• John (8/5): Loved the beaches etc. - All was pretty good. A charge of $59 if you wanted your room serviced and this was for two people only with the charge increasing if it were for more people.Of all the dozens of motels we have stayed in before I have never seen this charge.We didn’t bother.

The bed was comfortable but the bathroom facilities are stuck in the 1970 s. It was in a good position for walking Esperance without being right in town. No restaurant

• Jeanette (4/5): I wouldn’t stay at this Motel again. - Location was close to beach and town, however it’s on quite a busy road so there is road noise. The bed was comfortable. Bedroom area was quite clean however the bathroom was to an unacceptable standard. The bathroom was very dated, shabby and grubby. It was so bad l didn’t want to walk in there let alone shower in there. The photos of the bathroom on booking.com was a clean, modern and updated bathroom, which was very misleading compared to the outdated and grubby bathroom we had to endure during our stay. I find this unacceptable as travellers actually choice their accommodation on the pretext of what they see in the online photos. The amount of TV stations available were very intermittent with sometimes only 3 stations available.
• Diana (10/5): Great value for money in the heart of Esperance - Conveniently located in the heart of Esperance. Very close to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and the beach. Very clean and spacious rooms. Comes with a microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, mugs and cups for two guests. Plenty of parking available. We were very pleased with our stay. Walls are a bit thin, I could hear my neighbour's conversation and their TV on at night.

• Paul (7/5): - A very good new table tennis table was available between 7am and 8pm which pleased my 11 yo son. I had to defrost the freezer on the bath fridge so I could use it. The bathroom showerhead was quite inferior. The hotel was occupied by a team of workers so there was lots of activity 5 am till 7 am each morning.

We booked two rooms (for two parents and two kids) but they stuck us at opposite ends of the complex rather than giving us adjoining or at least adjacent rooms, which was very inconvenient

• Marina Meier 95 (8/5): Good stay if you drive - Clean room. Staff is kind and welcome, helped us to share some tips about the city. We used microwave and some plates, aircon worked fine. The venting system is not a great one, when someone smoked outside we could smelled it in our room. Location os ok if you drive, but long walk to a nice beach

We also used the microwave to heat up meals and used the provided cutlery but had to use bathroom sink to wash them up.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrions! seul petit bémol ; la salle de bain demeurait humide; nos choses ne séchaient pas complètement.

Thought we had booked this hotel for the day after the text so thought 'if that is from Bay View it's odd it is a day early'. About 20 minutes from Esperance they next day I received a message on Booking.com sayimg I was charged for a cancellation??!! . Rung hotel they confirmed I had booked the night before and they had no rooms for today. Very annoyed as Idid know who the text was from, we had a lot of bookings and no one had called that day after 2pm to ask if we were coming.. lost over$200!

The short walk to the esplanade and jetty is great for afternoon strolls. They had workers there which i had no problems with,only the 5am starts the guys were on,you can hear everything in your room so their up so are you. Maybe the motel should put them all one end together when booking them in. That's our only gripe.
