• Anastasiia (10/5): - Отличное соотношение цены и качества! Остановилась на одну ночь , с целью продолжения маршрута, но продлила на две) почему-то тут мне оказалось комфортно и уютно! Персонал старается поддерживать не новый отель в приличном виде! За эту цену бывает все намного хуже. Завтраки нормальные на мини-шведском столе, голодной не осталась)) кофе правда растворимый, но…за такую цену мало где зерновой)) Вода горячая есть. Спалось хорошо. Ну и самое главное расположение просто шикарное! До пляжа и прекрасной набережной рукой подать! В номере есть тапочки, пару шампуней. В общем все хорошо, все работает, персонал во всем помогает, отзывчивый , супер! Санузел тесноват и душ без шторки, но это совсем не критично . Мне не мешало. С утра не было горячей воды в умывальнике) но была в душе) умылась там)

• Stursberg (5/5): Solide aber etwas Verbesserung in Sauberkeit und Frühstück - Ein nettes Familienunternehmen, familiäres Ambiente. Stets bemüht zu helfen. Unkompliziert und zuverlässig organisierten sie uns den Transfer zum Flughafen zu einem super fairen Preis, sehr komfortabel. Im Zimmer gab es einen Kühlschrank, Fernseher und einen Balkon. Durch die Lage war alles schnell zu erreichen, auch zu Fuß. Strand in ca. 5-10min und auch die Stadt. Sie helfen einem auch Aktivitäten in der Umgebung zu finden:) Insgesamt hatte man eine passable Unterkunft zu einem sehr fairen, günstigen, Preis. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht so gut. Im Bett waren einige fremde Haare, unter dem Bett lagen benutzte fremde Socken, das Bett war etwas wackelig. Das Bad war leider auch etwas schmutzig: es gab keinen Duschvorhang, in der Toilette war Urinstein, die Toilettenrolle war schon angebrochen. Frühstück wird nicht aufgefüllt innerhalb der Frühstückszeit und man sollte früh kommen wenn man noch ausreichend bekommen möchte. Personal spricht zum Großteil leider kein Englisch.

На территории отеля есть бассейн. Завтрак включён в стоимость, в номере есть холодильник и чайник. Соотношение цена - качество отличное.

Заказывала трансфер через отель, встретили с аэропорта, так дешевле чем такси. В отеле есть завтрак, для обеда и ужина рядом много ресторанов. Wi-fi работал, интернет был даже в номере что очень радовало. Очень приветливый персонал и хозяева отеля, всегда рассказывали что и где находится. Вернусь еще Kartal otel), очень рада что выбрала этот отель.

• Aleksandr (8/5): Отличное расположение и приветливый персонал - Удобное расположение, рядом и пляж, и кафе на любой вкус и кошелëк, и при этом нет шума, всë тихо и спокойно. Приветливый персонал Немного расстроило то, что на завтрак кофе был растворимый, и чай в пакетиках. Также не подают горячих блюд типа каши. Но в целом завтрак неплох, голодным точно не останешься.

• Ekaterina (7/5): - Близко к морю, магазинам, кафе. Просторный номер, много окон, балкон. В душе не было занавески и бортиков - это неудобно. В номере был запах неприятный, как будто кто-то курил. Пришлось спать с открытыми окнами. Не было одеяла, я замерзала. Кондиционер сильно шумел - пришлось выключить его из сети, так только перестал. На кровати были волосы (не мои).
• Becker (10/5): - Отель расположен замечательно! Недалеко от моря, рядом магазины, кафе. В отеле есть бассейн, лифт. Шведский стол во время завтрака. В номере есть все необходимое. Номер удобный, с балконом. Есть холодильник и телевизор. Тихо и комфортно, великолепный вид с балкона. Соотношение цена-качество - отличное. Рекомендую. Для такой цены все понравилось.

• Nataliya (1/5): - - Отвратительный отель, неудобная ванна, кусок угла в ванной комнате, не прикрытый даже шторкой. Твердая кровать, от которой после первой ночи у меня болела спина, укрываться дали только покрывало, который укрывают кровать (декоративное). На этаже не работал свет, нам приходилось светить фонариком куда пройти. Внутри номера ( у нас был 105) мелькал свет. Когда мы попросили поменять номер, молодой человек на ресепшене согласился, а потом пришли какая-то мадам, тоже с ресепшена, и нам отказала. Предложила вообще не те условия, за которые мы платили изначально. Завтрак был ни о чем. Кусок колбаски, кусочек сыра. Ни хлеба, ничего. Был только кусочек бейгла. Результат: нам сказали, не хотите жить-убирайтесь отсюда. Не хотели выселять заранее, не вернули деньги, смеялись нам в спину. Если можно было бы поставить 0 вместо 1 я бы это сделала. Обратите внимание на отзывы в Гугл, там проявляется весь характер этого заведения. Много ругани, толку мало. Мне было не важно потратить сумму и переехать в другой отель, но я всем НЕ СОВЕТУЮ приезжать к ним. Также, букинг нам старался помочь, но они не смогли договориться , так как якобы не говорили по английски(что извините должны уметь, находясь в бизнесе сервиса и отелей).
• Maureen (8/5): - Het vriendelijke personeel en de locatie. Voortreffelijk ontbijt. Veel restaurants/markets en andere hotels in de buurt. Op loopafstand van het strand en slechts 6 km van Antalya centrum. Prijs/kwaliteit was dit zeker in orde. Het hotel heeft ook een zwembad en op donderdag groenten- en fruitmarkt aan het hotel. Het sanitair is verouderd maar proper.
• Конрад (8/5): Good value for this money. - The hotel is located in a good location, 5 minutes from the sea. The air conditioning is old, but it works well. The room is quite decent, and the view is good. There is an iron in the corridor. As for me, the room was clean enough. Once, the maid asked me if I needed the room cleaned, I declined because it was clean. The staff does not speak English and has difficulty understanding it. The door to the room is in very poor condition, but the owner (I think) promised me that it would be replaced soon. I had my clothes washed, but it took a whole day(.

• Florin-Daniel (3/5): Old, unclean, bad hotel, with doors that do not close,but very friendly staff - The staff was amazing! The location is good. Everything else was bad. Room door didn't lock, was afraid to leave stuff in the room when away because the door was left open. Everything is very old. Was surprised such old AC still worked. Not clean. All TV channels in Turkish or Russian, not one in English,.so TV was for decor only. Coffee was instant, had to buy one from outside to have at breakfast. I would not stay here again. Have to mention, the staff at reception was absolutely great - outstanding customer service. But hotel is old, unclean and very bad.

С двухместным номером, который бронировали, был небольшой нюансик, но нам его заменили на трехместный) без нервов и доплат, спасибо) завтрак нормальный и обычный для всех отелей данной категории. Вежливый персонал. Отличное расположение. Такси на каждом шагу, причем самое честное, как по мне из всей Турции) яндекс вроде тоже есть.. автобус за углом, достаточно изучить маршрут и расписание. очень было удобно. По четвергам прямо у дверей - рынок со свежими фруктами. для обедов очень рекомендуем кафе Doğa sofrasi, много лет это кафе держит свой уровень. наверняка есть, что доработать, но нам самое важное - приветливость, и море))
• Maryna (10/5): - Очень хороший отель. Разнообразный вкусный завтрак. Кто пишет завтрак скудный - а что вам ещё не хватает ? Огромное спасибо за сладкий арбуз. В отеле тихо, спокойно. Есть бассейн. На этаже есть гладильная доска и утюг. В номере все ванные принадлежности, много полотенец, тапочки. Техника вся работает. В холодильнике есть водичка. До моря идти минут 5. Всё супер! Мне очень понравился отель !

She didnt understand english well, however tried alll methods to make me welcome. Using all gestures and making sure I eat and try on most of the varieties. This was so kind of her and i really appreciate her The WiFi is on but it gets to skip up sometimes. There is room for improvement The type of showering soap can be improved as well.

• Gintaute (6/5): - I honestly would have rated it at a 4 or 5 because of the price and quality ratio BUT I asked if I can extend my stay and due to language barrier they told me to wait for someone to come and speak English (even if I was using translator to Turkish) and after 30 min of waiting they told me it's all booked out. I know it wasn't booked out when I came in the morning because they still had rooms free online. Only due to the staff making me wait for someone rather than taking care of the request more promptly, I was forced to look for something else. I understand it's not their fault of being booked out, but 30 min wait was not acceptable without at least holding a room for me until someone could come and extend me. In terms of other things, the hot water was a huge plus (lots of hotels in the area struggle with that), checkin was fast. Rooms were pretty outdated but looked clean although they definitely need to buy new towels. Breakfast was simple but great for the price of the rooms.

Mattresses were old and squishy, I could barely do Wi-Fi WhatsApp call, ok for browsing but not for calls or zoom videos. Breakfast was almost ok, again for this money it was fine. There is Thu marker right next on the parking lot. Wed market - 15 min walk from the hotel. Beach is 5 min walk - it’s nice and clean. Bed mattresses.
