The hair dryer stopped working every 2 minutes and needed to wait till it was cool to start again and stopped and waited and so on. The bed was too soft for my back.

Das manche Gäste keine Benimmregeln kennen und sich in einem Gastland leider schlecht benehmen.Auch die Teller füllen aber nicht aufessen.All inclusiv heisst nicht das man Lebensmittel wegscheissen muss.

• Richard (8/5): Great value hotel close to magnificent beach, 22Eur cab from airport - Staff are friendly and hard working, especially in the dining areas. We had a late flight and there was no late check-out available as hotel full, but was welcome to use all facilities until we left. Luggage storage lockers are 8 Euros but small price to keep using pool, bar, dining room. Toilets adjacent are spacious enough to change in. The rooms are a little on the small size, would suggest ideal for 3-7 day break as limited storage, or travel light!

• alessio (7/5): Qualità prezzo soddisfacente. - Il personale molto disponibile e preparato, la terrazza con vista, la pulizia, il rifacimento stanza tutti i giorni, le escursioni prenotabili dall hotel, la colazione con una buona scelta(cereali,latte,yogurt,pane tostato, uova, prosciutto, affettati,succhi di frutta, caffè...) Rapporto qualità prezzo per l all inclusive o mezza pensione ottimo.Balconcino in stanza comodo Se si è italiani mangiare nel ristorante è come mangiare alla mensa del lavoro....non vi aspettate chissà cosa, prodotti surgelati, strettamente una cucina per tedeschi diciamo(EL ARENAL è una zona solo di tedeschi e per tedeschi). Formula all inclusive in cui puoi prendere 3 bibite alcoliche(o birra o vino) sia a pranzo che a cena....ma niente di che. I letti scomodi. Niente Bidet ovviamente.

• Pattriss (1/5): - Pozitívne hodnotím lokalitu hotela, ktorá bola veľmi dobrá, a tiež čistotu izby — izba bola pekne uprataná. Jedlo však bolo veľmi podpriemerné a označenie „all inclusive“ mi príde zavádzajúce, skôr by som to nazvala plnou penziou. Na izbe sa prakticky nedalo existovať kvôli veľkej zime. V popise hotela je uvedená klimatizácia aj kúrenie, no kúrenie počas nášho pobytu vôbec nefungovalo. Ráno okolo 9:30 sme odchádzali z hotela a aj keď bolo vonku približne 16 °C, vonku bolo výrazne príjemnejšie než na izbe. Situáciu sme riešili dvakrát na recepcii. Prvý pán nás v podstate odbil s tým, že máme počkať, kým sa otočí slnko a izbu vyhreje. Ani sa neopýtal na číslo izby, takže sa reálne nič neriešilo. Problém bol v tom, že naša izba bola orientovaná na stranu, kam slnko vôbec nesvietilo, takže sme celý deň čakali zbytočne. Ako riešenie nám ponúkol ďalšie paplóny, ak by slnko nepomohlo — čo samozrejme nepomohlo. Večer sme preto išli na recepciu znova, pretože na izbe sa stále nedalo normálne fungovať. Pani na recepcii bola veľmi milá a snažila sa pomôcť, no jediné, čo nám vedela ponúknuť, boli ďalšie paplóny. Pod nimi bolo síce o niečo lepšie, ale v noci sme sa aj tak budili na zimu — mali sme ľadové uši, nos aj hlavu. Nie som náročný človek, ale mať na hotelovej izbe približne 15 °C naozaj nie je v poriadku. Je nepríjemné, keď si zaplatíte hotel a po raňajkách musíte odísť z izby až do večera len preto, že sa tam nedá byť. Kvôli tomu sme sa navyše veľmi zle a málo vyspali.
• Mara (7/5): - Die Unterkunft war top für den Preis, kann man sich für den Preis nicht beschweren. Die Lage ist auch super - man ist in 20 Minuten beim Megapark, hat Busanschlüsse nach Palma und zum Flughafen und es ist nachts sehr ruhig, da man etwas ab vom Schuss ist. Auch die Lage fast direkt am Strand ist top. Das Essen war nicht sonderlich gut. Für den Preis war es akzeptabel, aber es haben unserer Meinung nach beim Frühstück u.a. mehr Obst, Gemüse, Körnerbrot, Nutella gefehlt. Alles rund um Wurst, Käse und Fleisch konnte man nicht wirklich essen.

Klar Zimmer sauber dusche realtiv modern mit Bad aber Türen Wände sind in die Jahre gekommen. Aber in allem gibt's da nichts zu meckern. Highlight ganz klar die Rooftop Bar mit Sicht über die Playa Kleiner Pool hinten unten beim Frühstückssaal. Bar im Eingangsbereich.

• RUBEN (1/5): Horrible - Absolutamente nada La habitación era pequeña y ruidosa. Las paredes son de papel de tal forma que se escucha literalmente la conversación de la habitación de al lado. El trato del recepcionista fue muy desagradable impidiéndome cargar el teléfono móvil para pagarle. Por la noche hay mucho ruido, es un lugar en el que alojan despedidas de soltero que provocan incidentes, tanto es así que el día que nos fuimos la policía nacional estaba en la puerta. por no hablar del barrio que mete miedo. The room was small and noisy. The walls are made of paper in such a way that you can literally hear the conversation in the next room. The receptionist's treatment was very unpleasant, preventing me from charging my mobile phone to pay him. At night there is a lot of noise, it is a place that hosts bachelor parties that cause incidents, so much so that the day we left the national police were at the door. Not to mention the scary neighborhood.
• Nora (5/5): Normal - Lo mejor de todo la limpieza indiscutible, la comida estaba muy buena, normalmente estoy acostumbrada a otro tipo de buffet libre más grande y variado pero por las dimensiones del hotel es normal que tampoco pueden poner mucho más los desayunos eran completos y las comidas y cenas también, la chica de recepción una de pelo rojo encantadadora y la jefa de cocina también los chicos que están en el comedor son súper agradables y atentos no dejan que nada se acabe sacando comida y limpiando todo el rato todas las zonas del hotel en cuanto a limpieza no tengo nada que decir cabe destacar que el hotel según se tiene 65 años y unos pequeños retoques no le vendría mal sobretodo el tema de las puertas de las habitaciones y los ascensores. Lo peor que una de las noches no pudimos cenar y llegando al comedor a las 21:00 nos quejamos en recepción y nos atendieron muy bien nos pidieron disculpas pero no quita que no hayamos cenado pagando un todo incluído. por lo visto el Arenal está ambientado a Alemanes y Holandés así que si eres español cambia de destino... Los horarios de las comidas muy restrictivos y de los bares también que cierren a las 23:00 el bar de la azotea cuando es una de las mejores cosas que tienen es una locura cuando por la zona no es que haya nada que valga la pena si no eres de las nacionalidades que mencione antes . Cabe destacar que la encargada de la cocina nos pidió disculpas por el tema de la cena fue la persona más sincera y formal que he visto en mi vida, mis padres habían venido a este hotel hace unos años por eso fui yo también ya que les encantó . Cómo nota general no volvería por el tema horarios de comida bares y ambiente de la zona. Cosa positiva la limpieza tenéis a las mejores, la encargada de la cocina también, y la chica de recepción de pelo rojo es una maravilla, también eche de menos algo más de variedad en el bar de las piscinas como por ejemplo una máquina de granizado típico en casi todos los bares de piscina.

• Alexandra (3/5): - Este a treia oară când când călătorim în Palma de Mallorca , și prima oară când ne luăm țeapă cu cazarea ! Noi am optat pt all inclusive dar nu a fost nici pe departe acel all inclusive ce l-am avut la alte hoteluri! 3 feluri maxim aveai din ce alege ,carne de pui, vita și peste și restul garnituri, salate și cartofi! La băuturi alcoolice îți dă maxim 3 pahare de 0.200ml bere sau vin de persoană , dacă dorești în plus un pahar sau altfel de alcool(gin, lichior, votka etc) plătești ! Și încă ceva, prânzul se termină la ora 14:30 iar cina începe la ora 19:30, în acest interval de 5 ore nu poți beneficia de băuturi decât contra cost , all inclusive nu se mai aplică la bar pt cele 3 băuturi maxime care ți se oferă ( băuturile se pot consuma doar în timpul prânzului sau a cinei)Sala de mese mică raportat la nr de camere pe care îl are hotelul, stai și aștepți la coadă la ușă ca să termine ceilalți de mâncat ca să poți intra și servi masa! Curățenia e relativă, deoarece camerele sunt vechi în special mobilierul , au renovat o parte din baie și au pus draperii camerelor! Pernele decorative de pe pat erau jalnice de urate și scămoșate ! Din punctul nostru de vedere nu s-a meritat banii pt condițiile oferite ! Noaptea gălăgie , se izbeau ușile de către clienții care umblau beți și vorbeau tare la 1-2 am! Singur lucru favorabil a fost poziționarea hotelului aproape de mare!

• Hanna (7/5): - Gefallen hat uns, dass wir ein Zimmer im 9. Stockwerk mit Aussicht auf die Bucht bekommen habe. Das Abendessen war ziemlich gut, die Softdrinks, Kaffee und Tee sind dabei inklusive! Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und renovierungsbedürftig! Man hat die Unterhaltungen der Nachbarn mithören können. Dadurch war der Schlaf nur mit Kopfhörern möglich. Lange Schlange am Buffet, sehr eng platzierte Tische.

A recepción érdeklődtünk,hogy merre találunk parkolási lehetőséget ,csak szét tárták a kezüket,hogy keresünk. Végül meg találtuk a lehetőséget a szállodától északra 800 m távolságra volt egy viszonylag nagyobb parkoló. A recepción még ennyi segítséget se tudtak adni hogy merre keresünk ! A szálloda hozzá állása. Bookingon keresztül foglaltam 2 főre 1 szobát fél panzióval, majd a barátainknak még 1 szobát fél panzióval. A recepción ezt nem fogadták el, mert nem jeleztem külön hogy 4 fő ,pedig árban minden stimmelt ,de mégis fel számoltak+ 80E

Die Türen waren uns zu unsicher. Ich hatte 2 gleiche Zimmer gebucht und habe 2 unterschiedlich grosse Zimmer bekommen.
