- Bruce (7/5): Very happy - We found the room to be very clean and comfortable it was in the perfect location to the Hospital which we wanted and the breakfast was excellent value. Because the bathroom has only room for the toilet and a good size shower was a bit different to what we are used to, but it worked well with having the mirror and separate basin in the other room.

- Wendy (3/5): - Everything was fine except for I got no sleep due to other guest above keeping everyone awake i reported first morning then had to ring night manager at 11.30 following night loud voice till 2.30 in morning swearing and yelling would have booked another night but needed sleep and I dont think anyone took me seriously but soon asking another guest she said same thing sorry but police should have been called or person needed to be removed. My breakfast was great. Staff was great As above

The bbq requires reception to turn it on and you need to book a time. Over Easter long weekend reception had limited hours - it would have been good if we could have utilized bbq more, without needing to book in advance.

- Mahajan (8/5): Major Safety Concern – Improper Ventilation - The location was excellent and the rooms were clean. The room with the kitchenette had a serious safety issue: the range hood chimney vented directly into the internal joinery rather than outside. This caused exhaust air to recirculate back into the living space, which is both unhygienic and unsafe. Additionally, the kitchenette was poorly stocked and lacked basic cutlery. I would not recommend booking this room until these maintenance issues are addressed.
