- Pierre (8/5): Much better than I expected. Comfortable and quiet. - Price is much lower than even the Super 8 in nearby Fruita. Much much lower. The highway next door is noisy during the day, but quiet at night. No noise from the neighbors or from downstairs, it was quiet. Hot water was fine. The bed was good, comfortable enough. More comfortable than Motel 6 bed (I've been to many Motel 6) The A/C machine was either doing nothing or next to nothing. The adjustment button was broken, but I had tiny pliers with me so I could still turn it. No result. No cooler when running it.

The room was clean and big with a mini fridge and microwave! Two queen beds was nice. Definitely recommend over a Motel 6. AC worked well. Could park right in front of our room, and it was quiet. The woman working the front desk was friendly. The bed mattress had a pee pad or something crinkly, which made sleep kind of harder.

- Vincent (3/5): - It was close to my work. The staff are penny pinching people. They very thoroughly examined every towel and any mark or dirty spot they wa Ted to charge me for. The bath mat had 2 little dirt spots on it they claimed will not co.e out. The dirt was from the floor that was never swept by the housekeeper. The entire floor was covered in dirt.i had to buy a broom to clean it myself j u st to walk barefoot after I got out of the dirty shower that never got hot. It was Luke warm at best. They ended up charging me $30 for two towels t h a t they claim to be garbage because of the dirt spots. That would easily co.e out in a washer machine. I told them I would go buy them 2 brand new towels to get my full deposit back. They said no. They took the money. Two towels DON'T cost $30. THE OLDER LADY WAS VERY RUDE AND TREATED ME LILE RIFF RAFF. I WILL NOT BE STAYI G THERE AGAIN AND I DO T RECOMEND YOU DOI EITHER AND THE BED HAS SPRINGS POKING OUT IN MY BACK. WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN.

- Maston (1/5): Front desk staff was amazing. House keeping gets paid to push around a bucket of black mop water. - Huh? I guess the fact that there was a TV. I am not overreacting when I say this was the most disgusting insanitary shoe box of health concerns Iâve ever stayed in. And honey Iâve been homeless. The most filthy room Iâve ever stayed in. Unfortunately I had to DoorDash a swiffer wet jet and cleaning supplies just to feel comfortable sitting down. The bedding was COATED in dog hair. I lint rolled the sheets multiple times with no success and Iâm highly allergic. Paint and flooring peeling. The wall was separating. Mold and water damage. Spilled food in both the fridge and microwave I cleaned both excessively. Lamps and steal bases were FUZZY with dust and human hair. It took me nearly and hour to clean them. I stayed for 5 days and nearly cried looking at what conditions Iâd be living in so I had had had to clean like a psycho. Iâve never felt so uncomfortable somewhere :( I showered in my flip flops. That room is now cleaner than itâs ever been. Wish I would have taken before and after photos. Floors ruined three pairs of my white socks. Take a looksie. Couldnât let a child crawl around here. Donât get straight into bed. Youâll pass away. I wish I were kidding. Trauma

Had to walk to the front desk to tell them about the issues and there is this âcreeper guyâ laying in the shadows of the walkway ( not safe for a woman). In the morning only scalding hot water in the shower. Front desk said theyâd have to get back to us after talking with Booking.com on a discount, but of course that hasnât happened either

Estuve esperando en llamada mĂĄs de una hora con booking para tratar de solucionar el problema. ReciĂ©n despuĂ©s de las 6 de la tarde me avisan que ya estaba listo el pago con el hotel. En eso, el hotel me dice que igualmente no tienen habitaciones disponibles porque estĂĄn todas ocupadas o sucias, como es posible si mi checkin era a las 3 de la tarde? Estuve esperando en recepciĂłn del hotel hasta 7:40 de la noche con un niño chico, ahĂ recien me avisan que hay una habitaciĂłn disponible. Nada limpia por cierto. Y me pidieron un deposito de 100 por cualquier cosa, supuestamente desde ayer que hice check out, me lo devolvĂan, pero hasta ahora nada. Muy decepcionados del servicio.

- Sydney (5/5): Disappointed - The night employee was great. Its right by the highway. The bathroom was very dirty, housekeeper did not clean. My daughter wanted to take a shower but it was dirty and had a clump of hair. The outside of the toilet was nasty. It has not been cleaned. At the bottom of it there was urine. The floor was not swept, hair behind the toilet as well. After the housekeepers clean rooms, there needs to be a head housekeeper to go around and double check the rooms. Our last stay was just fine. Also the last couple of times we stayed, we noticed there is no breakfast and that was disappointing. We know they used to serve breakfast in the past, but now they don't. One more thing, it would be great if they put a refrigerator and a microwave in all the rooms. Because even people coming in for one night they may have food to heat up or need milk in the fridge for in the morning, because you don't serve breakfast. The restaurant is expensive and doesn't open up early enough for people to eat before leaving. When we stop for a night, we leave at 6am or 7, it would be nice to start the day with breakfast. And that can't happen if we have no fridge or microwave, and if you don't serve breakfast.

- Donal (1/5): I can't give it to you because I couldn't stay. - It was terrible. I had to sleep in my car because at the time I reserved the room there was availability for that day. When I arrived it turned out that there was no space and it was reserved for the next day. I sent emails to the company and they didn't resolve anything for me nor did they return my money. I paid more than 250 dollars to sleep in a parking lot in my car. I can't give a positive opinion of this place. all

- Gunnell (7/5): Got a good deal and exactly what I expected - Easy access to first floor room from vehicle, Room was clean an comely even though it was older. WIFI worked. Competitively priced. No cigarette smoke smells. The location seemed a little sketchy but the overall room and convenience was good. Only two towels and they had no extras. Bathroom/shower was dimly lit and small. No breakfast but for the price it was worth it.

The rooms were okay but they were not cleaned properly! The beds arenât comfort but will suffice for a night. My sonâs room had old food in it in drawers and used soap in the sink. The sink was dirty too. When we told them this, they said we should get a full refund, so that part is nice. If we do get it. Booking also doesnât share that they require a $100 deposit per room.

Honestly, I don't know how this place is op - NOTHING The room was dirty, and the drawers were literally only staying shut because they were propped upâseriously! They gave me a password for the Wi-Fi, but it was completely unusable (why even bother?). Forget about breakfast, and there wasn't even a coffee machine in the room.

Hair along the edge of the walls. It really gave us an unclean feeling along with the smell. Plus, loud noises all night. The TV in the next room and car doors and people walking by. Just an overall awful night.

Management required a $100 deposit which I view as unnecessary as they have my credit card info if there was theft or damage. The staff was businesslike but could use some lessons on friendliness to the customer. The room was okay, but the light above the sink did not work. The bed was crushed on the side I usually sleep (with the night stand). Since I felt like I was falling out of bed I slept on the other side (inconvenient, but it worked). I was on the back side of the building which was good to eliminate highway noise, but the exterior lighting was extremely poor. I could barely see my way to get ice. Then the ice machine was out of repair. Updates and repairs go a long way to improve customer satisfaction.

- Zhengyuan (2/5): - I booked and prepaid more than three months in advance for an accessible deluxe room with two queen beds and a roll-in shower. I arrived around 11 p.m. only to be told that no such room was available. Instead, I was offered a room upstairs in a building without an elevator â completely inaccessible â and when I asked for alternatives, the manager refused both a refund and a walk to another hotel with an accessible room. As a reasonable guest, I expected to receive the room I paid for, especially one with accessibility features. Instead, the hotel had clearly given it away and then left me without proper accommodation. Even after explaining my situation, they refused to provide the accessible room I reserved, refused to arrange one elsewhere, and refused to refund me for a service I never received. This is not just poor customer service, itâs also a violation of consumer rights and accessibility requirements. Guests should be aware that this hotel may overbook and mishandle reservations, even when accessibility is essential. Very disappointing experience.

The following items need to be addressed. 1.Customer service - someone needs to be at the desk for check ins and help (we did not get the help we needed it took 2 hours to check us in!) 2. The room door was jammed and you had to throw your weight against it after scanning the card. 3. Poop was left in the toilet in our room and it was plugged when we walked in. We had to plunger it to go down 4. They refused to give us towels after the second day there as we had used the old ones to mop up the water from the walk in shower that had no slope to drain off the water. They told us at the desk when we could find them that we needed to bring back our towels if we needed more. How could we do that? I guess I could go into their laundry room and wash them myself too! 5. Trash was heaped up by the side of our front door and left for a couple days before being taken away. Final thought - I will never EVER stay at Red Roof again!

- Karen (2/5): - Room not ready at 7pm, 3 hours after 3pm check in time. Room given had no cold water. Hotel refused to give credit for lack of cold water in room.

- Timothy (3/5): DISSSAPOINTING - NO BREAKFAST THEY NEVER CLEANED THE ROOM OR EVEN LEFT NEW TOWLS IN A FULL WEEK STAY!

- Darren (8/5): - Staff were friendly during check in and check out. Room was spacious and clean.
- Shelley (4/5): - When I went to check in they did not have a room for me despite the fact that I had reserved it months in advance. I had to wait in the waiting room for over 3 hours. The desk person was super awesome and did the best she could but without clean rooms she couldn't get me in. I would have gotten somewhere else but the entire city was booked!

- Scott (4/5): - The staff was very nice but check in sucked. Didn't get our room until 9pm Friday night when it should have been available after 3pm. Our room was clean but we found black mold on the shower curtain! Our son's room had multiple issues including a shower curtain rod that was coming loose from the wall and running water from the shower faucet. Our mom's room had a hair dryer that was broken and there was a stench of trash smelling from several areas of the property. The staff was very attentive and nice but it was obvious that corporate management is absent. This Grand Junction, CO property should either be shut down or renovated.

- Brianna (4/5): - Our front door literally was so hard to close and open and to lock. It was honestly scary to even fall asleep
- Amanda (2/5): - My husband and I payed for two nights and only stayed one! When we walked into the room it was dingy, there were flies and dead pugs in the window. The door didnt seem to shut tightly and as the rain started water came right under the door. When we called asking for a new room, with a door that shut fully, they just offered towels to put down. The trash cans all around the inn were overflowing and cigarettebutts were all over the parcking lot. Over all it was dirty and run down. We dont recommend the stay, even for the money saved.
