• Helle (6/5): - Bortset fra at vi måtte vente 1 time på at de rengjorde vores værelse(vi var der kl 16.15), trætte efter en lang rejsedag, så var der pænt rent og et fint sted. Japansk busselskab fyldte en del om aftenen, (til efter kl 23)med højlydt snak og sang nedenfor hotellet i et område med stole og borde.
• Sandor (10/5): - Cozy, comfy, old world charm. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and professional, going out of their way to make our stay a pleasant experience. Loved it. Hope to return. Breakfast was over too soon. Not much after we got downstairs to eat at 9:00, kitchen staff started removing food from the buffet tables. I was convinced it was served till 10, and was very surprised to hear it was available only until 9:30 instead. I admit it was my fault, but could the breakfast time slot be extended a little, please?
• angelo (4/5): - c era lo sciopero e ci hanno detto che ci fornivano i servizi pagati in maniera ridotta . la sera cena a buffet con piatto unico ( carne e un pure ) che non abbiamo mangiato e abbiamo preso solo i dessert un pezzo di budino . lo abbiamo detto alla persona incaricata e ci ha fatto pagare lo stesso il prezzo pieno ... assurdo e inconcepibile ..

Warum wir dieses Zimmer bekamen obwohl das Hotel gering ausgelastet war blieb uns ein Rätsel

• anne kristine (8/5): geilo er et flott små sted - husker ikke så godt frokosten,i fjor sommer var den verdtfall god,ferskt brød av god kvalitet er viktig ,grønnsakene husker jeg var ferske og variert.Generellt kan sies at hjemmelaget eggerøre og kaker,vafler er en høyder. å bli medlem fant jeg ikke ut av ,når jeg trykket på å bli medlem skjedde det ingen ting.

• Tomas (9/5): Bekvämt boende i Geilo - Mellanklasshotell i härliga Geilo. Gångavstånd från centrum och tågstationen. Bekväma sängar , god frukost. God middag (ingick ej). Trevlig personal Inget - ett fullt fungerande hotell helt enkelt!

• Gerrit (8/5): Wij waren op doorreis, daarvoor is dit een goede plek - Voor ons ons was het een tussenstop van Oslo naar Bergen. Kamer en ontbijt was goed. Parkeerbeleid is onduidelijk
• Tove (6/5): Fint hotell med beliggenhet 5 min. gange fra jernbane/sentrum. Manglende opprydding fra personale. - Beliggenheten nær jernbanen og sentrum. Rom med utsikt var lyst og fint. Det ble konsekvent ikke ryddet bort glass fra bar-/loungeområdet. Det sto i flere timer etter at folk hadde forlatt sofaen/bordet. Begge ettermiddager/kvelder vi var der. Var lite folk der, så personale var ikke overarbeidet akkurat. De gikk forbi bordene gang på gang uten å ta med noe der folk hadde forlatt stedet. Merkelig! DJ spilte litt vel høyt - i forhold til at de få folka som satt der forsøkte å snakke sammen eller spille brettspill (barn)

No parking for guests was not noted in the hotel property description, I prepaid my stay so having to download an app, create an account and pay out an unexpected extra expense (very pricey for parking) brought my enjoyment down.
• Yngve (8/5): Alt i alt en god opplevelse. - Bra beliggenhet , enkelt å få parkering. Frokosten var god. Toalett papiret er av billigste sort, det kunne godt ha vore av en bedre kvalitet. Savnet papir/serviettter på rommet.
• Richard (8/5): Comfortable overnight stay at Geilo - Check-in OK with good reception staff, room reasonably well appointed but no more than might be expected for a 4* hotel. Excellent breakfast with wide range and choice of food options. Overall, fine for an overnight stay. Parking arrangement odd. What appears to be a 'normal' hotel parking area right outside the hotel, not undercover and with no security - is actually payable. Overnight cost NOK150 (~Euro14). Dinner options limited and very expensive - but probably not exceptional prices for Norway!
• KEITH (9/5): For anyone doing the rail journey from Oslo to Bergen, it´s a perfect place to stop off. - The dinner! Food in Norway is becoming a little dull (pizza everywhere), but this was authentic and very special. Cream of vegetable soup with croutons, followed by reindeer steaks with fresh vegetables. Really nice. And a bottle of Rose Hardanger cider. Staff were very pleasant. Made for a great experience. Check-in receptionist was a bit off-hand. (Maybe she wasn´t having a good day)

• Mickael (8/5): Reposant, belle vue sur les montagnes et très bon petit déjeuner 👍 - Petit déjeuner très bon, literie très bien, on a eu la chambre plus tôt que prévu ça nous à bien arrangé 🙂. Proche de la gare et du centre ville. Chocolat au lait pour le petit déjeuner. Il manque du lait chaud.

• LIDIA (5/5): Confortable - La ubicación Había mucha gente joven y no pudimos descansar por el escándalo hasta la madrugada en las habitaciones,el personal no podía controlar la situación y nos pedía perdón,pero con eso no era suficiente.Estaba lleno y fue imposible cambiar de habitación.En nuestra planta fue imposible dormir las 2 noches que estuvimos.

• Sophie (8/5): - Le buffet proposé tant le soir avant la compétition que le jour même. Le buffet de petit déjeuner ouvert très tôt, car il y avait la compétition et la possibilité de préparer un petit lunch à emporter. C'est un hôtel qui mérite des rénovations : moquette usée tant dans les couloirs que les chambres, éclairage très sombre, même dans la grande salle du restaurant. Mobilier des chambres vraiment décati. Local à ski encombré et peu utilisable pour farter. Bref, le rapport qualité-prix n'est vraiment pas au rendez-vous.
