Giranton (9/5): Un séjour en famille exceptionnel - Le personnel était au petits soins pour ses clients. L’établissement était très propre. La nourriture est dans l’ensemble diversifiée. Les équipements, comme les toboggans, les piscines, l’espace manège sont formidables. L’établissement est très approprié pour les familles. Les vendeurs sont trop présents dès notre arrivée. Les rideaux occultants dans les chambres ne sont pas très efficaces. Peut-être préciser que la plage est moyenne pour la baignade.

Des piscines pour petits et plus grands. Une piscine à vague qui ravie les enfants. Des animations diverses. Une fête foraine au sein de l’hôtel. Franchement génial. Le personnel tous aussi adorables les uns que les autres, au petit soins avec nous, serviable. Rien à dire. Mention spécial à Tarek lifeguard de la pataugeoire très très gentil. Je recommande +++ pour les familles L’emplacement de l’hôtel est assez excentré. 35-45 min du centre dhurghada et prix excessivement cher concernant les prestations au sein de l’hôtel. Exemple : semi permanent main et pied 80€. Plus cher qu’en France donc bon ..

Simon (10/5): Séjour plus que parfait! - Le personnel est aimable et serviable, pas du tout en attente de tips dans l'hôtel. Les repas sont variés et le buffet est impressionnant. Chaque jour midi et soir des salades, beaucoup de plats chauds, un grill (viandes, poissons, gambas, légumes), des pâtes, un barbecue et un buffet de desserts (gateaux, fruits et gateaux typiques égyptiens). Un petit buffet enfant (moins varié, mais il y a toujours de quoi faire entre les frites, le riz, des pâtes, du poulet, du poisson...). La qualité de la nourriture est vraiment très bonne. Nous n'avons pas été malades du séjour, malgré le fait qu'on ait mangé des salades etc. Nous avions une chambre familiale : récemment rénovées, elles sont magnifiques et spacieuses! Un lit 180 + un petit salon dans la chambre parentale, et 2 lits de 140cm dans la chambre des enfants. Un écran de TV dans chaque chambre. Il y a une grande douche (avec de l'eau bien chaude et une bonne pression même à l'heure des douches) et un mini bar. Les piscines un peu froides à cette époque car pas chauffées mais beaucoup de tobboggans et un personnel toujours serviable. Le service de serviettes de bains était parfait! Il y a des boutiques à l'intérieur de l'hôtel : souvenirs, première nécessité, pharmacie, plongée, matériel de piscine... Le seul point à améliorer pour nous est la qualité générale du Wifi et l'accessibilité du Wifi dans les chambres. Ils essaient d'améliorer le service pour la saison prochaine. A notre arrivée, il ne nous a pas été bien expliqué à quels restaurants nous avions droit avec notre formule. Cela mérite plus d'explications.

Nous n'avons pas été déçus : belle chambre familiale moderne, spacieuse, propre, grande douche, bonne pression de l'eau. Buffets bons et variés. Personnel très serviable. Les toboggans sont vraiment tops. Par contre eau (trop) froide lorsque nous y étions (beaucoup de vent, drapeau rouge pour la mer...). Très bon rapport qualité prix. On est bcp abordé pour des excursions quand même. Lits un peu durs

Jeden Tag hat mir Montaser durch das Buffet begleitet und mir geholfen das richtige zu finden! Auch Nachspeisen würden extra für mich von Hassan in der Küche gemacht! Es war spitze!

Kris (9/5): Wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality - I spent 5 nights here in May and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Mr Ahmed (Ihab), Assistant Front Office Manager, contacted us on arrival day to introduce himself and offer assistance if needed, which was a lovely personal touch. Throughout our stay he was always available, helping with queries and even arranging thoughtful surprises for my partner’s birthday. The resort itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. All staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. We were also very grateful to receive a complimentary room upgrade and an upgrade to Premium All Inclusive, which gave us access to an additional buffet restaurant. The food overall was excellent, with a huge variety and very good quality. Drinks selection was also impressive, with good quality alcoholic brands, draft beer, and plenty of soft drinks available. The pools and aqua park were great, and the evening fairground for children was a fantastic touch for families. The animation team were also brilliant and helped create a fun atmosphere throughout the holiday. We travel to Hurghada several times a year and have stayed in many hotels, and this is definitely one of our favourites. A special thank you again to Mr Ahmed for making our stay even more enjoyable. There were only a few minor areas where improvements could be made. The Italian à la carte restaurant unfortunately felt a little disorganised during our visit, with very slow service and some food being either undercooked or overcooked. After waiting over an hour between courses, we eventually decided to leave. The pools were pleasantly warm at the start of our stay but became quite cold later in the week, especially with the wind, which limited our use of the waterpark. Extending pool heating slightly later into the year would make a big difference. The splash area for younger children is good for toddlers, although older children may benefit from larger water features and more interactive play equipment. The air conditioning in our room felt slightly outdated and was quite loud at times, and the WiFi could occasionally be intermittent.

slob (9/5): Top resort. Een geweldige vakantie gehad. - Het eten was heel goed. Elke dag iets anders. Zeer uitgebreid buffet. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hafez en Moustafa waren top. De kamers waren prima. (clubkamer). De badkamer was uitgerust met shampoo, conditioner, wasgel, stukje zeep, tandenborstels, scheersetje, bodylotion en een waspad. Op de kamer was een stoomstrijkijzer en strijkplank aanwezig. Op zich viel er niet zoveel tegen. Wat opviel dat was dat in het weekend veel Egyptenaren het hotel bezochten waardoor het een stuk drukker was en roermoerig was in de restaurants.

Chaque zone du parc des toboggans est surveillée. Le soir, il y a des manèges (payants, environ 14€ les 16 tours). Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. L'eau de la piscine très froide. Les cocktails et jus de fruits de mauvaise qualité et très sucrés. Personne ne parle français.

victoria (10/5): - Everything, they were very kind to the customers and they spoiled my mother for her birthday. It was very lovely for a family style holiday and for children of all ages. The entertainment was very good during the salsa and dance night. The spa was also very good for the Egyptian massage by an Egyptian. You can request. The food needs to be improved and there is traveller diarrhoea, some food is very good but some food was tasteless. I think this is quite common in international hotels in Egypt.

Ece (10/5): A family trip - Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay! Everything was excellent, and we especially appreciated how friendly and welcoming the staff were. I would particularly like to mention the team at the lunapark — they were amazing with the kids. A special thank you to the man working at the crashing cars station; our kids absolutely loved him and were excited to see him every day. All of the staff throughout the hotel were helpful, kind, and always ready to assist. The activities were also fantastic and kept the kids entertained the whole time. We had a wonderful family vacation and would happily come back. The only downside for us was that the pool was quite cold, and the beach was not the best. However, we still had a nice experience snorkeling, especially because staff were feeding the fish, so many fish came closer to where we were swimming, which the kids really enjoyed. Overall, it was a very good family vacation, and we would happily come back.

Every single team member we encountered was well-trained, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond without ever being asked twice. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping was thorough and consistent and every day we returned to a fresh, tidy room that felt like we’d just checked in. Room service was equally prompt and flawless every single time we used it. Even the laundry service impressed us, affordable, fast, and returned perfectly pressed. Honestly, every single service we used was executed to perfection. The facilities were outstanding, with immaculate pools, thrilling and amazingly safe water slides that the kids absolutely loved , well-maintained grounds, and everything running like clockwork. The stunning coral reef beach is just a leisurely 10 minute walk away, with a convenient shuttle running every 15 minutes Our interactions with management were equally impressive, accessible, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. You could feel the culture of excellence coming from the top down. The food deserves its own paragraph. The buffet offered an incredible variety, fresh, high quality, and something for every palate. From hearty breakfasts to elaborate dinners, the culinary team consistently delivered. Not one disappointing meal across our entire stay. Most importantly, every single member of our family, kids and adults alike, had an absolute blast. We will absolutely be back. I could not find any

Océane (10/5): Parfait en famille - Nous avons séjourné avec 4 enfants de 20-16-7-4 ans. Les piscines sont superbes même si en avril un peu “fraîches” (c’est le seul bémol). LE Luna Park pour les petits est super Le parc aquatique régale même les grands ! Les chambres sont confortables La nourriture est de qualité et variée Le personnel au petit soin Ils nous ont même laissé la chambre à notre départ jusqu’à 13h sans surcoût donc très apprécié merci ! Le bruit matinal ou parfois tard le soir mais ce n’est pas lié à l’hôtel. Plutôt à l’incivilité des gens …. Aussi les rideaux ne sont pas du tout occultants. Il faut y penser si on aime dormir dans le noir. Les piscines froides en cette saison.

Géraldine (9/5): Top je recommande super rapport qualité prix - Les toboggans , il y avait du monde mais pas la foule donc agréable . Le personnel a été au petit soin avec des whatsapp pour savoir si tout se passer bien et comme mon fils a été malade ils nous ont même laissé la chambre jusqu a 17h . Vraiment très sympa Dommage qu on ne puisse pas nager au dessus de coraux à la mer et simplement au bout du ponton .
Tiffanie RA (10/5): Une expérience exceptionnelle qui nous a réconciliés avec le "All-Inclusive" - Notre séjour a été tout simplement parfait. Bien que nous ne soyons pas, à la base, adeptes des hôtels "All-Inclusive", cet établissement a su nous faire changer d'avis. L'emplacement est idéal : suffisamment proche d'Hurghada pour la commodité, mais assez en retrait pour éviter l'agitation constante du centre-ville. Les points forts de notre séjour : La Restauration : Le buffet du restaurant est incroyable. La nourriture est très variée et, surtout, elle change à chaque service, ce qui est rare. Une mention spéciale à Hosam, notre serveur, pour son éternel sourire et sa prévenance constante. Le Service : Tout le personnel est extrêmement aimable, à l'écoute et toujours prêt à aider. Notre chambre était spacieuse, lits très confortables (un vrai nuage), très bien aménagée et d'une propreté irréprochable (notre homme de chambre était d'ailleurs adorable). Les Activités : Le Water Park est un vrai bonheur si vous voyagez avec des enfants. Le coup de cœur : Le véritable "plus" pour moi a été l'accès direct à la barrière de corail. J'aurais pu passer tout mon séjour à observer les poissons ! Une petite navette très pratique vous y dépose en moins de deux minutes. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour mémorable. Tesiste Neredeyse herşey düşünülmüş. Girişte lunaparkta kullanmanız için ücretsiz bilet veriliyor, aquapark cankurtaranlarla dolu herkes güleryüzlü sürekli etrafımızda pervaneydiler. Odalar hergün düzenli olarak temizlendi yine oda çalışanları çok nazik ve güleryüzlüydü. 7gecelik konaklamada 3 alakart hakkı verildi bu mükemmeldi özellikle İtalyan restorantına bayıldık. Deniz rüzgarsız günlerde çok güzel. İskeleden şnorkelle birçok balığı görebiliyorsunuz. Yine kumsal çok temiz. Yemek çok çeşitli olmasına rağmen çeşitlerin çoğunluğu aşırı baharatlıydı. Bu bizim mutfak kültürümüzle yakın olmamasıyla da ilgili olabilir tabi. Onun dışında tatlı konusunda ciddi bir yetersizlik var tatlılar ne yazıkki başarısız. Çalışanlarla ilgili sadece olumsuz durum şu şekilde yaşandı. Kumsalda deniz altı panorama gezisi satın aldık, otele geldiğimizde otel lobisinde aynı turu satmaya çalışan görevli gelip çirkin bir ifadeyle bizi ilk kendisinin gördüğünü ve konuştuğunu o turu ondan satın almamız gerektiğini söyledi. Geziyi almaya kumsalda diğer arkadaşla konuştuktan sonra karar verdiğimizi söylesek de hoş olmayan bir tavır sergiledi.

Burtoncompany (9/5): Repas excellents, piscines idéales pour les enfants et nombreuses activités pour toute la famille. - Les repas étaient variés et excellents, et les piscines avec toboggans ont ravi les enfants, avec toujours un maître‑nageur présent. La chambre était grande, propre et confortable. L’hôtel offre aussi de nombreuses activités, dont le Spa, le mini‑golf, les spectacles, les animations pour enfants et même un parc d’attractions. Il y avait des problèmes d’eau chaude aux heures de pointe, ce qui rendait les douches parfois compliquées. Les couloirs des chambres étaient bruyants, au point que des boules Quies sont presque indispensables si l’on est sensible au bruit. La salle du buffet était également très bruyante, mieux vaut donc manger en terrasse pour être plus au calme.

Oguz (10/5): Sehr schönes Familienhotel mit renovierten Zimmern, großem Komfort, top Service, gutem Essen, toller Animation und viele - Die Zimmer wurden renoviert und sind modern sowie sehr sauber. Besonders die Familienzimmer sind hervorragend geschnitten und bieten viel Platz. Die Betten sind groß und sehr bequem. Das Restaurant ist wirklich top – es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen, und sowohl mittags als auch abends wird frisch gegrillt. Abends wird zusätzlich frisches Brot im Ofen gebacken, was ein echtes Highlight ist. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Auch die Animation ist erstklassig. Vor allem die Mini-Disco und die Abendshows sind abwechslungsreich und machen richtig Spaß. Das Animationsteam leistet eine sehr gute Arbeit. Die gesamte Anlage ist groß und bietet viel Abwechslung. Besonders positiv sind der beheizte Pool sowie der große Rutschen- und Kinderbereich, der sehr gut gestaltet ist. Ein schönes Extra ist, dass man kostenlose Karten für das Karussell erhält, die man täglich zwischen 19:00 und 20:00 Uhr einlösen kann – ein tolles Angebot, besonders für Kinder Das Internet im Hotel war leider schwach und teilweise kaum nutzbar. Allerdings kann man sich problemlos eine eSIM organisieren oder bereits am Flughafen eine lokale SIM-Karte kaufen, wodurch das Problem gut gelöst werden kann. Ansonsten haben wir nichts zu beanstanden

Morgane (9/5): Super hôtel avec très bon rapport qualité/prix - L'hôtel est très beau, bien pensé avec différents espaces (pour adultes ou plus pour les familles). Les toboggans sont parfaits pour un séjour avec des enfants. L'équipe de l'hôtel est très sympathique, tout le monde est vraiment au petit soin, les animateurs ont toujours le sourire comme le personnel du restaurant principal. La nourriture est très bonne et très variée, ce qui est assez rare pour un club. Si on souhaite aller à la plage, il y a une navette proposée par l'hôtel gratuite qui part toutes les 15 minutes c'est hyper pratique. Chambre familiale communicante très spacieuse et agréable. Un peu déçus de la qualité du service au snacking (nous sommes allés commander directement au bar car personne ne venait, les assiettes ne sont pas débarrassées rapidement, du coup il y a pas mal d'oiseau, de caca d'oiseau sur les chaises qui ne sont pas nettoyées). Manque de balle de à la table de ping pong ne permettant pas d'en profiter, c'est bien dommage. Le plus gros hic pour nous, ce sont les démarchages au sein même de l'hôtel, même s'ils respectent une fois que vous indiquez que vous n'êtes pas intéressés, vous êtes dérangés plusieurs fois dans la journée au milieu d'une conversation familiale ou encore de la lecture d'un livre.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und erfüllt Wünsche oft, bevor man sie überhaupt ausspricht. Ein absolutes Highlight sind die Rutschen und der Wasserpark – ein Paradies für Kinder (und ehrlich gesagt auch für Erwachsene 😄). Dazu kommt ein riesiger Bonus: Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption erhält man kostenlose Tickets für den Freizeitpark. Wer mehr möchte, kann sich eine 16er-Karte holen, bei der ein Ticket gerade einmal etwa 0,90 € kostet – unschlagbar! Auch kulinarisch überzeugt das Hotel voll: Das Buffetrestaurant bietet eine große Auswahl, alles ist frisch, abwechslungsreich und wirklich lecker – hier findet jeder etwas. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Entertainment: Tagsüber abwechslungsreiche Angebote Abends tolle Shows für Kinder und Erwachsene – nie langweilig, immer gut organisiert Fazit: Wer einen entspannten, gleichzeitig aber auch erlebnisreichen Urlaub sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Perfekt für Familien – und alle, die einfach eine richtig gute Zeit haben wollen. Kritikpunkte zu finden, fällt hier wirklich schwer – selbst kleine Wünsche wurden vom Team im Serenity Alma Heights sofort aufgenommen und umgehend umgesetzt. Genau diese Aufmerksamkeit und Flexibilität haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wenn überhaupt, hätten wir uns nur gewünscht, noch länger bleiben zu können 😄

Brechtje (10/5): Highly recommend! - We had a wonderful stay at Alma Height Serenity Resort. The snorkeling right off the beach was incredible—crystal-clear water and plenty of marine life to see. The food was consistently great, with lots of variety and quality. What really made the experience special was the staff, who were all friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Ihab, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. He was especially accommodating in arranging an extra bed in our family room, which meant our family of five could stay together comfortably without needing to book a second room. Highly recommended—we would definitely return!
