- Dr. Lothar (9/5): Ein tolles und gepflegtes Hotel auf hohem Niveau, in dem man sich wohlfühlt. - Das gesamte Personal, sowohl im gastronomischen Service alsauch darüber hinaus war perfekt und immer sehr freundlich. Frühstück bis 12h und die von 12h-23h immer gut geführte Kaminbar konnten gefallen. Die Speisekarte hätte zumindest in einem der Restaurants etwas bodenständiger bayrisch gestaltet sein können. Die Qualität entsprach leider nicht immer dem Preis.

Scheinbar in diesem Hotel nur für WE würde nicht richtig bedient... Wer in diesem Dorf ein paar Monaten Urlaub machen würde, vielleicht würde erst als Gast bedient... :-(

Beautiful views everywhere Location is perfect for hiking and views, but not within easy walking distance of anything (for example, restaurants. Except the hotel's ones, which are excellent, but of course not cheap)

- Linda (10/5): Beautiful hotel with amazing spa - Stunning views all the way round the hotel, immaculately clean and well maintained, food was outstanding, especially breakfast, the choice was unbelievable, the pool and spa was amazing, staff were lovely and very welcoming. Strangely there is a lack of plugs on one side of the bed and in this day of gadgets that need charging I found that a bit weird

- Wood (8/5): 5* hotel with staff to match nothing is too much trouble - The property is in an excellent location, the views are stunning. The staff we extremely attentive and the hotel was spotless. They even made me a birthday cake for my stay which made it extra special. Thank you If I’m being picky, the spa area is possibly lacking a sauna/ steam room, off of the pool area ( either that or I couldn’t find it)
- Uwe (6/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig. Der Blick auf die umliegenden Berge sehr schön. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war ein Zimmer für Behinderte. Das Bad war wie im Pflegeheim. Leider ist es für Menschen die zwar älter aber fit und gesund sind nicht gerade die gewünschte Unterkunftsversion. Sehr schade war auch, dass das Restaurant pur nicht verfügbar war. Darauf hatten wir uns gefreut.

W sali kominkowej (Lobby) przy zamówieniu hamburgera za 36€ dodatkowe opłaty 4,5€ za majonez truflowy i 10€ za butelke wody to absolutna przesada. Jedliśmy wcześniej w restauracjach hotelu i ceny były porównywalne -ale ambiente wyższe.

- Jürgen (10/5): Urlaub pur - Das Ankommen ist schon Urlaub! Man wird von allen Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich und höflich in Empfang genommen. Das Essen im Johann Grill Restaurant war unglaublich und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Das Personal ist ständig auf die Gäste konzentriert, man merkt sie jedoch kaum, da sie sich im Hintergrund halten. Sehr angenehm. Wir werden wieder kommen.

- Eva (9/5): - Lokalita hotelu a personál na snídaních Celkově otevírací doba bazénu- jen do 20:00 a děti do 18:00. Nemáte šanci si sedět i užít bazén, když lyžování končí v 16:00, protože sjezdovky jsou cca půl až hodinu jízdy autem. Jsme zvyklí, že na hotelu bývají děti do 20:00 a pak jen dospělí.

- williamw128 (10/5): Secluded paradise - A little piece of secluded paradise in the Bavarian Alps. We visited for lunch and the food was excellent. My fiancé said that it was the best veggie burger that she’d ever had. The hotel is amazing and staff are very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Cannot wait to visit again.

Az ételek finomat voltak és a személyzet is nagyon kedves volt, a gluténmentességet is jól kezekték. A bárban nagyon lassan vették fel a rendelésemet, majdnem 40 perc alatt sikerült megkapni a kávémat. Aki utánam érkezett őt jóval hamarabb kiszolgálták. Egy ilyen szállodában ez nem elfogadható, sokkal jobban kéne figyelni a vendégre.

- Domenico (9/5): - Lage des Hotels. Freundlichkeit und Kundenorientierung der Mitarbeiter. Frühstücken bis 12 Uhr. Preise für Getränke sind extrem hoch. Beispiel: 0,5 Bier kostet aktuell 9 €. Bei soviel Brotauswahl am Frühstücksbuffet hat trotzdem Dinkelbrot gefehlt. Tiefgaragenparkplatz kostet 20 €.
