• Adrian (10/5): The perfect stay - Everything. This place has it all. Fresh, nice interior. Beautiful views from every window. Clean and confortable bed/pillows. Just perfect. The only thing "negative" are the stairs down to the village. The stairway is very scenic in itself, and its a max 2 min walk down, but the way up is worse :)

• Simone (9/5): Fantastische Aussicht! - Der Ausblick der Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Man sieht über den Dschungel bis in zum Meer. Morgens wird man von den Grillen und diversen anderen Tiergeräuschen geweckt, was ein tolles Erlebnis ist. Sowohl der Transport als auch die Organisation von Ausflügen hat super über Saichon funktioniert. Die Unterkunft bietet von der Ausstattung alles was benötigt wird und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man im Dorf. Dies ist ganz leicht über einen kleinen, sehr schön mit Stufen angelegten, Weg zu erreichen. Dies war auch kein Problem für unsere 7 jährige Tochter. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Aussicht und gegen eine Unterkunft am Strand entscheiden.

K moři kousiček krásnou procházkou, po cestě masáže, restaurace, obchody, lékárny, směnárny... prostě vše, co jsme potřebovali. Pláž jedna z nejkrásnějších, kterou jsme v Thajsku viděli. Vůbec nám nevadilo, že cesta sem byla trochu delší. Výhled z balkónu naprosto fascinující.

• Florine (8/5): - het appartement is fijn en schoon, zwembad ook en het is uiteindelijk wel echt dichtbij het dorpje en strand. Elke dag schoongemaakt en je kan eten bestellen als je niet naar het dorpje wilt lopen. Het is, zoals ook beschreven, wel een klim met de trap naar het dorpje. Wij waren met 2 kleine kids (0 en 2 jaar) en dan is dat in de hitte wel echt een klim. Maar het appartement is fijn, zwembad ook en het is uiteindelijk wel echt dichtbij het dorpje en strand. Alleen moet je wel die trap af en op.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Потрясающе! Красиво, чисто удобно! Нам все понравилось. - Все прекрасно! И вилла и сервис, а особенно виды. Очень удобное расположение, до чистого красивого пляжа 5 мин пешком. Внизу в деревне есть все необходимое. 2 супермаркета 7/11 и TOPS. Фрукты, рыба, отличный массажный салон в 3 мин. В отеле сервис так же прекрасный. Уборка каждый день. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым, готовили сами, завтракали с потрясающим видом на лагуну. Если не хотите готовить, в одном шаге от отеля есть кафе так же с потрясающим видом и завтраком на любой вкус. Нам все очень понравилось! Смело могу рекомендовать взыскательным туристам. Ступеньки, нужно быть к ним готовым. Подниматься немного тяжело. Но мы справились. Ребенок 7 лет тоже. Это не минус, а скорее нюанс, к которому нужно быть готовым.

• Marta (10/5): - It’s hard to imagine a better place to relax on the island. Clean, spacious, and very well-equipped apartments. A panoramic view — the most beautiful one you could possibly imagine. Access to the town takes just 3 minutes via designated stairs down the property’s hillside. You then find yourself right in the center, with excellent restaurants and massage salons nearby. Reaching the beautiful beach takes another 3 minutes.

• Natalie (10/5): Paradies - Wir hatten einen traumhaften 7tägigen Aufenthalt. Die Betreiber, ein Österreicher mit seiner thailändischen Frau sind super hilfsbereit und angenehm. Wir wurden mal schnell aus dem Nachbardorf abgeholt, ein Taxi für den Rückweg wurde uns organisiert. Man bekommt jeden Tag frisches Wasser und Zimmerservice. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, der Garten ist das absolute Paradies. Am Pool gibt es Spielzeug für Kids und auch sonst haben sie Bücher und Spiele zum ausleihen. Es ist ruhig, gepflegt und der Blick aus dem Bett auf das Meer ist einfach fantastisch. Das Apartment war großzügig und sehr sauber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt. Die Treppen sind runter ca. 3min. Hoch sind es 5min. Also gar kein Thema, auch unser kleinster (3) ist sie hoch und runter gerannt. Man kommt direkt im Ort raus und hat sofort Restaurants, Lebensmittelläden und den Strand erreicht. Der Strand ist für Kinder nicht ganz so geeignet wie der von der Nebenbucht, da sind wir dann einfach hingelaufen (ca. 20min). Das einzige worauf man aufpassen muss, ist die Kiestreppe und der Boden im Pool. Da haben wir uns ein paar Mal verletzt. Das ist aber eher ein Hinweis als ein Bemängeln ;)

Heerlijk appartement (upper Lotus), fijn zwembad, ongelooflijk mooi uitzicht vooral met zonsopgang en zonsondergang en fijne beheerders! Het is even een klimmetje uit het dorp, maar als je dan weer boven in je eigen appartement bent is het alleen maar genieten!

Though not right on the seaside, the apartments boast breathtaking panoramic views and a wonderfully quiet atmosphere, perfect for those seeking relaxation and nature. The facilities are modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed — from the comfortable living space to the excellent shower, microwave, and fridge. The highlight is definitely the beautiful balcony, where you can unwind and take in the stunning scenery. A charming forest stairway leads you to the small village below in about 5–7 minutes — a lovely walk surrounded by greenery. The village has a few basic shops and restaurants, and some even deliver delicious meals right to your apartment, adding to the convenience. Comfort, beauty, and tranquility, ideal for travelers who love nature, views, and peace away from the crowds. Everything in the accommodation was great — clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The only small challenge might be getting around the island if you’re traveling alone, as taxis can be quite expensive. However, this seems to be a common situation across Koh Phangan. If you’re not planning to rent a scooter, it’s definitely something to keep in mind, since scooters are the main and most convenient way to get around the island. It can really make a difference in how you experience your stay.

• Seades Finkelstein (9/5): - מלון דירות מדהים עם נוף מושלם. התארחנו משפחה, בריכה מהממת וכמה דק ירידה לכפר שיש בו הכל אבל עדיין מאוד שקט ומבודד. כן צריך לקחת בחשבון שזו ירידה ועליה של כחמש דק במדרגות ומעט קשה למי שמוגבל אבל לנו זה היה חלק מהחוויה. אפשר להגיע עם רכב כדקה נסיעה לכפר למטה ולחוף הים. המנהלת במלון היתה שירותית מאוד ודאגה לנו לכל מה שהיינו צריכים. היה מושלם!

• Cindy (10/5): - Tout simplement le meilleur hôtel sur nos trois semaines en Thaïlande ! L'hôtel comprenant moins de 10 appartements est tout simplement sublime ! Les extérieurs, la végétation, la qualité des matériaux, la grandeur de l'appartement, la propreté ... tout était parfait. La vue depuis notre balcon magnifique, nous avions une voiture de location et avons pu stationner sans soucis depuis la route qui a que très peu de passage. Les accès aux commerces et à la plage se font directement depuis l'hôtel par des marches (une balade tout à fait plaisante tellement le jardin est splendide), nous avons mangé pour pas cher dans le petit food court couvert et ouvert tous les jours. La personne de l'accueil a toujours été aimable et souriante. L'emplacement a été très calme tout le long de notre séjour (nous entendions régulièrement les singes et oiseaux de tous genres) bref, un petit paradis au milieu d'une si belle nature. Rien !

• Evyatar (10/5): Great and quite location - The staff was amazing, help us in every question and need. The view from the hotel is beautiful! Its a 5 minute walk down the hill for the beach.
• Inbar (9/5): - הליכה קצרה במדרגות מובילה לרחוב מקסים בו יש הכל, מסעדות קפה ומסאז'. אם עייפים מידי לרדת ולעלות יש גם קפה צמוד לארוחות או שתייה. הבריכה נעימה והדירה נוחה מאוד מרווחת. יש מענה מהיר לכל שאלה וגם שירותי כביסה. למי שצריך עגלה לתינוקות הירידה יותר מסובכת. אנחנט ירדנו ועלינו בלי עגלה מה שאמר שרוב הזמן הילדה הייתה על הידיים. למי שמתקשה בעליות או בסחיבה זה עלול להיות מעייף.
• Leonie Maassen (10/5): Heerlijke appartement in een supergezellig dorpje - Het appartement is bovenaan het dorpje midden tussen het groen en brandschoon. Heerlijke bedden, douche en lekkere handdoeken. Het appartement heeft een lekker balkon en is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kunt er scooters huren. Naast het complex is een nieuw restaurantje waar je lekker kunt eten (met name thai food). Het is allemaal supermooi aangelegd de tuin, het zwembad en de weg naar beneden naar het dorpje. Zijn wel een paar traptreden dus je moet wel goed ter been zijn. Dorpje zelf is heel gezellig! Echt een toptijd gehad! niks, het was fantastisch en ik baalde dat we niet langer geboekt hebben
• Laurent (9/5): Superbe séjour - Super emplacement, au calme sur les hauteurs. Le village et la plage sont très facilement accessibles par un sentier privé. La chambre était spacieuse, bien décorée et disposait d'une superbe terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et, plus loin, la mer. Personnel super gentil et accueillant. Piscine top. Le lit n'était malheureusement pas confortable.
• Alona Novoseltsev (10/5): - Perfect sea view, wonderful staff, clean rooms, stunning pool. It was a little hard to climb at the evening back to the hotel - there was 162 stairs (yes, we counted 😂)
• Christian (9/5): Perfekt für die Familie wenn man nicht überteuert in den 5 Sterne Hotels am Strand nächtigen will - Wenn es was zu bemängeln gibt, dann 1) das etwas zu kleine Bett im Elternschlafzimmer und 2) aufgrund der tollen Lage am Hügel und der super Aussicht hört man leider die Bässe der Jungle Parties die ganze Nacht.
• Sanaa (7/5): - Location is good but far from ferry’s piers. Just few stairs to reach the village down the hill. You can find everything you need there and the beach is beautiful. The view and the pool are great. Appartement noise insulation is bad ! You can hear every car passing by.

• Bart (8/5): Fijn verblijf. Heerlijk zwembad. Mooi uitzicht - Zwembad is heel fijn Super uitzicht, zowel op de zee als op het groen Heel fijn dorpje Ons appartement had een enorm riolering probleem. Er kwam regelmatig een riool geur uit de douche putjes. Dat werd ‘opgelost’ met geur verspreiders. Los het s.v.p. structureel op. Verder kwam de beheerder op dag twee terug van vakantie en betichtte onze kinderen meteen van het blokkeren van de zwembadpomp. Terwijl ze net een minuut in het zwembad lagen… onzin dus. Dreigde vervolgens dat het zwembad niet meer beschikbaar zou zijn. Vrij bijzonder. Weinig gastvrij, ik kan het niet goed rijmen met andere reviews. Z’n vrouw was wel erg aardig. Het is wel echt een stukje trap op/ af naar het dorp.
• Martinez (7/5): Pour un court séjour - La vue et la piscine sont magnifique. Le petit chemin avec escalier pour accéder au village est bien pratique mais nous avons louer un scooter rapidement pour être plus libre. Le village est plutôt calme et la plupart des commerces ferme à 22h. Le lit est un peu dur mais il a été assez confortable pour notre long séjour. Le frigo top, le grille pain et le micro onde sont très pratique. Les équipements de la terrasse sont très inconfortable ce qui est dommage pour apprécier cette vue. Le ménage était très aléatoire, les tables de nuits rarement nettoyé et les serviettes n'était pas changé quotidiennement. Le personnel n'est pas très aimable et pas très réactif.

• Torsten (9/5): - Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr bequeme Betten, ein fantastischer Blick vom Balkon. Ein schöner Pool. Es war alles spitze! Man muss aber wissen, dass man einige Treppen laufen muss, um zum Strand und zu den Restaurants zu kommen. Für uns war es ein guter Sport.
• Fiona (10/5): Brilliant! We’d love to go back. - We loved our stay. The couple that run KPP are so welcoming and organised. The place is beautiful and immaculately clean. That infinity pool! The views are amazing. We loved Thong Nai Pan Noi. The beach is perfect, especially in the afternoon when there is some shade. There are lovely brunch spots, restaurants and massage places a short walk away. Nothing.

El alojamiento está en lo alto de la montaña, pero en apenas tres minutos se accede al pueblo bajando unas escaleras. El entorno es encantador, tranquilo y auténtico, y además comimos de maravilla en los restaurantes cercanos. La villa era una pasada: todo impecable, limpio y con una piscina preciosa que invitaba a quedarse horas. Pero lo mejor de todo ha sido el trato. A pesar de nuestra barrera con el idioma (¡perdón por eso!), los propietarios fueron siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo. Nos facilitaron el alquiler de motos, nos dieron recomendaciones buenísimas para disfrutar aún más del entorno… ¡y conseguimos alargar nuestra estancia un día más sin complicaciones! Y qué decir de la playa… simplemente espectacular. Ha sido, sin duda, la más bonita en la que hemos estado durante nuestro viaje por Tailandia. Además, recomendamos mucho visitar su playa vecina, que también es preciosa y perfecta para pasar el día. Gracias de corazón por todo. Koh Phangan Pavilions siempre tendrá un lugar especial en nuestra memoria. 🌴💛 Nos gustó todo
• Emmanuelle (10/5): Magnifique séjour - Logement spacieux, très propre, belle terrasse, la vue magnifique, le calme, l’accueil et le service. Je recommande à 100% cet endroit. Nous aurions apprécié des petits déjeuners sur place, mais sinon tout etait parfait.

Туалет и душ разделены. Есть посуда, микроволновка, чайник. Хороший балкон с отличным видом на море. Чистый бассейн на территории. Кофемашина с бесплатным кофе на ресепшене. Муравьи на кухне и большие щели в дверях на входе и балконе, позволяющие ящерицам залазить в номер

• Eilish (10/5): Brilliant location, spacious and stunning scenery - Short walk into town via the garden steps was perfect. Stunning beach there too so super easy. There’s an option to have breakfast delivered ( anything from smoothie bowls to eggs Benedict), or you can walk 2 min to two amazing cafes. Pool was great, space was clean, convenient and village lovely -has everything you need including krua Thai which is delish -things close about 1030pm so not a buzzing /party nightlife if that’s your thing. We did a lovely cookery course at Moonsoon. Nothing.

• Paul (10/5): Fantastisch! - Wat een fantastische ervaring. Het is één en al rust. Het zwembad is heerlijk, de natuur eromheen. Het appartement heeft alles, lekker ruim, en alles schoon. En ook het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij zijn nu op doorreis in Thailand maar we missen het nu al!!!!! Familie Stoef Het enigste wat vervelend kan zijn voor een familie of ouderen is de trap naar beneden om bij de restaurants en barretjes te komen. Maar ook hier heeft het personeel ideeën om te helpen of dit te beperken.
• Tanja (10/5): Fantastisch!!! - Eigenlijk willen we dit met niemand delen want dit was 5 dagen ons paradijsje... Maar we gunnen hun ook een goede recensie. Wat hebben we het hier fantastisch gehad. Het uitzicht, de rust, de vriendelijkheid, de ontspannenheid, de natuur het zwembad voor ons alleen en het heerlijke eten beneden in het dorp. Alles was zoals we onze vakantie wilde indelen. Zelfs het uitzicht vanuit bed was fenomenaal. Op het grote balkon hebben we heerlijk ontbijt vanuit het dorp laten bezorgen. De kaart ligt in het appartement. Het appartement is ruim en schoon. Je hebt zelfs twee toiletten! We hebben bij de eigenaar een scooter gehuurd voor een aantal dagen en hele mooi uitzichtpunten gezien. Ga vooral naar de 2C-bar voor een heerlijk ontbijt, lunch of diner. Het uitzicht is waanzinnig en de mensen erg vriendelijk. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug maar dan huren we dit voor een langere periode. De keukenkastjes zijn aan vervanging toe en het bed was hard.

• Joel (10/5): Spacious, gray view, quiet short walk into the village. - Huge apartment, great venue, only 7 apartments don’t was quiet, great swimming pool with water that made it not feel like a pool. We loved been out of the village as felt removed and quiet. Short walk down the stairs into the village. Manger was very helpful and contactable, organised drivers for us. Would stay here again.

• john (10/5): My favourite accommodation, ever . - Our favourite accommodation of our trip. We took advantage of the hotel pick up service which turns out cheaper than arranging transfer yourself. Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The views are amazing . We chose to stay in the hotel for most of the day on our last day as we said it would be a long time before we stayed anywhere as nice again . The hotel was very quiet , we saw no one else in the pool . One day we ordered breakfast from the recommended cafe . 30 mins later they arrived with Bacon , eggs , Avocado fresh bread . Delicious . We walked to Yai beach which is less developed compared to Noi . My wife preferred Noi . I think Yai wins . The walk was about 45 mins up the quiet road and over the hill with a nice cafe at the top of the hill . Unless you really have issues walking , do not be put off by the walk to the village through the beautiful gardens of the hotel . It’s not super steep . Even in high heat & humidity , the village to the pool would not take more than 5 mins with another 2 mins to the highest room . I must add Thong nai pan noi was the nicest resort we visited also . This place was my perception of Thailand . N/A

• Doug (2/5): - Great managers who were generous and helpful. Construction next door makes staying here unpleasant. We originally booked 18 nights not aware of the construction. If we were aware, we would not have booked. We stayed only 7 nights as other spots on the beach were much more pleasant. We asked for a refund but the greedy owners (not the nice managers!) refused. Buyer beware! Check on construction. The owners did not do the right thing, thus I am compelled to leave this review.
