Daniel (10/5): - La recepción y el trato por parte del personal fue excepcional. Buena limpieza, confort del apartamento y equipamiento del mismo. Más que suficiente para disfrutar de unos días por Cantabria. Se fue la luz de forma puntual, no fue cosa particular del apartamento. Por lo demás, ningún problema durante la estancia.

ALVARO (8/5): Relaxing stay in the country side - Located in a small village and surrounded by nature. Perfect to disconnect! If the Casona is full of guests and they don’t properly park the cars in the parking lot, you might end up with no place for yours
Rosa Maria (6/5): Confortable, aunque necesita un repaso. - La ubicación. La piscina. Cualquier movimiento de los inquilinos de los otros apartamentos se oía excesivamente. Sobretodo al subir o bajar las escaleras, y arrastrar sillas. El baño necesita un repaso ya que presenta manchas de moho en las juntas de la ducha. El menaje de la cocina muy escaso y en mal estado. Las sartenes dañadas y no se podían utilizar porque se quedaba enganchada la comida. Tuve que fregar todo antes de usarlo porque estaba grasiento, y los tenedores con restos entre las púas. Mi hijo se lanzó a la cama y vi salir una nube de polvo alrededor. Había cabellos en la encimera de la cocina.

Salvador Santiago (10/5): Plácida estancia. - La Casona es preciosa. Los anfitriones Mariano y Paula se portaron fenomenal.En mi próxima visita a Cantabria , me alojaré allí. Muy recomendable. Pues la primera noche, hubo unos clientes holandeses ruidosos, pero fue algo de poca importancia.

Marisa (9/5): Beautiful house in a beautiful place - We had a wonderful 4 days at Casona de la Parra. The location is great, close to beaches and to Santander town centre, and it was just lovely to lounge by the pool in the early evenings. The host is very nice and very helpful. Definitely a place to return!

The house has been renovated to a high standard and it’s comfortable and great , clean pool . Paula and her dad made us very welcome and we enjoyed our stay . Lots of places to eat locally and the beaches at Noja are superb. An extra medium sized cooking pot would compliment the kitchen equipment for those self catering .
