- Belen (5/5): - Está ubicado en buen sitio y el personal muy amable. El baño es muy pequeño, se sale todo el agua de la ducha y es imposible ducharte en condiciones. Se oían los radiadores muchísimo, el ruido era insoportable para dormir.

Me recuerda a las pensiones de los años 70 - Buena situacion Un alojamiento viejo de solo una pieza, dormitorio cocina, con todo viejo, 2 sillas y una mesita de estudio. Tuberias de agua y calefacion por fuera. Instalacion electrica por canaleta exterior. El aseo es un pasillo de 60 cm de ancho, sin bidé, sin secador de pelo. La ducha de 65cm x 65cm, sin mampara, con cortina de plástico, que se te pega al cuerpo y es imposible ducharse. Las toallas nos las cambiaron solo una vez en los 8 dias de estancia y las sábanas, ninguna vez. Los enseres de cocina, 2 unidades de cada, vasos y platos de cristal opacados del uso de hace 30 años. Sin microondas. Tuvimos que comprar cuchillos porque no cortaban en absoluto y nos dijeron que no nos daban otros porque estaban todos igual.

Para ser un apartamento no dispone casi de nada esencial para poder hacer comida ni limpiar ni casi asearte. Sí que en recepción nos dijeron que si faltaba algo les avisáramos, pero vaya,no había ni una triste bayeta ni una escoba para recoger cualquier cosa que se caiga y manche. Tampoco había opción de limpieza en la oferta que contraté .La ducha es muy estrecha, la cama bastante incómoda. Se oye absolutamente TODO. Para aparcar también es muy complicado.

- Patrick (10/5): - Mi sono trovato bene, il personale è stato gentilissimo, in più ho avuto un piccolo problema, avendo la bici elettrica, non sapevo dove parcheggiarla, e le ragazze gentilissime, mi hanno aiutato e hi parcheggiato a 100 metri in un parcheggio a pagamento custodito 24 ore la mia bici. Per info ho pagato il parcheggio 3 euro a notte. L'appartamento era accogliente e per me solo aveva tutti gli spazi e quello che poteva servirmi. Sono restato soddisfatto. Quando ripasserò a Santander ci tornerò sicuramente.

Las habitaciones están encima de una iglesia. No insonorizado, se oye todo. Muy insistentes en hacer checkin online varios días antes y descargar app para llave en móvil, para agilizar la entrada y resulta que tuvimos que estar esperando al llegar y hacer el chekin de nuevo y no nos dieron la llave móvil. Personal poco agradable.

Aunque el personal me trató bien, es frustrante que no te mencionen que la limpieza del estudio lo realiza uno mismo y que no te den ni una escoba, y es muy tedioso tener que reactivar el Wi-Fi cada vez que regresas al estudio.

Se escucha absolutamente todo, al lado tienen una parroquia y cuando tocan el órgano se oye bastante bien y bueno a los vecinos de los lados se les escucha perfectamente. Los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios.

- Marta (7/5): Estancia agradable cerca del centro de Santander - La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca del centro (ayuntamiento, puerto) caminando, pero en una zona muy tranquila. La habitación es lo que se ve en las fotos, dos camas, una pequeña cocina y baño. Correcta. El personal de recepción es muy amable, cosa a destacar. Muy cómodo el sistema de apertura de la puerta con el móvil. Aunque ya lo advierten con antelación, creo que deberían ofrecer limpieza, al menos para estancias largas. Yo estuve un mes; cambiar sábanas y toallas pero sin limpiar nada, es muy justo. No sé muy bien a qué se refieren con “limpieza en seco” de la descripción, no hay servicio de lavandería. También sería ideal si la cocina tuviera microondas. A la nevera le faltaban los estantes de la puerta.

- jamila (6/5): Satisfaisant - La proximité avec le centre-ville, Le sol était très sale, le ménage n’a pas du tout été fait sur les 4 nuits où nous sommes restés, la télévision n’est disponible qu’en espagnol, peu d’ustensiles pour la cuisine, pas de prises à proximité des lits.

- Andrea (3/5): Muy desagradable - La chica de recepción que nos atendió no pudo ser mejor, el trato cercano y sobre todo la predisposición completa para ayudar en lo que necesitases. La limpieza en general, pero si tengo que destacar lo peor sin duda el primer lugar se lo gana la ducha, si así se le puede llamar. En las fotos se ve pequeña pero nunca te esperarías el punto en el que se encuentra. La cocina sin ventilación y casi puedes cocinar desde la cama. Además te proporcionan “cocina” pero tienes que comer en un escritorio pegado a la pared en el que no pueden sentarse adecuadamente dos personas.

- miriam (5/5): Muy mejorable - La ubicación en el centro y la atención El colchón y la almohada muy viejos y en mal estado, la nevera toda la noche con un ruido insoportable y otros ruidos de agua de la calefacción suponemos que tampoco dejaban dormir
- Maria (5/5): - La ubicación es perfecta las camas muy cómodas. Y la habitación es comoda y amplia. La verdad que habían muchos ruidos de otras habitaciones y pasillos. Se oía absolutamente todo todo. Nos toco con un grupo de chicos que daban boces hasta la 1 de la mañana. En 4 noches que estuvimos no hubo servicio de limpieza y no nos cambiaron las toallas en toda nuestra estancia. Apenas papel higiénico. Ni plancha, ni secador. Las almohadas muy bajas.
