Noémie (9/5): Hôtel de standing avec une exposition face à la mer des plus agréables - Bel établissement qui offre de nombreuses prestations pour ses clients, restaurants, terrasse avec piscine et jacuzzi, accès à la salle de sport. Superbe localisation géographique, à moins de 2 à pied du centre commercial et de la plage Kebra Kanela. Literie très confortable, les chambres avec vu sur mer sont spacieuses et lumineuses. Possibilité de faire un enregistrement plus tôt et plus tard moyennant finance. Le temps d’attente pour être servi au restaurant le midi et le soir peut être conséquent quand on est pas habitué.

Il fallait sortir de l'hôtel pour pouvoir regarder le match. Il faut aussi que l'hôtel pense aux autres clients qui ne parlent pas portugais afin de mettre à leur disposition des chaînes câblé en français et anglais.

Clara (1/5): - Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du 21 au 23 décembre et avons été déçus par notre expérience. Nous avions choisi cet établissement principalement pour la piscine sur le toit, mais nous avons été informés uniquement à notre arrivée que la piscine n’était pas remplie. Cette information n’avait pas été communiquée lors de la réservation, ce qui est très regrettable, d’autant plus que nous n’avons donc pas pu en profiter une seule fois durant notre séjour, alors que c’était un critère essentiel de notre choix. Concernant la chambre, elle était propre, mais pas vraiment agréable et clairement pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. L’eau de la douche n’était pas chaude. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, avec du choix, mais cela ne compense pas les points négatifs. Globalement, les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix ni du classement annoncé.

Maria (9/5): Overall our stay was pleasant. - The property has been updated and our stay there was very good; very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional and friendly at all times. The restaurant for dinner was our only poor experience. They did not have enough staff members working. The room was 90% full of guests/tourists and only one young man taking orders,answering phone, serving and working as cashier. We were a group of 8 and it took almost two hours to get some of our dinner orders. 6 people were served partial plates while two waited another 38 minutes to get their plates. By the time the foods were brought in distant time frames, the entire dinner was cold. The food was tasty but would have been great if it had been served all at once and not cold. The breakfast service was exceptional unlike the dinner. Every breakfast item was fresh, tasty and hot.

Susana (5/5): - Gostamos do serviço de restaurante e bar. O pequeno-almoço vale muito a pena por nos permitirem degustar várias iguarias locais e os pratos do almoço e jantar são uma delícia. Ao almoço e jantar o menu apresenta 3 variedades de pratos muito bem confecionados. Sem necessidade de reserva. A piscina é o verdadeiro ex libris e valeu o preço pago. Depois de um dia passado a visitar a ilha, valeu o fim de tarde na piscina do terraço, apenas com o mar no horizonte. Ficamos com uma opinião muito positiva ao nível dos serviços de quartos e limpeza. O hotel é muito agradável, pena apenas o mau serviço de Receção e não estar mais próximo do centro da cidade. Deixo um elogio ao Kiki, ao chef da noite e a toda a equipa da limpeza, são fantásticos! 1) O serviço de receção é péssimo. Os funcionários da receção não demonstraram ter o profissionalismo necessário, principalmente em termos de cordialidade e atenção ao cliente. Precisei de resolver algumas situações, nomeadamente o meu pai ficou doente e só fui ajudada pelo funcionário do restaurante/bar, a receção não prestou qualquer tipo de atenção à minha aflição, demonstrando ter zero profissionalismo e nenhuma empatia. Por outro lado, sendo um hotel 4 estrelas, habituados a lidar com turistas, deveriam estar preparados para lidar com moeda estrangeira e não foi o caso. O mais básico do atendimento ao cliente que é a simpatia não parecia ser adquirido. 2) A localização também não é a melhor uma vez que este hotel está afastado do centro da Praia, Nas imediações do hotel existem vários restaurantes, muito vistosos e extremamente agradáveis por estarem virados para o mar, mas que provaram ser muito mais caros do que os restaurantes no Plateau e bairros mais centrais. Assim que passeiei no centro da cidade percebi que existem vários pequenos hotéis disponíveis e melhor localizados, e que provavelmente nos prestam melhor serviço.

Aida (10/5): VIP Praia Hotel – Highly Recommended! - I absolutely love everything about VIP Praia Hotel. From my incredible room with a spectacular view of the city, mountains, and sea, every moment felt special. This is definitely the place I’ll be staying whenever I visit the capital. The property itself is top-notch — the food, services, and staff exceeded all my expectations. I couldn’t ask for more. I wholeheartedly recommend VIP Praia Hotel to anyone visiting Praia, Cape Verde 🇨🇻. Whether it’s your first time or a return trip, you won’t be disappointed!

Joao (8/5): Good - All good. If a get a 50% discount go to the movie, gym is for free, breakfast is very good, air conditioning working good, shower with good pression, the location is close to several good restaurants and a beach.
