• Antonieta (5/5): Estancia en Porto Antigo - Lo bueno del alojamiento es que estaba situado en un sitio tranquilo y bastante cerca de todo En primer lugar, la habitación no era como parecía en las fotos. Había muebles mal cuidados y desgastados, además de no estar limpio, la ducha sin la mitad de la mampara, enchufes por fuera, cables remendados, bichos en la cocina. La piscina estaba vacía, por lo que no se podía utilizar. Todos los días teníamos que pasar por recepción para que nos dieran una entrada para ir a la piscina del hotel de al lado. El tendal de la terraza estaba oxidado y nos manchó de óxido la mitad de la ropa. Nos quedamos unas 12 horas sin agua, desde las 19 hasta las 3. Por lo que la calidad precio que ofrece el hotel no merece la pena.

The apartment we were first given was completely different from the photos shown when booking — very dated, poorly maintained, and facing construction. After complaining, we were shown other options, but only the third one was somewhat acceptable and still below expectations. The lack of transparency was the biggest issue. We were told early check-in was impossible because everything was fully occupied, yet exactly at check-in time several apartments suddenly became available to show us. The only positive point was the swimming pool, which was really nice. Overall, not what was advertised and not a place we would recommend. Very disappointing experience overall. The apartment we were first given was completely different from the photos shown when booking — very dated, poorly maintained, and facing construction. Our apartament was nice and clean and our receptionist Leila did everything to make sure our time there was great! We made amazing memories there and we could just walk everywhere as it has a good location in the heart of the action in Santa Maria. Leaving the hotel

• Lola (3/5): À éviter : séjour très décevant malgré un bon emplacement. - La localisation de l’établissement était vraiment très bien. Le personnel de l’accueil était plutôt souriant et agréable. Après le signalement des problèmes de la première chambre, nous avons été changés de chambre assez rapidement et, pour le désagrément, les petits-déjeuners nous ont été offerts pendant deux matinées, ce qui a été apprécié. Le séjour a malheureusement été une catastrophe du début à la fin. À notre arrivée, la première chambre était extrêmement sale et il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude, ce qui nous a obligés à demander un changement de chambre immédiatement. La seconde chambre était plus récente et plus propre, mais restait malgré tout loin d’être irréprochable au niveau de la propreté. De plus, ni la première ni la deuxième chambre ne correspondaient réellement aux photos présentées sur Booking, ce qui est très décevant. Dans la deuxième chambre, le pommeau de douche était également cassé, nous ne pouvions utiliser que la grosse douche fixée en haut. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions essayé de contacter l’établissement via la messagerie Booking pour prévenir de notre retard à cause du ferry et demander la réservation d’un taxi : aucune réponse. Sur place, nous n’avons pas vraiment eu davantage d’explications ou de prise en charge concernant ce manque total de service client en ligne. Enfin, le personnel du petit-déjeuner était peu souriant et pas particulièrement aimable, ce qui a ajouté une mauvaise impression générale au séjour. Nous avons également discuté avec des Français présents dans l’hôtel qui sont restés une seule nuit : cafards dans la chambre, propreté inexistante et, étant arrivés trop tard, impossible pour eux de changer de chambre d’après l’hôtel. Une expérience horrible. À ÉVITER.

• MARINO (8/5): Materasso antigo - Posizione fronte mare, spiaggia riparata per bambini, grande piscina, personale sempre presente giorno e notte,( per vigilare l'accesso solo alle persone del residence, non certo per problemi di sicurezza perché le persone del posto sono splendide) giardini ricchi di piante e fiori, vicino alla via pedonale principale, ai mini market e a pochi minuti a piedi dal tratto di spiaggia più bello. Sicuramente l'appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato sarebbe da ammodernare, posso adattarmi a pochi mobili e vecchi ma almeno il materasso per riposare bene dovrebbe essere obbligatorio invece sia nel letto che nel divano letto non lo era.

This was alot smaller then shown online, We also messaged to make sure the bed types were correct and these were wrong. The sofa bed was also not a bed. So we were very disappointed in this.

Would stay here again. - The location is amazing, the facilities between this hotel and the sister hotel are plentiful, the cats that roam are gorgeous… Despite there being security guards, salespeople still made their way around the beaches owned by the property. This was only a minor inconvenience, though.

• sidaross (5/5): passabile - la spiaggia e la piscina e la location in generale, presenza di spazio esterno veranda in ogni stanza la struttura non vale la cifra richiesta euro 78,00 a notte! e senza offrire la colazione, camere buie e divisione con tende fra mobile e letto come le baracche , e soprattutto stanza 29b , i bagni sono vecchi con rubinetti arrugginiti e cabina doccia sporche e siliconate in pratica fatiscente, e spoglie, non offre amenties, nemmeno shampoo, asciugacapelli nonché lo spray-anti zanzare da chiedere in prestito alla reception (per la quale si deve andare di persona a chiedere le cose in quanto mancano i telefoni in camere), al check in ci hanno detto che faranno il cambio biancheria letto ogni 4 giorni e gli asciugamani ogni 2 giorni!

• Sara (1/5): Pior local que já fiquei na ilha do Sal. - Nada. Tudo. O quarto não foi o que paguei. Os funcionários não resolveram nenhum dos problemas, os responsáveis não se encontravam presentes. O segurança tinha de ser procurado, a segurança dentro do hotel é pior do que na cidade (adoro a cidade já agora). Nunca tive uma experiência tão má na ilha do Sal como esta. Tive de mudar de hotel. Mesmo depois de reclamar que o quarto não foi o que paguei, disseram que esse já não estava disponível mas ainda podia ser alugado aqui na booking! Falei com locais e disseram-me que isto é uma situação recorrente com este local. Não fiquem aqui, existem sítios mais baratos e muito melhores, aqui só querem enganar e os poucos sítios renovados que têm podem ter a sorte de calhar num desses ou serem enganados como eu fui. Só a booking me ajudou com este problema, o hotel em si pouco quis saber.

• sarah (8/5): excellent location and good site and town amenities in short distance. great beach and pool - staff were very helpful as always. the room was clean and had good facilities. location is excellent with pool and beach 2 minutes away and dive school 5 minutes walk down the road room wifi went down after the first day but was still able to use site wifi but had to kept reconnecting daily. the mattress definitely needs replacing in our room

• Zoé (5/5): Pratique mais pas propre - L’emplacement est idéal si vous n’avez pas de véhicule, les extérieurs sont très jolies, accès à deux plages à 2 minutes + la piscine. Ils nous ont fais une promotion de 30 euros pour 2 nuits supplémentaires suite à notre vol raté. L’hygiène ! Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles ce n’est pas possible entre les taches sur la literie, les cafards, les joints et tout l’équipement de la salle de bain. Il n’y aucun liquide vaisselle ou éponge, votre vaisselle reste sale. Il n’y a aucun équipements, seulement un drap pas de couette. Sèche cheveux uniquement sur demande. La femme de ménage fait le ménage même en votre présence car il n’y pas de pancarte pour notifier que vous êtes entrain de dormir. Pour finir n’écoutez pas le personnel de l’accueil qui nous a indiquer qu’on pouvait se présenter à l’aéroport 30 à 40 minutes avant. Nous avons donc raté notre vol de leur faute.

• Marek (8/5): - Lokalizacja jest absolutnym hitem, jest cicho bezpiecznie (całodobowa opieka security), ale jednocześnie bardzo blisko centrum miasteczka (3 min z pokoju do początku deptaka). Cały kompleks ładny, czysto na alejkach, ładna roślinność...Basen ma sporo leżaków i jest plaża z betonowym falochronem, bardzo ułatwia kąpiel przy wysokich falach. 2 małe plaże po bokach kompleksu też bardzo przyjemne i czyste... Bardzo miła obsługa... Dziękujemy! Pokój - mieliśmy na parterze, były mrówki faraonki w łazience i w kuchni, czyli w salonie... wieczorami unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach wydobywający się z szafek i zlewu w salonie - znikał po sprzątaniu Pań rano... Meble mocno wysłużone , tak jak i materac. Na szczęście w samym pokoju tylko spaliśmy :) balkon i plaże wynagradzały niedogodności pokoju.

Bref, personnellement je n ai pas bien dormi avec ce lit en plus très bas. La cafetière faisait disjoncter le compteur donc pas de café possible. Le sol très sale pieds noirs assurés. Les serviettes de toilettes très rêches bien pour se gratter. Et jamais de serviettes de piscines disponibles....

• Adelino (5/5): Good location, let down by accommodation needing upgrading. - The location was excellent, right on the beach front and close to all restaurants. Nice view from balcony area. The bed and sofa were comfortable. Private beach area with sun beds and parasols. The apartment needed upgrading and it had a very narrow staircase leading to the mezzanine bedroom which was difficult to navigate. It had very poor lighting over the kitchenette area and some lights didn't work in the apartment which were reported. When we arrived, there was no hairdryer, kettle, iron, toaster or tea towel, but these were all mentioned or shown in photographs in the literature as being available in the apartment. On requesting these from reception, they were eventually made available to us.

• Samantha (8/5): Great place to stay with everything on the doorstep - The coved beach meant that we could swim in the sea with our 3 year old. It protected against the large waves. The waves looked a bit too big and fierce for a 3 year old and every other beach we visited- the hotel beach and seafront was fantastic. The place was clean and garden areas were beautiful and well maintained. Our apartment was ample and clean. The location was fantastic. Always a smile from the security guards. Our apartment had a brief clean every day which was good. Liked having a balcony. Kitchenette was in good nick. The hotel restaurant is massively overpriced compared to others in the area. Staff charged us a "deposit" for our beach lounger mattress and beach towel but then never gave us these things. They said to come back later for them but everytime we came back there wasn't any. I don't think you should be charged for something you don't even have.

• Beaubras (9/5): - L'emplacement et la tranquillité du quartier avec le personnel de surveillance. Les fleurs partout. L'appartement très fonctionnel. La vue sur la plage. L'accès direct à la plage et au vieux port. Nous avons demandé des oreillers supplémentaires pour raison de santé, mais ne les avons jamais obtenus.
• inny (9/5): Genoten - De ligging was super. Er werd veel gepoetst tussen door. De ruimte was groot. We hadden 2 appartementen geboekt en kregen een grote , dat was niet volgens afspraak. Ze gaven ook geen reden op hiervoor. Verder was alles vol, maar dat was echt niet zo.

• Marta (7/5): A pesar del error del chek-in primera y solventada al día siguiente, nos encantó y volveriamos. - La ubicación perfecta, el lugar muy bonito, la habitación que nos asignaron después de reclamarla bien. Estuvimos en la n47. La piscina muy bien, aunque no hicimos gran uso de ella. Nos gustó mucho la playa. El check-in no fue el correcto. Aunque llegamos de madrugada debido a los vuelos, el check-in no se correspondió con la reserva que habíamos efectuado. Nos pusieron en una habitación alta, oscura y sin ningún parecido a lo reservado. La cama estaba escaleras arriba y era de medio techo, imposible ponerse de pie sin darse un buen golpe. La terraza mínima, nada que ver con la reserva que habíamos hecho, ni tampoco nada del resto del lugar. Las cortinas estaban llenas de insectos....creemos eran termitas. Nuestra reserva era para 14 noches y en esta habitación no lo vimos posible. Dormimos y por la mañana pedimos una se adecuase al precio y a la reserva que habíamos hecho, después de esperar unas horas nos reubicaron en una adecuada a nuestra reserva y precio contratado. Agradecidos al personal de check-in de la mañana y al trabajo correcto que efectuaron, gracias al cual pudimos pasar unas justas y correctas vacaciones, sin tener que buscar otro alojamiento.
