alessandro was very kind . I would like that the appartment has a window, but we had great time anyway.
