David (9/5): Good location, good price and nice people - Perfect location on lakeside and nice breakfast. Our room as simple but good at the back of the hotel. No view but that was reflected in the price which was very good value.

Die Dame an der Reception war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit weil ich mein Gepäck ganz unkompliziert deponieren konnte. Sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abfahrt. Auch die nicht funktionierende Klospülung wurde umgehend repariert. gar nichts, alles wunderbar

Fantastic colourful lakeside walk and free transport pass for two for the surrounding area. We were able to go from the lakeside to the top of the village and along the lake to Chillon Castle and beyond + as many other trips that we could have fitted in, all free. The decor was horrendous - all red and black but would book again for all the positives. 😊

The staff were kind, welcoming and extremely helpful. - I loved the location, seeing the lake and people watching from the balcony, I loved being so close to the station. When I was leaving, I left my baggage in the lockers there so I could spend my last hours around the lake. The room was a fabulous size, the bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom had ample space. I enjoyed the decor and the whole ambience. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty with a simple selection of cereals, jams, meats, cheeses, yoghurt, rolls, tasty breads, croissants - coffee, juices. I absolutely recommend Room 204. You will find this amusing - I missed having a better quality of toilet paper.

Floorboards were incredibly noisy as were the people in the next room. They woke us up at 6am as their talking sounded like they were in the same room as us. Also the bathroom door didnt fit the frame so couldn't be shut

The design of the room and the balcony is quite charming. In the room there were one double bed and one single bed, but we prefer two single beds so that there would be more space in the room.

While we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others we did have an issue with a data breach with fraudulent messages sent to us via WhatsApp advising us to check-in and steal our data, this happened twice, once a week before we arrived and then a week after we had already left, I was the one who advised of this twice, this needs to be fixed, once? Maybe but not twice, please resolve this asap.

Hung Ching (9/5): Overall a great choice for my short stay in Montreux - I arrived late around 9 pm and the check‑in was very easy. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The lake view from the room was amazing. The location is also very close to the train station. One small thing I didn’t like was the shower. The curtain makes the space very dark, and when I use the handheld shower head, the large fixed shower head above drips water.

Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, stattdessen zwei Ventilatoren und grosse Fenster zum Öffnen. Lage direkt am See sehr ideal. Frühstück gut und grosse Auswahl an Broten, frisch und gekühlt. Alles vorhanden ausser frische Früchte. Kissen waren sehr hart und dick. Es fehlen Haken oder Stange für Badaetücher im Bad. Keine Kleiderhaken im Zimmer und nur 1 Stuhl.

Es gibt einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder. Sehr nah zum See und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/Bars in 5 Minuten Gehdistanz. Am meisten hat mich der Strassenlärm gestört: Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Man hört den Verkehr auch bei geschlossenem Fenster. Ansonsten sind es Kleinigkeiten: Wenig Ablagefläche im Bad, die Duschbrause tropft. Nicht so viel Stauraum und der Nachttisch ist ein kleines Tablar (für eine Person ist aber alles ausreichend). Die Nachttischlampe wackelt etwas, der USB-Anschluss beim Nachttisch-Tablar funktioniert nicht. Etwas ringhörig: Man hört die Zimmernachbarn. Balkontüre klemmt. Für zwei Personen und mehrere Tage wohl etwas enges Doppelzimmer.
Marek (10/5): really the best service from the manager, absolutely perfect view and location, the feeling of being at home is priceles - Absolutely great place, the hotel location is about 20m from Lake Geneva, the view from the 3rd floor is breathtaking, I have to highlight the boss lady the most, she is absolutely amazing, always smiling and helpful in everything... breakfast for 11fr is really enough and for that price the performance ratio is brilliant … I'm a little sad that check in is after 3pm but I understand that the room needs to be cleaned after previous visits... I definitely wasn't here for the last time and I highly recommend this stay I'm a little bothered by the only small mess on the floor, but that happens to everyone, otherwise the room was very nicely prepared and cleaned, I have nothing to complain about.

Susan ELizabeth (8/5): Enjoyable stay in excellent location. - Location was excellent - right on the lake and only a few minutes’ walk from the station. Easy to get to the old town and the Chateau de Chillon. Breakfast was good, with wide selection of food. Room was rather small and not well sound-proofed. Guests in neighbouring rooms could be heard talking and using the bathroom. Internet connection was unreliable.
