• Suzanne (9/5): A lovely, relaxing week in a sunny and quiet villa where we swam everyday in the pool outside our door. - We loved the clean, spacious villa, the swimming pool and the quiet district. It’s a lovely area of Gran Canaria. María was a good communicator and her instructions by WhatsApp were perfect. We would definitely return! It was an excellent property so I have no complaints!

• Stephanie (7/5): Pleasant stay but needs some attention - Location, pool. Very quiet. Great basement. It was clean and has 2 parking spaces and we had a lot of fun. Als o lots of cats around. Very near golf Very awkward spaces in the top floor especially bathroom bang your head a lot. Water heater very small for 6 people, very old furniture and the kitchen and bathrooms need to be updated. The addition of an air fryer would be really great
• Piotr (10/5): Great to be there for the time :) - This is almost like your own home somewhere abroad :) We felt here comfortable and quiet surroundings was something we were looking for. The pool here helps with relaxing and spend nice afternoons by the water. There were not a thing we could complain.

• Erik (9/5): Spaceful and comfortable - Spaceful villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were six adults staying here for a cycling training camp and had a great time. Bonus points for space to lock in the bikes. Nothing worth mentioning really.

• Roope (9/5): - Great pool, good appartment size, three bedrooms handy kitchen, nice yard, good location. Upstair bathroom don't have a door. One of downstair bedrooms door dosent close properly.
• Willem Dewald (9/5): It was a very comfortable stay, with enough space for 6 people and the host, Maria, was super friendly and ready to assi - The property was very clean, spacious and walking distance (15-20 min) from the town centre. It had all the facilities we needed for our stay. The pool was lovely. As well as the view over the golf course. Well priced for what we had. There wasn’t anything that we missed or that we didn’t like.

Que solo fueran 4 villas nos proporcionó mucha tranquilidad y privacidad Tuve un pequeño problema con la nevera (se había desprogramado y no estaba enfriando lo suficiente), pero hicueron todo lo posible por solucionarlo con efectividad
• EFREN (3/5): Anuncio engañoso, NO es una Villa - - La ubicación es buena y tranquila - La comunicación con la dueña fue ágil - Está muy bien que tenga aparcamiento propio - El ANUNCIO es ENGAÑOSO, NO ES UNA VILLA. Una Villa es un chalet individual con piscina privada y jardín privado, y esto no lo era. Era un bungalow o apartamento pareado con una piscina compartida con otros cuatro bungalows y unas cuantas plantas pero sin jardín alguno. Pero el precio sí que es de Villa. - El bungalow era muy antiguo y sin reformas. Todo muy viejo (paredes de gotelé, entre otras cosas) y con mobiliario (cama sofás, mesitas, etc) antiguo y de baja calidad. - No tienen nada de cortesía. Ni gel de baño, ni servilletas, ni aceite, ni sal, ni azúcar, ni café... nada de nada. Obligan a cada inquilino a comprar un montón de cosas para un fin de semana de estancia como estuvimos nosotros que al final lo tienes que dejar todo. Por no dejar, no te dejan ni una triste botella de agua. Si llegas por la noche con los supermercados cerrados no tienes ni agua para beber, ya que el agua del grifo allí no se puede beber. Muy feo

• Chinellato (5/5): Sehr enttäuschend - Pool war sehr schön uns sauber Die erste Villa war sehr schmutzig, duschvorhang stark verschimmelt. leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage im Haus, dadurch war es kaum auszuhalten wegen der Hitze. Deckenventilator funktionierte nicht und Kühlschrank war defekt. Nach der ersten Nacht mussten wir die Villa wechseln. Die Betten sind unterirdisch veraltet und hart, quitschen bei jeder Bewegung. Die Villen, wenn man dem so sagen darf, müssten dringend renoviert werden oder eine massive preis anpassung gemacht werden. Kakerlaken in der Küche, wobei dies passieren kann. Alles im ganze sehr endtäuschend. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und brachten sofort eine alternative mildem Haus umzug, die zweite Villa war dann viel sauberer, jedoch wie bei der ersten Villa die sehr unbequeme Betten. Für diese ganzen Umstände, wäre eine Preisreduktion angebracht gewesen.

• Muhammed (10/5): Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay that brought the whole group together. - We really enjoyed the swimming pool, the friendly host, and the great location during our cycling trip. There were 18 of us staying at the villa, and it was perfect for our group. It would’ve been great if the villa basements were connected to create a larger shared lounge space. Some proper air conditioning would also be a big improvement, as the fans didn’t quite keep the rooms cool. One other thing to note the upstairs bathroom didn’t have doors, so a bit more privacy there would’ve been ideal.

• Christopher (10/5): Would definitely recommend this place - The villa was perfect for what we needed - we attended winter pride and the villa is roughly a 25 minute walk or a short taxi ride (roughly €5 per trip) to the yumbo centre. The villa was a good size with 2 spacious bedrooms that easily fit 6 people plus a huge basement area for socialising. The villa is located next to a golf course and it is very quiet and peaceful.

• Catherina (10/5): Exceptional - Our trip was fantastic the Villa was perfect clean well stocked with dishes ,towels etc also private and quiet for a relaxing holiday a nice walk to Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles Swimming pool cool but refreshing Supermarket beside Maria was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions or to help in any way which she did on many occasions and was better than any tour guide . Thank you Maria we will definately be back

• Joseph (8/5): Lovely stay and worked well for what we wanted to do (use as a base to cycle from). - Very good value and had a pool. Property was clean and well stocked with cutlery and appliances. Good space for the 4 of us and our host was very helpful. Location was a bit remote but that was reflected in the price. If the kitchen space had been bigger it would have been nicer, as we cooked in quite a bit. If you are eating out a lot then it doesn’t really matter.

We cooked a lot of food in the kitchen and missed some tools. The landlord immediately replaced the missing tools, very good service!

• Maia (9/5): Better than we expected! - Even though it was four villas in the compound, but because their entrances are not all located towards the pool, it was still private. We had a family with kids next door and never even saw any of the kids, just heard them occasionally. Pretty sure they equally appreciated us moving into the basement around 9pm so the common areas have quiet. I also appreciated the option to park in front of the villa - the drive in was a bit tight but being able to lock the gates for the night gave me a feeling of comfort. It was four of us staying and I can honestly say the villa exceeded all expectations. And the pool is awesome! Let's be honest, the upstairs toilet without a door is odd. If it was 6 of us, the stay would not have been as good. Also, I did not really realize that even though the beach and town are not that far, the area is not very walkable. So even if 30mins of walking won't kill you, the traffic of trying to manage random infrastructure will.
