• Flavio (10/5): Wish we had stayed longer - amazing tea ceremony experience and onsen - Absolutely lovely stay and recommend 100%. The ryokan is big, modern and chic. The service was excellent (the receptionist even handled a pair of jeans I wanted to throw away). The onsen is honestly better than the legacy ones you find around Dogo. The room was big and spacious with a massage chair. They give you yukata and towels to use around Dogo and the other onsen. We didn't try the breakfast or dinner, but they had a time-limited tea ceremony with an expert. If they offer something similar, please try it! It was only ¥1,500 per person extra and absolutely worth it! It was so lovely, the obaasan was knowledgeable, funny and impeccable. She let us try everything and took pictures for us and we were just a small group of four. Even if you don't speak Japanese, still give it a go if they offer it. If the hotel is reading this, please thank the tea expert again for an amazing experience. Nothing. Of course a bit pricey, but still affordable and worth the splurging.

• YONG BOK (5/5): 대중탕도 청소 하는 시간이 주어져 있던데 사워하는 곳 앞 거울이나 밖을 볼 수 있는 유리 창 청소를 하지 않은 거 같음. 노천탕 - 아침 식사는 비쥬얼은 그럴싸 한 정찬인데 일본식이 그렇듯 딱히 맛있었다고 느낀 찬은 없었음. 영향가적인 측면은 골고루 선택되어 진 거 같았음. 그리 오래 되지 않은 호텔 같은데 숙박료에 비해 침실 크기가 너무 좁고, 특히 화장실, 욕실의 크기는 너무 비좁음. 출입문, 중문, 화장실문은 방화를 고려 했는지 모르지만 철문으로 꼭 창고 철문 열고 방에 들어 가는 기분으로 호텔 문에는 너무 어울리지 않음. 출입문 키는 침실 호수가 달린 나무패 +열쇠.. 관광지 호텔이지만 가성비 측면에서는 높은 점수를 주기 어려움. 숙박료 40만엔/박

• edward (10/5): A relaxing stay at an onsen hotel - We had stayed here eleven years ago & thought then that this was an excellent onsen. We returned here in part to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Dogo Kan improved their facilities even more to our liking. The room was very spacious & the beds comfortable. The furo were relaxing, the kaiseki dinner & breakfast were delicious and checking-in/out was without effort. I also liked that our fellow guests were respectful & well-behaved. We've stayed at other onsens, where guests (foreign) needed to reminded about speaking too loud in the furo. As eleven years ago, the onsen did not offer shuttle service from JR Matsuyama station. We took a taxi, which wasn't a problem, but perhaps provide a shuttle at set times as a courtesy to the guests. Another issue was that on this stay, my wife was unable to deal with the slopes near the onsen. We extensively explored the area during the 1st trip, so she declined to do so again.

• HIROTAKA (10/5): - リラックス出来ました。
• Taiji (8/5): - 一泊の素泊まりで利用しました。フロントの方の対応も丁寧で、部屋自体は新しくはありませんが、リニューアルされており、清掃もきちんとされていて、気持ちよく滞在できました。 駐車場はセルフではなく、鍵を預かってもらうタイプでしたが、チェックアウト時には窓ガラスを掃除してありました。今度は食事付きで利用したいと思いました。
• YOSHIAKI (10/5): - 施設内の温泉は、ゆったりとした広さと露天風呂、打たせ湯、寝れる湯など色々と楽しめるいい温泉でした。お部屋も広く落ち着きのあるいい雰囲気でした。

• Masato (10/5): - 朝食プランでした。 朝食の場所は他のグループとは区切られていて過ごしやすく、料理も小皿が沢山あり楽しんで食べることができました。 部屋も綺麗で、風呂も十分広く快適でした。 従業員のおもてなしも非の打ち所がなくて、快適に過ごすことができました。 また道後に来る時はお願いしたいです。

• Verified traveler (10/5): - 整個住宿過程有賓至如歸的感覺，房間很舒服，泡湯池也很棒，最喜歡的是1F休息區，可以配著咖啡或橘汁看松樹的庭院美景實屬享受。
• ManSun (10/5): - 4か月の赤ちゃんと一緒に泊まって、赤ちゃんのためいろいろお願いしたところ、フロントで最大限にサポートしていただき、大変助かっていました。 本当にありがとうございました。 また、道後温泉に行ったら、このホテルに泊まります。
• Takafumi (10/5): - 高齢の父との四国旅行、道後温泉に行きたいという父の願いを叶え、さらに泊まりたかったホテルの一つである道後館さんに行くという私の願い、二つ叶いました。施設、フロント、温泉、食事最高でした。館内の百合の匂いもとても良かったです。サウナでご一緒したリピーターの方も、ここが1番と言ってました。食事も急遽お願いしたにもかかわらず、とても豪華でとても美味しく、対応していただいた林さんの接客も気持ちがよく父もニコニコしてました。企画した私も鼻高々でした。私もリピーターになりまか帰ってきたいと思ってます。ありがとうございました。。
