Mon séjour sur le plan salubrité ok mais pour le petit déjeuner ils prévoient pas les diabétiques exemple ni sucre ni régime médiocre pour l alimentation un petit déj doit être complet.
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- Petrunka (6/5): Pleasant - Old not nice rooms. ordinary breakfast, little food. no coffee machine...
- Samira (4/5): Disappointing - staff was nice and helpful.
- Kuzin (5/5): Passable - Administrator was kind and helpful. My apartment was very old. In bad condition. Curtain has a huge hole in the center and nobody care about it. Some things such as exhaust vent, wallpapers and desk lamp were extremely dirty.
- Fann (8/5): Very good -
- Dragica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Natasa (3/5): Poor -
- Dzeny (2/5): COMPLETE EMBARRASSMENT - The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
The room was very small, for someone my height it was pretty tight. There was no room for luggage and nowhere to put our belongings.
There is no safe in the room.
The cleaners did not clean the room for 2 days, knocked on our door on the morning of January 1 and woke us up (and never came back to clean).
This is the worst thing that happened and I hope people read this before you make a reservation:
In the reception they persistently demanded that we pay in cash. I did not have cash because my bag with all my belongings, money and documents was stolen. And jet they asked every time they saw us that we pay in cash.
When we were supposed to leave the hotel and go to the airport they asked for cash again.
When we said for the tenth time we did not have it, they charged us three separate bank payment transactions instead of just one (with the credit card), and charged approximately 20 EUR more for our stay than we should have paid.
AN COMPLETE EMBARRASSMENT to pay more than it was stated on our booking!!!!!!
- samir (6/5): - hotel vieux.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was close to shopping centres but the room was not clean, wont go back there again
- 395meriemt (8/5): Just great and yet underrated - I can say that it is an amazing hotel, respecting i think all the normes . Everything is clean , room service is just great, you'll have everything you need for your stay . People right there are so nice , so welcoming . Everything is well placed, the view is breathtaking . Food on the buffet at morning is also great . I mean it deserves it price and even more to be honest .
- florind143 (6/5): For a short stay - We went in Isntabul for a couple days for shoping and visiting arround the centre, Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque and so on. After I looked over the internet, we said this hotel Linda could be perfect for couple nights.
And it was, but not for more than 2 max 3 nights. Why ? Because the place has advantages and disadvantages.. First, it is located very close to the old you might need. Shops, restaurants, Bayazid Grand Bazar, 15 min from Blue Mosque walking.. They have breakfast included.. Not so rich but I think enough. The place for breakfast it`s situated la last floor of the building whict is 7th floor.
But the view from here it`s awesome..You`ll see if you go there. About the disadvantages is the fact that the rooms are so small, and bathroom as well. Yes, I know it`s the turkish way but...is so small. If you are more than 1,80 tall, you might have some problems in bathroom and bad..
In Istanbul are so many hotels, even on our street was i thing another 3-4, door 2 door.
Anuway, like I said 1st, could be an okay place to stay for 2 nights in transint, but no more..
Happy travel guys !
- Enisaboalhasan (10/5): Hotel Linda - Free WiFi, clean sheets, hot water, clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast for those who want with a view of the sea. That's all you need in a trip to Istanbul and you cab find it in this hotel!!!!!!!!!
- ThT764 (10/5): Excellent! - I stayed at this hotel the previous week. I was looking for a single room just for one night at the center of the old city. It's location couldn't be more convenient. It is one minute away from the grand bazaar and ten minutes from sultanahmet and AyaSofia. Ataturk airport is just 30 minutes away (50 turkish liras) The staf was very friendly and helped me with all my inquiries. As regards the room, it was in excellent condition and the bathroom was very clean. I would definately stay again. Overall 4.5/5
- Thatsnotmerightnow (10/5): Awesome location, good price! - Hotel is near the main street, grand bazaar and tram station, but it is in calm location. Hotel looks modern and reception withlobby bar seems friendly. Istanbul is a beautiful place and I very recommend you to stay in this hotel. By the way, there is beautiful seaview from breakfast room!
- SamirD907 (10/5): Nice trip, Great Hotel - I spend 4 nights in this hotel ,and i was my first trip to Turkey.the recpetion crew was wonderful...the breakfast in the top of hotel was so nice where u can see the sea.
I am thinking to visit this hotel again.
Wish good luck for this Hotel Management and to keep the same rythem of providing good services for tourist.
Turkish people are good too.
- Lemmingjuice (6/5): Perfectly adequate hotel in good location - Stayed here as part of a small tour group for a night.
Perfectly adequate hotel close to Grand Bazaar and a 10 min walk to Blue Mosque. In a side street so relatively quiet. Room was quite compact (but this is to be expected for this grade of hotel in a capital city) and seemed newly decorated. Breakfast was fine and had the roof top room had good views. Staff were okay; a little curt when asked questions but ultimately helpful.
- kimstone2 (6/5): Well positioned for sights but only just adequate - Tugked up a back street fairly close to Grand bazaar and main attractions of old Istanbul. Also close to tram stop (trams often crowded - buy your token before you board). Rooms are tiny especially the bathroom. Staff don't speak that much English but try to be helpful. Rooftop breakfast room has good view over Marmaris sea but food not up to much. If it's cheap, might be worth considering. Otherwise, there must be better value elsewhere
- jglaw (6/5): Not a bad choice in Istanbul - This hotel has a good location in the small commercial district located west from Hagia Sofia. Streets wind down to the restaurant square Kumkapi. Blue Mosque and Haia Sofia are a pleasant 10 minutes walk. there is a Tramway stop at the next corner.
The single room I stayed in was small but in good shape, well equiped and very clean. On the ground floor is a quiet lounge, breakfast is served in the topfloor, with big windows overviewing Maramara see and the old town, there is a small terrace.
- ami_travels (2/5): Avoid! They do not give receipts or invoices! - I booked this hotel and when I got there to pay a deposit on the room I found out that they would not issue me a receipt nor an invoice for accounting purposes, and behaved like borderline crooks. I left immediatly after the way they behaved, treating me like crap because I dared ask for a receipt on my hard earned money.
