• Verified traveler (2/5): - Très déçu de la relation avec le responsable, ne cherche pas à arranger ces clients habituel. Il ne faut pas avoir un souci particulier. Le prix peu doubler en 1 mois, Soyez vigilant. Bruyant egalement.

De plus, lors de mon départ, j'ai oublié des écouteurs sans fils sur le bureau de la chambre qui n'ont jamais été retrouvés par l'hôtel... Ce n'est vraiment pas le type de service que l'on attend de la chaine Ibis, je suis très dessus de mon séjour, je déconseille l'établissement !!
• Pamela Claire Mohr (8/5): - The hotel is quiet and clean. The 40euro cab fee back and forth to CDG seemed a bit over the top-why doesn’t a hotel advertising itself as CDG-airport friendly not have a shuttle? Lovely place, friendly staff.
• Renzo (6/5): Thin walls - The walls in between rooms are so thin, you can hear everything the neighbor is doing or saying, even the alarm in the morning. I didn’t like it at all.

• pmB1021DP (2/5): Billed for a cancelled stay - I booked two rooms at this hotel on a flexible basis, cancelled them 3 months before the dates but was still billed for one of the rooms. The booking was cancelled, I have the email confirmations. How can this happen and why did they still have my credit card details. Shocking behaviour and help from ACCOR support was equally shocking

• RadioTircoed (10/5): Another great find! - A stopover between the Dordogne and Bruges. The hotel was fairly quiet for January but it was easy to find. Private parking essential for us (needs to be reserved). Small but comfortable room. Well heated. Great shower Breakfast served at table and perfectly adequate. We will use this as a stopover again. Highly recommended.

Perfekt sikret parkering og mod uvedkommende indtrængen med solidt trådhegn, videoovervågning og låge styret fra receptionen. Perfekt shuttle til Park Exhibition. Engelsktalende reception. Ingen restaurant, men usædvanlig god indisk restaurant i tilknytning til hotellet. Morgenmaden OK.

Personnel hyper accueillant, petit dejeuné tres bien). Nous y reviendrons...
• Verified traveler (4/5): - I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend ever staying at this hotel unless you absolutely had to. Conveniently located by the airport but it’s definitely a cheaply put together hotel. Service, well you can forget about it, as it’s non existent. The shampoo, body wash and conditioner are all in a squeeze tube hanging on the side of the shower. Lol... never seen anything like it. Also there’s two beds side by side, not a queen or king bed. Quite uncomfortable as well. Overall I wouldn’t pay more than $40 a night for this place.

• Paal_Kri (8/5): Budget hotel with very good service - This is a budget hotel so don't expect something extraordinary. But if you look for a cheap room to sleep in outside Paris city, it is great. The staff are very service minded and great. In the lobby they also serve some drinks. I had the pleasure of watching some Champions League matches there together with several other guests. The room was small. But it had a very comfortable bed and since it is a quiet neighbourhood I slept very well. Breakfast is average, but it was not very crowded so we had a relaxing and good start on the day. There are some good restaurants in the neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes away. Since the hotel doesn't serve food that was a plus. Usually I would give a hotel like this a 3 star rating, but the great service from the staff made it a good hotel experience. And the pricing is reasonable! Recommended!
• michaelbD4758FW (8/5): Friendly environment - No suprise when you have your habits under this label. friendly employees. Quiet building- good bed, Beware no restaurant!! Safety parking. Average price but nevertheless a bit expensive for the poor environment around.
• sahampathyd (10/5): Excellent location - Excellent location if you are on any business in the CDG airport area or taking part at any fairs in the Parc De Expositions, Villepinte. Very friendly staff and nice area. There are many restaurants around as well as the O'Parinor shopping mall with a Carrefour. Book early as during events and exhibitions this hotel is fully booked. I have stayed 4 times from 2012. The owner of the hotel himself is present most of the time and a very pleasant gentleman. Rooms are compact as expected from Ibis but very comfortable beds for a good nights sleep after a full day of work. Close to Aulnay sous bois RER station which can take you to Paris city or towards airport. Über will be the cheapest way of transport - approx to station Eu 10 and to airport Eu 16.

• MatteoZN (4/5): Minimum you can get - Spent 3 days for a business trip. The first night by mistake they gave me a smoking room. Even after change, the room again had a terrible smell. The room was very, very small. Breakfast minimum acceptable, completely self service. The only positive point is the parking, big enough.

We were dealt with efficiently, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast (provided specially for us at 5.30 am, as we had to make an early start) was good - lots of choice and limitless coffee etc (which was essential at that time in the morning).
• Ubuntan (4/5): Not recommended - Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Honestly not a pleasant experience. Most of the staffs are totally unprofessional and few of them are really arrogant towards customers . Even if you put the "don't disturb" badge on the door, they would still knock and disturb you. Breakfast is with very limited options. Even one day I was told there is no breakfast as there is not enough guest in hotel. Never heard such an excuse anywhere !!.
• 12Amu12 (6/5): Clean cheap hotel with very small rooms, but need to commute more - I stayed at this hotel as apart of a tour group, and naturally it would be because it is cheaper to stay here than in downtown Paris. However, this place is quite outside the main city and needs a bit of a commute. There is a bus stop on the main road across the hotel, which will take you to the aulnay-sous-bois metro station, and from there you need to take the train into the city centre. This will add to the costs. Also, the bus runs only till about 10.00 pm so you will have to plan to reach early, else there is no mode of transport. The hotel is also not particularly helpful with the transportation, and even if they are able to offer it, it will be highly expensive. The hotel, in keeping with IBIS tradition, is minimalistic, but clean. The rooms were exceptionally small, even by the usual Europe small-room standard. If you have a lot of luggage, or get claustrophobic, avoid this hotel. The breakfast is fine, but it was the exact same menu for all days we stayed there. This is a good place for tour groups and business travelers, but if you are travelling privately or solo, would suggest to avoid. You will spend a lot of time commuting and is not worth the money you will save.
• A (8/5): 1 block away from a large shopping mall - Clean, comfortable hotel with a very courteous and helpful manager. Entrance to hotel is a little hard to find. Bus runs directly from airport CDG term 1 to aprox 1 block from hotel for €2 per person. Great shopping 1 block away!
• SANJEEVKOLKATA (6/5): VERY SMALL ROOMS ONLY FOR BUSINESS - We along with family reached Paris through Thomas Cook at Hotel and noticed that Rooms are not suitable for family but only can be used for single person for business purpose only. Other amenities were also poor....

Booked online and had no option of smoking or none smoking so when checking in we were asked if we wanted a smoking or none smoking. We said non smoking but ended up with a smoking room anyway :( apparently they were fully booked. Apart from a smelly room all was good.

• HazelM559 (8/5): Clean with comfy beds - affordable Paris! - We picked this Ibis for it's affordability. The location isn't celubrious but the hotel itself is very nicely presented with free private parking. The hotel is on a main-road interchange (next to a huge shoppping centre) which made it ideal for us to drive into Paris. In August many of the side streets are free parking so it's ideal for self-drivers like us. The nearest train station was about 4km away. Ibis run a vending machine snack and drink system so there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast is a 9 euro cold buffet which set up my teenagers for the day. There were fast food restaurants within easy reach. Another benefit was that as the hotel is on the north-east side of Paris it was really easy to get to the Eurotunnel.
• gemini (8/5): nice and cheap hotel - nice hotel and close to Paris. no kettle and mugs at room. no cash machine in near area. poor English of reception desk staff but friendly person. free wifi and parking, good location and fast connection to Le Bourget Air Show and central Paris.
