- Alicia (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at the hotel during our 3 days in Abu Dhabi. The front desk staff was friendly and informed us about all the amenities available to us during our stay as we checked in. Our luggage was handled with care and delivered promptly (during arrival & departure) to our rooms. The rooms were clean, spacious, and included items to make our stay comfortable (fridge, iron, toiletries, bottled water). The front area of the hotel was often congested with vehicles, but the valet service was prompt whenever we arrived/departed. The breakfast options were extensive and varied. Everyone in my party was able to accommodate their preferences. Overall, we had great stay with friendly service from the staff.

Very convenient accessible to transportation and beautiful tourist attractions and boat ride is great. Very safe Walkable any time of day and night. I don't know about parking cause i used Tourist Buses, Boat and Cab.

Rooms are very basic and they smell pretty bad in the smoking area. Window does not open. Very nice breakfast and staff. Overall not recommended, unless you are looking for a cheap stay.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and even left me a cake in my room for my birthday after noticing it in my information. World Trade Centre is a great location - loads of shopping and dining around, and not far from the Corniche path.

This sudden and unwanted change of plans led to a cascade of issues as I was traveling on business and had meetings lined up in the late afternoon that I was forced to cancel our reschedule.

- Sohaib (10/5): - I stayed at the hotel for 23 day. The staff and management were amazing. Had a few issues with my room. Everything got resolved very quickly and smoothly. The hotel itself is in a great location. Downtown Abu Dhabi is the heart of Abu Dhabi, and the hotel is in the center of that. The rooms are quite Spacious, the rooms were kept clean and room service was great. Room service was available 24h a day. The rooftop pool bar and indoor bar was amazing. (Just one downside the views from the room were not amazing but that’s just my opinion) (Second downside is no quit area inside the hotel for Guest only. The first floor restaurant can only be used if your are eating there. Otherwise you can’t just chill there with your mates. As this is what I was told by the Restaurant staff) Thirdly - to book in room service you can not use your discounts. I found this a bit odd. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff, from the restaurant, Reception to Management. They’re all very polite and helpful Location wise it is perfect. As everything is nearby, and that will be cheaper on getting cabs as everything is local. Facility wise, you have 24 gym, the pool Is closed in the evening however. The pool area is open for all night. The rooftop bar is Usually open till 1:45am to 2am. Maybe longer on some weekends. Would I book here again, my answer would be (Yes). Reasonably priced hotel and great location.

The room, however, was extremely small and had a terrible view. We started 3 nights and enjoyed the pool, valet parking, mall and services. We chose this hotel for location and entertainment offers. I probably would not choose to stay here again, however. The room is too small and the view is depressing.

The rooftop restaurant was a fun treat and a nice place to have a drink after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, I was happy with the location and customer service.

- Karim (10/5): - Very nice hotel in the center of Abu-Dhabi. With a walking distance to many shops, restaurants and mall, it is a very good option to discover the city center. The staff is very helpful and nice. The buffet offered by the hotel's restaurant is rich, varied, and of very good quality. The rooms are cozy and very reasonable. I recommend the hotel since I wouldn't hesitate to stay in there again with my family.

- Michael (8/5): Mostly Good Hotel In Lively Area - After Dubai, this hotel was in an active area, not perfect, but there is a huge mall next door. Lots of shops in the neighborhood, but not a lot of restaurants. Mostly jewelry stores, and service stores, and a few small markets. After exploring, I found more restaurants behind the mall, but initially ate at the shopping center. Concierge was iffy. No English alphabet (Roman) street maps available and knowledge of bus lines is spotty. Often wrong. No metro in Abu Dhabi. I bought a Hafilat card with 50 Dirham ($15) and never used it. Was going to take buses and the shuttle to the airport, but opted for a taxi due to a very early flight to Amman (5:45 am). So, it is wasted unless I come back. After visiting nearby sheik's palace, discovered free Abu Dhabi tour bus that went to the far flung presidential Palace and Grand Mosque, so took that instead. Staffer Romeo, who brought my luggage offered to help fix a zipper that tangled in Dubai due to the bag falling from the Park Regis tiny luggage stand. Very nice. He also knew more about the area than others. Desk clerk Kim and Ahmed were also very nice and helpful. They give 4 bottles of water a day, which was too much, and I gave several back. The restaurant buffet, which I used once was reasonable and good. The shower worked weird. As you turned it on, you waited for warm water, then when finished I turned the knob to shut it off, only to receive a cold shower from a rain stream above. And cold. Should be a different knob.

- Nick (6/5): Nice hotel but check in poor check in - First impression is check-in. This was poor. It took ages and with 3 separate rooms and 2 clerks, one of them was really really slow. Not what you need after a long day and at 21.30 at night. Without asking full payment was taken up front. by the really slow clerk. Passports were given but not correctly returned and so on... Other than that great hotel although I do wish they would make the floor numbers more obvious when the elevator doors open at each floor. Pretty much everybody who used them was confused I and others were always getting out at the wrong floors.
- Yigal (10/5): Great hotel for the buck - The hotel was surprisingly excellent. It is not the most fancy hotel you could find. It is quite a classy old-school type of hotel, but it has a great return on the money spent. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and great to sleep on, and the service is remarkable - every request was answered with a smile and it seems that the staff is eager to please the customers. The breakfast is moderate and not very diversified, but it is something that is common also in other hotels in Abu Dhabi, so it stands in line with other breakfasts of other hotels. The hotel is located adjacently to a mall, which is quite comfort for fast shopping or if you are in need of a quick meal.

- Miguel (10/5): Centrally located with great restaurants - The Marriott Courtyard in Abu Dhabi is very centrally located. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is connected to the World Trade Center mall that has great restaurants upstairs in the sixth and ninth floors. It was very easy getting taxis at the entrance of the hotel, which are needed to move around Abu Dhabi, as all the major sites are spread out throughout the city. The breakfast at the Marriott Courtyard was excellent. The restaurant staff was also very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend staying at this very reasonably priced hotel that has all that you need to have for wonderful say in Abu Dhabi.

The breakfast buffet was a shadow of past years when we have stayed here both in terms of buffet selection and staff numbers. - Sofiane (2/5): Worst hotel experience ever. - Horrible experience… I planned a weekend in Abu Dhabi with my family to find myself not being able to check-in because i did not have my original passport. All staff (except valet parking) was very rude and nor willing to help to find a solution. This includes the manager on duty (can’t remember her name) who was very condescending and very rude. Same for the receptionist. At the end, they agreed to cancel my booking but 3 days later, they still haven’t confirmed my cancellation. At the end, i’ve been to AD almost once a month since 5 years staying in different hotels but this is by far my worst experience in all UAE. Stay away!
