O chuveiro precisa de ser renovado. Ao pequeno almoço nem colheres pequenas havia e ninguém foi buscar apesar da insistência. O mesmo com água com gás. A variedade muito fraca e a qualidade aquém das expetativas. Experiência a não repetir.

O pequeno almoço com pouca qualidade, faltou café e leite em 2 manhãs seguidas, a nível de buffet cujo valor era 18 euros por pessoa sem bebidas, com apenas 2 pratos e tudo o resto com pouca qualidade, apanhei um pudim que estava congelado no meio. Mas de resto tudo impecável.os quartos muito bons, com um mimo de águas free na chegada e a cada limpeza . Se a nível de refeições estivesse mais cuidado, seria excelente .

El garaje es complicado de aparcar,plazas pequeñas y muchas maniobras entre columnas para aparcar. Tuve que aparcar en la segunda planta y parecía un almacén de colchones y muebles por las plazas. No hay donde comprar agua,pedí agua en la recepción y me dieron una botella pequeña. No estaba fría y a 2€ la botella. Dejé mi habitación a las 8 de la mañana y regresé a las 16:15 y estaba sin hacer. Vinieron a las 16:30 para hacer la habitación. Falta personal. De los peores hoteles de cuatro estrellas que me he alojado.

Breakfast was good but not enough staff to assist the amount of guests during meal time. Our rooms were not ready at check-in time. Safe was broken in our room and they were unable to fix it or replace it. Minor issues but overall good.

Malheureusement, cette année, j’ai été très déçue car le critère pour lequel je réserve n’a pas été respecté, à savoir le parking. Arrivée sur place, Pas de places, le 2 eme sous sol occupé par des matelas et des meubles. L’excuse: ’il y a des travaux dans une partie de l’hôtel. Même pas un message pour prévenir le client alors qu’ils l’ont fait pour dire que le spa est inaccessible. Ils se cachent derrière leur mention « sous réserve de disponibilité »,mais ce n’est pas une réponse acceptable. À ce moment là, il ne faut pas ouvrir la porte du garage aux clients, quand tous les emplacements sont pris. Quant à la réaction de la réceptionniste, hallucinant , elle vous rit au nez et vous dit « moi je ne donne que les clefs » certes mais au moins on s’excuse auprès du client pour la gêne occasionnée, non ? Manque de sérieux à ce niveau, la gestion de ce service est à revoir. Dommage ça gâche un peu le séjour. Pour le reste, rien à redire.

- Grant (4/5): - Part of the reason for selecting this hotel was the spa and outdoor pool. We arrived at the hotel around 7.30pm to be told the pool closes at 8pm. The Spa was closed because of maintenance.. nowhere on the website did it say this. All of the staff we spoke to spoke little to no English. I sent a message to the hotel asking if they needed passports.. 24hrs later and still no response. Thankfully I had copies on my phone. The room space is good and the beds were comfy but the rooms are dated. We did get our complimentary wine which was a nice touch. The underground parking was good. Location is fantastic easy to find. The bar downstairs was closed and no iron in the room. Bathroom felt dated with an average shower/bath. The quality of the breakfast was not very good. The toaster was older than me. My overall review… the hotel has a lot of potential but needs a serious upgrade, they need more staff who are able to speak English. This is not a 4* hotel in my opinion.

- Verified traveler (2/5): No water at night at a hotel? - It was one of the worst 4 star hotel I’ve been to. I came back to the room later around and the water wasn’t working and I couldn’t wash at all. Toilet wasn’t flushing. I even tried to call concierge but there was no one there. I ended up using my own bottle of water I bought to at least brush my teeth before sleeping. In the morning the water was working again but there was no mention of water shutting off at night.

- João (6/5): - Teria sido boa se o serviço no pequeno almoço fosse bem melhor. às 9h20 não havia mesas limpas e prontas para sentar, empregados difíceis de encontrar, depois de esperar tive de ser eu a colocar os tapetes de mesa e procurar guardanapos. A reposição de alimentos demorava a acontecer para um hotel de 4 estrelas e com pouca ocupação, não é aceitável. De destacar a simpatia e rápida solução de uma questão com a TV do quarto, por parte da recepcionista e da camareira, no primeiro dia à noite.

Also the restaurant on site is only for your buffet breakfast it’s not for you to order lunch or dinner. The rooms were pretty “sparse” but the beds and bedding. Dry very good. We slept well.

- Irma C (8/5): Não atendeu as expectativas - Reservei dois quartos e no ato da reserva mencionava 1 vinho espumante pra cada quarto de cortesia, e isto não foi nos dado, mesmo eu tendo reportado na recepção por 2 vezes. Não sei dizer se é uma falha do hotel ou hoteis.com. De qq forma o hotel deveria ter fornecido e não o fez. O café da manhã é servido entre 08 hrs até as10hrs ,ou seja somente 2hrs pra atender muitos hóspedes, foi lastimável ver tanta desorganização por parte dos funcionários. Parecia fim de feira:( .A piscina pelo tamanho do hotel é outro ponto negativo. Resumindo não me hospedaria novamente. O conjunto tem que ser uniforme pra valer a pena, e não foi o caso...de qq forma o atendimento do funcionário Alanio foi exemplar, não resolveu o problema dos espumantes mas vi que se esforçou .
- ELISANGELA (10/5): Excelente!!! - Excelente hospedagem. O hotel é muito bom, limpo, bonito, com ótimo café da manhã, muito próximo ao Santuário (apenas 5 minutos andando), apartamentos espaçosos e bom estacionamento.
- Maria (10/5): Estadia muito confortável e excelente localização - Gostei muito da simpatia do Sr. da recepção. Aquando do check-in assim como em toda a estadia. Adorei o upgrade do quarto para suite Muito espaçosa, com kitchenette. Gostei muito de me terem facilitado manter o meu carro no estacionamento/garagem para além da hora do check out, enquanto assisti a cerimónias no santuário. Apenas o aspecto menos positivo foi o pequeno almoço. Não esteve à altura de um hotel de 4 estrelas e de todas as comodidades e simpatia. Quer na variedade, quer em qualidade. Mas, ainda assim gostei da estadia, da localização e voltarei concerteza.
- Patricia (8/5): - The hotel was very conveniently located near the sanctuary. The staff were very polite, kind and efficient and the suite was clean. However, the suite itself was not very well supplied. While there was a kitchen, with stove & refrigerator, it was not sufficiently stocked. No microwave no coffee maker no dish towels nor pots or pans to cook with.

They also has a smile to offer, while also sparing sometime to talk to us. And hard work people never stoping working.

- Brice (4/5): Très décevant - Très décevant pour un 4 étoiles. Restaurant fermé, bar fermé, pool bar fermé, spa fermé. Et bien sûr on apprend cela uniquement après l’arrivée. La piscine est ridiculement petite, surtout pour un établissement de cette taille, donc surpeuplée. La chambre en revanche est spacieuse. Coin cuisine mais…. Pas de couvert ni assiette!!

Was disappointed that although a kettle was supplied in the kitchen, there were no mugs, spoons or coffee sachets supplied. I would say the hotel is definitely of 4 star standard but is lacking in a few special touches. Fantastic location.

Nosso quarto estava sujo,havia restos de cigarro e uma imensa teia de aranha na janela,a recepcionista inicialmente não queria trocar o quarto, só o fez quando a senhora da limpeza solicitou, as camas estavam com os colchões fundos e a base rasgada.Café da mnhã muito ruim, experiência a não se repetir, com certeza não merecia ser 4 estrelas.

They were able to get us in by 5:30 which wasn’t much of a wait after checking in, bringing the luggage to the lobby then parking the car in the underground garage. I would stay here again.
