• vishva (7/5): book cheapest room in this hotel. - housekeeping staff was good. we booked the room with the bathtub for 5 days. it leaks everywhere while draining, hotel staff didn't bother, we used towel to soak water and they charged us 200k vnd, because theere towels were dirty 🤣🤣

• Hang (10/5): Great - We had a wonderful night. Staff was polite and professional. We would've loved 2 blankets but had to deal with one big one for 2 parents and a kid in between. Though I am sure that if we had time to ask for one, we would've gotten the wish fulfilled. Breakfast was over the top, I absoluetely recommend everybody to have it!

• Binh (8/5): Hotel is in a very good and convenient location, staff are very friendly and welcoming, great stay. - Staff are very friendly and courteous. Facilities are very good in general. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. Air conditioning system is not working well, in some rooms (for example room 601) it was very noisy but did not generate enough cold air. The room curtains (the main and thick curtains) in all the room we stayed are full of dust, looks like they have not been vacuumed for a long time. In fact a couple of times, while I tried to close the curtains at nights and also looked up at the top of the curtains, dust dropped into my eyes and I had to go and wash my face/eye.
• Ross (9/5): This was an excellent choice for a hotel in a reasonable location. - The breakfast was excellent with a great choice. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was also excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning at night blows onto your face, which is a little annoying.

Nice service from porters Breakfast: not many options, we started our breakfast at 8:00 am and many pots were run-out of food. The bed was a bit noisy, maybe ( needs to buy a new) and one more pillow on each side.

• Tai (7/5): Day shifts crews are perfect late night crew need more training to know how to welcoming guests - Morning breakfast is good different soup every day the cook very pleasant and the days staff was very attentive and helpful thank you all Room has a slight odour when the air conditioning wasn’t on, key cards kept malfunction; I’ve issues with one of the key card they tried to reprogram it and wasn’t returned beck to me and when I check out they tried to charge me for lost key card lol not professional in this situation for guest experience.

Lần tới tôi sẽ tiếp tục đặt Athena hotel - Do kế hoạch bị huỷ, tôi điện thoại hỏi khách sạn xem có thể được check in sớm hay không, và bạn lễ tân tên Duy Khang đã hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Chúng tôi tới khách sạn gọi nước uống và chờ, tới khoảng 12:00 được hỗ trợ check in sớm không thu thêm phí. Dù được hỗ trợ hay không, tôi cũng đánh giá cao việc giao tiếp đầy đủ, hiệu quả của nhân viên khách sạn. Việc được hỗ trợ check in sớm là vượt ngoài kỳ vọng của tôi. Xin cảm ơn rất nhiều. Tuy nhiên, có thể do dọn phòng gấp để tôi check in nên bộ phận vệ sinh đã mắc 1 số lỗi nhỏ, như các đồ dùng cá nhân không được bổ sung đủ, cụ thể phòng tôi 2 người lớn + 1 trẻ em nhưng các vật dụng như bàn chải, lược, ni lông đội đầu ... chỉ được bố trí số lượng 1. Có lẽ cũng vì lí do này mà tủ lạnh không được bổ sung đủ số lượng chai pepsi như checklist, dẫn tới khi tôi checkout thì báo tôi sử dụng 1 chai pepsi, nhưng gia đình tôi không 1 ai uống pepsi, con tôi 5 tuổi không ăn bánh kẹo đồ ngọt và không biết tự mở chai pepsi nên không thể do gia đình tôi sử dụng. Dù bạn lễ tân chưa hiểu lí do lệch 1 chai pepsi là do đâu nhưng vẫn lịch sự tôn trọng sự khẳng định của khách hàng và không thu tiền gia đình tôi chai pepsi. Tôi đánh giá cao sự lịch sự và chuyên nghiệp của lễ tân khách sạn. Sau khi hồi tưởng lại thì tôi đoán lí do phát sinh việc chai pepsi là do gia đình tôi được check in sớm, dẫn tới BPVS dọn dẹp vội vã nên chưa bổ sung chai pepsi từ đầu. Việc này cũng có phần là để hỗ trợ gia đình tôi, nên nếu lí do là như vậy thì cũng mong BPVS sẽ không bị khiển trách. Và tôi cũng nghĩ KS nên thông báo với khách về việc kiểm tra nội dung mini bar trên bàn, trong tủ lạnh ... khi nhận phòng để tránh phát sinh khi trả phòng. Ngoài ra, bộ phận bảo vệ, trực sảnh ai cũng đều nhiệt tình, thân thiện, rất tuyệt vời. Con trai tôi rất thích các chú trực sảnh.

• An (10/5): - The staff were wonderful and very attentive. Service here was amazing! The restaurant downstairs was small, but food was good and fruit drinks and smoothies were super delicious. We ate lunch here twice, and dinner on our first night as it was so convenient. They took good care of us. The breakfast room was a little hard to find on the first day, but it was not a big deal.

• Truong (7/5): - Khách sạn sạch sẽ,nhân viên rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình hỗ trơ Trên app booking có để là thanh toán tiền tại khách sạn khi nhận phòng,nhưng trước 1 ngày mình đặt phòng thì khách sạn đã tự ý rút tiền trong tài khoản tín dụng của mình vì sợ mình ko đến(điều này làm mình rất không hài lòng).Vì nếu trên booking.com nói là cần thanh toán trước ngày đến thì mình sẽ thanh toán trước,nếu mình no show thì sau đó khách sạn rút tiền từ tài khoản tín dụng của mình theo quy định là hợp lý .

C'est mon fils (adulte) qui est arrivé le premier et l'hôtesse à l'accueil n'a rien fait pour améliorer la situation. Dommage !

• Thi Hien (10/5): - Hotel ATHENA in Saigon has very spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable beds, and the staff are polite, respectful, welcoming, and very attentive. It's in a very convenient location with lots of eateries nearby. The hotel is also very affordable. Next time I return to Saigon, I will definitely stay here again.
