- Lisa (10/5): Lovely weeklong stay at the end of August - The location could not be better, and we were grateful to have a view of the Eiffel Tower glimmering at night. Boulangerie and grocery stores were within a short walk, as were many eateries. It's a safe neighborhood and secure building. Walk to the metro within 10 minutes. The building is handsome and well-maintained, with an elevator. The space retains original architectural details, which adds so much character compared to bland modern buildings. We were fortunate to have AC in the apartment, which was spacious, clean and comfortable for the family. The kitchen was functional, with a range/oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. This unit also included a washer and dryer, but we found that the dryer wasn't working 100%. The visitors upstairs had small children who liked running around at night, and so, with little soundproofing, we did have a fair bit of noise when trying to sleep. I would definitely stay there again, especially when traveling with family.

There should def be an optional mattress topper for people who dont enjoy firm beds. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay in Paris.

It was clean, comfortable and right near the Eiffel Tower. We had a great time there. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The only glitch was the electric kept going out in the kitchen lol but we were eating out anyway, so we didn’t really care I highly recommend it for families because basically you have an apartment to yourself. The staff was wonderful, friendly communicative, very informative, arranged for transfers to and from the airport and the train station. I can’t say enough good things about it. Don’t hesitate to stay here if you need an apartment in Paris for a few days or a week.

- Bruce (8/5): - Location was perfect. You'll end with hundreds of pictures for the tower in your phone as it's so close. Street was beautiful and quiet. Close to public transport and restaurants and cafes. Exterior of the building was charming as well. On the other hands, interior was wearing. Timber floor made annoying squeeze noise and things got worse when your upstairs neighbour was a family with young kids keep running around. Walls within the apartment was also thin. Cleanliness was average. Regarding the service, they sent you a long survey before check-in so I expected receiving some personalised treatment or recommendations (e.g. public transportation information and restaurants recommendations), but nothing was provided Overall 7/10

- Scott (10/5): - This property and stay was fantastic!! We were upgraded to a 3 bed/2.5 bath Eiffel Tower balcony views that were incredible. We were able to open the multiple large balcony doors from almost every room, which allowed the outside ambience inside. I almost enjoyed relaxing inside the apartment as much as walking around Paris itself. The apartment was very spacious, safe, and literally steps away from restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, groceries, and whatever else your heart desires. A perfect (10) stay!!
- Hector (10/5): - Great stay, just one small suggestion We stayed at this hotel and everything was perfect. The facilities were spotless, and the communication was excellent, even when we arrived late. The security guard was very helpful and made the check-in process super easy and smooth. The only suggestion I have is that it would be useful for guests to receive the code for the main door ahead of time. We were lucky that someone was leaving as we arrived, so we could get into the reception area, where there was a buzzer to call the guard. Otherwise, I’m not sure how we would have managed, especially since it was raining at the time. Aside from that, it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The front desk rep was very nice as well. Cons to staying here: the elevator is the tiniest elevator I’ve ever seen, the dryer stopped working on day 1 (which we reported), the shower in the main bedroom upstairs did not drain at all and flooded the entire floor on day 1 (which was also reported) and the spiral staircase leading upstairs had carpet that was cleaned right before our stay but was left soaking wet and one of our party slipped down the stairs.

Right next to the tower and all the tourist/transport options yet being one block over there was very little noise or traffic. The apartment is large, even by US standards. The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment, with a heavy door that blocks any sound coming from the street. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing simple meals. The beds were, sadly, hard and very uncomfortable (a foam topper would help immensely) and the furniture was not meant for relaxing or lounging--small and uncomfortable. The furnishings were also somewhat shabby (not in a chic way). The one tiny elevator fit two people and was always in use, so plan to take the stairs or wait a long time. The communication was non-existent. Despite contacting the property three different ways about parking and early check in, we never received a response. We paid $$ for garage parking 1/2 mile away but when we arrived there was always a spot on the street for free parking, so money wasted :( I would still recommend it just for the location and the view. Especially good for a family because of all the space.

- Yamilette (10/5): - This was our first trip to Paris .. We are a family of 5 Stayed for 4 nights total.. I highly recommend this place .. Building it’s beautiful with the Paris charm and veey well maintain, staff is super friendly and helpul..The lady at the front desk (I can’t remember her name) - is super sweet and answered all our questions, she even told us where to get our covid test .. The view to the Eiffel Tower is breath taking ..I would definitely stay there again ..!! Location is great .. close to restaurants and to the train station .. We had such a great time there.. Thank you Expedia and Residence Charles Floquet for making this a memorable experience..!!
- Jeff (10/5): - We just finished our stay over the Christmas Holiday. Our stay at Residence Charles Floquet exceeded expectations for most all accounts. They reached out prior and asked questions to ensure they knew special needs specific to our stay. The only concern I had was there wasn’t any confirmation response after their pre arrival email. Yet they had things ready per our responses, arranging car service to and from the airport. The apartment was well equipped for the stay and we found everything clean and in good working order. We had a family of four (2 older teens) and everyone enjoyed the place. Bring some adapters for plugging in chargers and such. We stayed on the 3rd floor and loved the view of the Eiffel Tower.
- Jennifer (10/5): Perfect location- wonderful space - Located practically at the Eiffel Tower with the most amazing view, this apartment hotel did not disappoint. We were lucky to be upgraded to the top floor where the views of the Eiffel Tower were stunning and we had more space than we knew what to do with. Our room had a full kitchen with everything you might need and comfortable beds. The location is the absolute best, near grocery, restaurants, attractions and still on a quite street. The staff were kind and spoke excellent English. The breakfast box that was delivered to the room was fresh and delicious, well worth the cost. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris!!

- Rodd (8/5): Fantastic location - The location of this residence was fantastic. We were minutes from the Eiffel Tower and a short walk to the Metro. There were restaurants and super market right around the corner. It was quite at night as well. We chose this place as we had 5 people and wanted to have everyone stay in the same place. This was a perfect place. They had 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 room with bunk beds for the kids and 1 room with 2 single beds). It was a little on the pricey side, but we felt for the location and the fact we could all stay in the same apartment it was well worth it.

- kaliann76 (8/5): - I love the fact that we were half a block to the Eiffel tower. Our dining room and living room Views through the windows look out to the beautiful Eiffel tower. Best view. The apartment is huge... multiple bedrooms.. we had 3 bedrooms, 1 of them had 2 beds and the other room had a bunk bed, 3rd room had a queen bed. The apartment has 1 full bath, 1 shower room and 1 toilet room. It has a working clothes washer and dryer. A regular size fridge. The place was so huge, I kept getting lost in our own apArtment and we were there for 3 nights. Couple of things though... If you want your towels changed daily, you need to let them know. Also, there’s only one elevator..: and it’s small. 1 person with 2 luggages max... there were 5 of us who stayed in this apartment so during check in and checknout, it took a while for all of us to get done... and other guests had to take the stairs since they couldn’t wait for us

The other room it was not connected to the hole in the window so l had to fix it The cleaning cupboard door wouldn’t close so hung open our entire stay Toiletries were poor only soap Lift didn’t work for our entire stay so we had to walk up 5 flights with our luggage which nearly killed us 100 steps up and down every time we went out Great view of the Eiffel Tower
