- Sophie (9/5): Good value hotel in great location - Good location on a side street away from the traffic. Very British 70s style decor but clean and comfortable with good AC. Selling point is the top floor terrace. Reception changed small amounts of USD at a decent rate which was handy. Staff spoke pretty good English Definitely not 4* standard but that was reflected in the price. Shame we couldn’t access the balcony in our room

- ULADZISLAU (8/5): - - Хороший просторный номер, чисто и комфортно находится 👍 - Вкусная и доступная еда с заказом в номер - Хорошее расположение в пешей доступности от центра - Теплый пол в номере - стройка напротив отеля, понимаю что отель не при чем, но звуки строительного инструмента доносятся; - бассейн находится не в отеле; - Персоналу нужно ещё поучится сервису, тактичности и манерам - в 11 будит горничная стуком в дверь и спрашивает убирать номер или нет (зачем вообще?); забыли забрать вещи в химчистку хотя сделал акцент девушке на ресепшн в 16, вернувшись в 22 часа все было на месте. Молодцы что исправили ситуацию, поздно в это время парень забрал, но на следующий день не принесли к обеду как просил - по словам админа все было готово и думали я сам позвоню и уточню, то есть сделаю их же работу :)

- Shelley (9/5): Superb - Close to lots of intetesting sights in Bishkek. Helpful staff who directed me regarding using public transport. Good gin and tonics in floor 6 outdoor bar with city view. Very accomodating with travel plan changes due to worldwide events changing safety of aviation Lift only went to Floor 5, so it was necessary to use stairs for one level to access restaurant - this would be a problem for some people

- Michael (7/5): Walkable to all major sites, Ambassador is a good value in a growing city - Set off the main street, there is a hidden quality to the hotel. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. One elevator meant some long waits to get up and down from the restaurant. It would be nicer if there were more attractive lobby seating or a pleasant entryway.

Large shower, bidet, supplies. Nice bed. We really have no critiques. We'd happily stay here again, and highly recommend.

Feel short-changed, Although Hotel claims they offer sauna, it is NOT in the hotel, but in another hotel Solutel 150m away!! Very misleading. I booked the hotel on basis they hv a sauna as advertised. Hotel faced a high rise building under construction - a BIG eyesore. Lobby rather small for 4 star. Just one power socket around desk, to be shared with electric kettle, laptop & phone charging.veey inconvenient. Breakfast choice limited. NOT a decent 4 star. Poor value for money at $130/nite.

The service was exceptional, with friendly and professional staff who spoke excellent English and were always ready to help with directions and restaurant recommendations. The rooms were cozy and clean, with high-quality bedding that ensured restful sleep. Housekeeping was consistently perfect throughout my stay. Breakfast had a generous spread, and I loved being able to order fresh items like eggs benedict, omelets, pancakes, and waffles. The restaurant experience was elevated thanks to Rustam’s warm hospitality and attention to detail. Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming experience.

We had to wait for the food to be refilled and some times not refilled at all. Front desk is not friendly. House keeping team is not attentive to refill even water bottles, some days

The attention, hospitality and kindness of the staff is great, and a special mention to Zhamilia, the front desk receptionist, who also acted as concierge during our visit (she recommended a tour to the beautiful and stunning Ala Archa National Park, with private driver and at a very reasonable price). We also got a room upgrade and late check out, and which made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable. A memorable experience overall.

Food is likewise great. Room is large and the washroom has bidet. Value for money. Overall, the hotel is great.
- mdnoores (8/5): Excellent! - Great hotel, great experience! We stayed three nights in Ambassador hotel, Bishkek. It was really a pleasant stay; everything was perfect. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast is of good quality and decent variety. Hotel staff are friendly. Those in front desk are excellent; they speak good English and are super helpful. We had our return flight late in the evening and needed to stay longer. Zhumilia- one of the front desk staff - was kind to allow us to do late check-out without extra charge! I would definitely prefer staying in Ambassador when i visit Bishkek next. Siddiquee, Astana
- Ivan (9/5): Decent hotel with nice staff and good location. - Nice rooms, all comfort. The breakfast very good. Very nice rooftop restaurant. The staff is really very helpful and nice, but one person can be described as the 'ambassador' of the hotel: Zhamilia. Zhamilia works at the reception and is a fantastic person: optimistic, very helpful, intelligent and a great personality. Rather noisy on the 5 th floor in the evening and at night. The waiting times at the restaurant could be improved; 45 minutes for a meal is really too long.

- Andrea (9/5): Great place to stay if you want to discover Bishkek. - The hotel's location is excellent, with most major attractions within easy walking distance. There are several cafés and many restaurants in the surrounding area. The staff of the hotel was very attentive and extremely helpful in fulfilling our requests. We made a change to our reservation, and our modification requests were accommodated without any issues. The rooms are spacious, clean, and furnished in a modern style. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes, ensuring that there was something for everyone. Overall, the service and amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
- Ali (1/5): No more will go there. - Nothing at all already. User and mind has to be changed for its existance in the future. Without informing me, they have changed the location/building. I have booked the room maybe more than a month ago and before arrival we messaged many times regarding my arrival time. And nothing told me about adres changing. There is no kitchen / breakfast in the building. I had to walk to the main building where breakfast available in the morning and get back to the room. That was inconveniant for me and i guess for many others. So i did not have breakfast. I booked for 2 nights, the receptionist tought 1 night, second day again lost time for paying again and receiving the invoice. İn total the quality of the service has been changed as i met this time. Tv had no signal. Not confortable stairs. I used rhe sleep in the main building like feeling at home. By changing building where i had to stay, i couldn't sleep, they lost one continuous client/me.

- Jenny (10/5): - I stayed for a night here after the end of a hiking tour - it was the perfect place to rest and recuperate before my long journey back home. Staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke English fluently. My room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed using the sauna to relax (though note it's not in the same building as the hotel). Well located - walking distance from shops and restaurants - but in a quiet neighbourhood. Would recommend staying here!
