• Emmanuelle (9/5): Séjour très agréable en famille - L’hôtel se trouve en plein centre la vielle ville à deux pas de la cathédrale. Il est très agréable, le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner servi à la carte est vraiment très bon. Il n’y a pas de stationnement à l’hôtel, le plus proche est un parking payant, ça coûte cher notamment si on reste plusieurs jours, notamment la nuit. Par ailleurs certaines rues dans la vieille ville sont interdites en voiture et quand on ne connaît pas la ville c’est compliqué de le savoir. L’hôtel délivre une autorisation pour passer devant l’établissement et déposer les valises (une personne doit rester dans la voiture), il faut penser à la signer pour éviter les amendes, mais ils ne garantissent pas les autres passages dans d’autres rues, le problème c’est qu’on y perd.. ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais il faut le savoir, à refaire je ne viendrais plus en voiture ou je choisirais un autre emplacement pour dormir.

I didn’t use the pool but the rooms were big airy and clean. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was top class. A divine outdoor area of drinks or/and food to watch the world go by.

• 178reedj (10/5): Wonderful staff, rssturaunt and hotel - This was a wonderful hotel to stay at in Palma. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Every member of the staff took great pride in making sure our stay was fantastic. The restaurant was amazing with made to order breakfasts everymorning that consisted of the best breakfast we had anywhere in Mallorca. Eating breakfast in the courtyard proved to be a peaceful and delicious start to everyday. Dinner was equally amazing. The location was also fantastic with everything in walking distance. The hotel was quiet with all the amenities.

• Ursula (9/5): sehr nettes Boutique Hotel in zentraler Lage - Service, Lage, Zimmer, Sauberkeit war wirklich super. Das Frühstück war extrem gut und auch die Sushi untertags außergewöhnlich gut. Man konnte erst ab 8 Uhr frühstücken - nichts für Frühaufsteher.
• Lantz (7/5): Inte prisvärt - Området var toppen verkligen supercentralt med gångavstånd till allt! Personalen i receptionen var tillmötesgående. Den privata terassen var bra inkl. bubbelpoolen. Inredningen på rummen var fin men väldigt sliten speciellt i de "vanliga sviterna". Städningen var sådär. Vi hade inte varmvatten på rummet 5 av 7 dagar stora delar av dygnet och fick koka vatten i vattenkokaren och blanda med kallvatten i kranen för att kunna bada vår bebis. Personalen i restaurangen/frukosten var otroligt dryga och inte tillmötesgående. Ingen chromecast eller liknande på rummet.

The room was far too hot and stuffy. We couldn’t open the window as the hotel is next to the clock tower which strikes on the hour every hour all through the night!

• Adrian (10/5): When I return to Palma, there is no question about me staying anyweher else . - Hotel Cort is a beautiful property in. a very convenient part of Palma. We walked everywhere, and enjoyed the people watching in their outdoor cafe in front of the hotel. We had our morning coffee in the cafe, and our late days drinks. It was perfect. The only thing that caused any sort of "issue" were the very large and cumbersome bed pillows. Not certain who likes pillows that large:) The room was beautiful and we had a great view as well.

The staff is attentive and nice, and we felt very well taken care of. The room is well designed, and the amenities are great. A highlight of our stay was the excellent hotel breakfasts - we were so happy that we booked a stay with breakfast included; the breakfast was very high quality! Everything was excellent!

• Sonja (10/5): Fabulous two night stay in a classy classic hotel in the heart of the old town with amazing service - The location was fantastic right in the centre of the old town easy walking distance to the shops, cafes, restaurants, the cathedral and the markets. Our room was spacious and the view from the balcony door was of the square. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the choice was pretty extensive. The ambience of the whole place was warm and inviting. We will definitely stay here again. The heating was turned up far too high and the bedroom was stifling hot. We didn’t have access to adjust this. We slept with the two balcony doors open, which cooled us down but we could hear the clock chimes every 15 minutes!

• Jordano (9/5): Chambre-suite magnifique au coeur de la ville, un nid douillet à découvrir. - Magnifique chambre (no 24), très spacieuse, très agréable, avec une magnifique et grande salle de bains comprenant double douche à l'italienne. Personnel vraiment gentil et attentionné. J'ai adoré ce séjour dans cet hôtel charmant en plein coeur de la veille ville. Un grand merci. Petit souci de conception du miroir de la salle de bains qui récupère toutes les éclaboussures d'eau, eau qui coule dans le cadre, qui perd ainsi son chrome et se moisit. La climatisation m'a semblé faire monter la température de la chambre. C'est souvent le cas en hivers en Espagne, mais en être informé aurait été apprécié. Le seul vrai point négatif, c'est le déjeuner (petit-déjeuner pour certains), très bon, mais trop trop trop compliqué, malgré les dénégations du personnel. Tous les nouveaux hôtes aperçus dans la salle à manger ont posé les mêmes questions, ont reçu les mêmes réponses et on dû reposer à nouveaux des questions ... . Personne n'y comprend rien la première fois. A table, tout ce que j'ai choisi m'a été servi avec de grandes tranches de pain toasté (sympa au début ... au début) et couvert de beaucoup trop de feuilles de je ne sais quelle plante décorative. Trop de pain, trop de feuilles, trop compliqué, mais très bon.

The room was large and clean, bathroom had a great shower. The biggest problem was the air con, it didn’t work, the room was unbearable hot. The room was also in need of a spruce up.

We had to sleep with doors open as air conditioning was shifted to heating & we were advised not to use…unless we wanted heat. Pool out of action :( Real shame as we loved the hotel.

• Melanie (9/5): Amazing location, beautiful and spacious rooms! - We booked the "superior suite" for a group of three. The room was absolutely beautiful and a great size. The bathroom was huge and it was such a comfortable stay for myself and my parents. Hotel and restaurant staff were friendly (with the exception of the afternoon/evening male shift - wasn't impressed with them). The location is the best in Palma - super easy to get to shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel. N/A
• Vit (8/5): Good hotel, rude staff in the hotel cafe - Location Lovely room Very good served breakfast Before leaving the hotel, wanted to have some coffee and water in the hotel cafe. While empty we got kicked out that all is reserved. The receptionist offered to deal with the manager - but who would care for staying any longer. Quite disappointing when we paid 500 euro for a night.
