- Johannes (9/5): Wochenendausflug zum Lyobâle 2026 in Basel - Das Hotel ist einerseits zentrumsnah gelegen, auf der anderen Seite ist die Autobahn Richtung Deutschland bzw. weiter in die Schweiz nicht weit. Sowohl das Stadtzentrum, der Badische Bahnhof als auch der Hauptbahnhof (SBB) sind mit dem Tram leicht zu erreichen. Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage. Es ist mir nichts Negatives aufgefallen

The wifi was good. The family room includes a built-in kids toilet seat, which was a very welcome addition. The breakfast is expensive. There isn't much parking available at the hotel.

- Moe (9/5): - Very close to the tram stop, easy to get around. Some restaurants and a supermarket are also nearby. The room was very clean. A lot of amenities (e.g. disposable slippers, free drinks etc.) that I don't epect for 3 stars hotel were there. Quality and various breakfast were available in a nice sunroom. Staff, especially people taking care of breakfast were pleasant. A fewminor things - Not much sound-proofing:I could hear people talking, coughing etc. A bed was a bit too soft and a pillow was also a bit too big for me. Showerhead needs maintenance; when I took it for the first time, it fell off suddenly. It was easily fixable on my end but the water was leaking from the connection part. It also look ed a bit outdated with limescale. Only the showerhead was questionable compared to all other things spotless.

Es hat alles was es für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht. Frühstück ausserordentlich vielseitig, alles frisch und schmackhaft. Gartenterasse einladend, mit plätscherndem Brunnen, Bäumen, Vögel, eine kleine Oase. Essen wurde vom Restaurant nebenan bestellt, ebenfalls ein toller Service. Alles tiptop

- Dominic (9/5): Nettes Hotel zentral in Basel. - Sehr zentrale Location, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz dazuzubuchen. Zimmer modern ausgestattet, sauber und ruhig (zum Innenhof), Getränke in der Minibar und Kaffee in der Lobby. Die härteste Matraze auf der ich je geschlafen habe, und, trotz winterlichen Temperaturen und offenem Fenster, war das Zimmer sehr heiss. Wir haben die Heizung runtergedreht, hat aber nichts genützt.

- Agnes (10/5): Nice experience - The location was good and they offer free ticket to the public transportation in the city (trams and buses, including the airport bus). We learned that this is usual in Switzerland. But it’s a nice thing. They also offer free thè (high quality) and coffee and the you can drink the content of the monibar, no charge (2 coke, 2 water, 1 beer). The bed was a bit soft for us, but it’s very unique for an individual what he/she prefers. So it’s not really a complaint just an information for those who prefer harder matracess.
