• Dana (7/5): Good - The staff were lovely and the location is nice and quiet. Staff has helped us to order some food to our studio, which would have been difficult otherwise due to the language barrier. Plenty of conveniences, breakfast served is a good portion size and well balanced. A lot of shops and cafés down the hill. The location is a bit tricky - at the top of a steep hill, and would be very difficult to get to with luggage by foot if you're taking public transport - taxi is a must. Housekeeping is not 100% - returning to the studio after a busy day it was obvious that the floors were in need of a clean as there was some spilled coffee. No smart TV and there has been an issue with the internet during our stay, which otherwise worked well.

• Tanita (9/5): Nice apartment. Friendly personal. Bad Wi Fi. Close to Metro and shops. A bit outdated kitchen unit. - It was comfortable place, but you have to climb uphill. Narrow streets loaded with parked cars, not very convenient to walk because very narrow pedestrian zone. If you use Metro - use exit 3, it will be closer to walk. Metro is very close. There are so many shops nearby, and a super wonderful fruits and vegetables store. The hotel itself is very nice. Especially the personal - they helped in all aspects. Wonderful breakfast is brought to the room every morning which is very convenient. Hot water is available all the time. Wi Fi is ok for messaging but you will not be able to have a Zoom meeting for example. The facilities in the room are a little bit outdated and especially kitchen unit needs upgrade, as well as the bathroom door. There were no kitchen utensils, pans and frying pan. But we asked and the personal gave us everything we needed. There is a huge wardrobe in the room which was very comfortable. But do little amount of hangers. We spent 10 days and we felt very comfortable in this apartment. It has everything you need. Clean, warm, friendly people, nice views, metro is close, as well as bus station, shops and restaurants are near, pharmacies and hospitals and very close to the park and Barbaros square. I would recommend the owners to renew the kitchen unit and place all the necessary kitchen utensils in the cupboards - there are so many of them but they are empty. Also add a kitchen towel - we had to buy one. Also renew the bathroom door - it does not close properly. And make good speed for Wi Fi - we are living in 21st century and many people travel and work online. So, Wi Fi Speed must be at least 100 mbs and it should NOT be paid additionally. And internet should not disappear in the middle of the online conversation. Good WI FI must be a part of the service and included. At present it’s not your plus point. Hope it will improve in future Add more hangers in the wardrobe. They don’t cost much 😃

• Aleksei (8/5): Very good - The location is the best. Close to public transport, on a quiet street, many places can be reached on foot. The room is spacious. Everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is served in the room. There is no soundproofing between the rooms. You will hear every sound from the other room. The building is located at a decent distance from the boulevard and mosques, the noise from the outside is on acceptable levels.

Breakfast was great and served directly in the room, they even prepared special breakfast for our son. Location was sutable for our purposes and very close to metro station. Room size was good. We were given an extra bed for our son for free. The price seems reasonable in the area. We were given ground floor room, which was a bit dark. There was dust on the beside tables and stove wasn't working. The siphon in bathroom wasn't working well.

• Penny (8/5): - Very nice staff, quiet property - something rare in Istanbul - good working air conditioner, comfortable bed, lots of storage, great shower, private balcony attached to room, elevator, and walking distance to grocery and 20 minutes downhill to the Besiktas city centre. Free daily breakfast included. On the other hand, Wi-Fi is very slow, housekeeping is very hit or miss, and despite listing washer and dryer as an amenity, it's not accessible by guest and an extra fee to have clothes laundered by staff. Overall, a very good, comfortable stay with a few shortcomings.

The staff is very polite and nice. The room is large, everything is as in the photo. Cleaning every day. We liked. Thank you!
• Osama (10/5): Amazing Staff & Cozy Stay - The staff goes above and beyond here. They were so helpful with directions, answered all our questions/concerns, made my birthday extra special, and even warmed up our dinner leftovers for us in their kitchen. It’s very close to a metro station and the staff can definitely help direct you to where you want to go. They also set up a cab for us back to the airport which was great. The bed is super cozy, a large living space, and a nice little balcony. Our only complaint is that because we were on the 4th floor we were quite hot and had to have the balcony door open to stay cool. Then because the door was open and the street noise came up we couldn’t hear when staff knocked on our door- so then they just opened it which I understand- but with a hijabi wife is not the best. They have A/C but it’s central not for individual rooms. I think you would be totally fine on a lower floor or if you run cold generally.
• Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing - Location is good to use as basis to commute in the city. Having noted this, there is not much in immediate vicinity. The noise from the neighbour was in my room. Cleaning was not proper. I trimmed my hair at lavatory. After the cleaning rounds, the hairs were still there and definitely not touched at all. The towel I put on the floor was folded and hanged again. I don’t think I will choose to stay again at this hotel.

They wouldn't bother you if that's not necessary but if you need anything they will help you for sure, even in the middle of the night. The location is good (it's uphill though - something to consider if you don't like walking) and there are nice cafes and restaurants around. Really enjoyed my stay and can totally recommend

Very practical during Ramadan since you can have breakfast as your meal before fajr. The room was not clean when I entered the first day. Subsequent days were cleaned properly though.

If you would like to stay at a hotel with tourist attractions nearby, I wouldn’t say Beşiktaş is the best option. The hotel keeps the parking slots for the people who stay at their accommodation so this is really helpful that you have where to leave your car. All good.

They help us in knowing the city and never hesitate to guide us. I would have given 5 star but the thing is, they don't have USA pin which literally make me not to even charge my phone.
