First thing Key didnot work had to wait for 20 mins for the floor manager to open upon checked in. 2 things to suggest as i mainly book for the pool for my daughter .While it does have kids pool the water temperature is too cold wished it has temp control . Second is didnt see any chinese menu in the restaurants be it breakfast or dinner and while we dine in Indus valley restaurant the food took almost an hour to serve and mosquitoes were everywhere in the restaurant. I expected better biryanis as its one of the pricy cuisine in the menu.

NZ ZMate (9/5): Overall, it was a good and enjoyable stay. I would happily stay here again. - The hotel offers all the usual facilities you would expect and maintains a good standard overall. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant looked promising, although I did not dine there myself. I did visit the coffee shop for some coffee and snacks, and that was a good experience. The room uses a card-activated power system, but the design is not intuitive. The card must be inserted at an angle into a panel near the door, which is not obvious, especially when entering the room at night with no lighting available. There is no visible instruction or illuminated indicator to guide guests to the slot. Most hotels use clearly visible and easy-to-use card slots, often with indicator lights. In this case, it was difficult to even locate the panel in the dark, let alone understand how to use it. A simple improvement would be to add a clearly visible, possibly glow-in-the-dark or backlit sticker or sign near the panel explaining how to insert the card. This would significantly improve the guest experience.

The staff is courteous and helpful, leaving no stone unturned in making your stay comfortable. The restaurant , Creo, exemplifies culinary excellence. Vikram at Creo, is very welcoming, making us feel comfortable. The housekeeping staff is very accommodating, making sure all your needs are met. Overall it was an excellent stay.

I wanted to share my stay experience at Vivanta Dwarka Hotel, I’m staying in Room No. 131, and honestly, it has been a really nice and comfortable stay. I big thank to given Mr. Dhiraj❤️ for arranging my airport pickup car and also arrang my Agra trip car and everything was so well managed, and the whole trip turned out to be such a great experience. I especially want to mention our driver, Mr. Shabaz Khan. He is such a kind and polite person. He explained everything so nicely and kept checking on us throughout the journey whether we needed food, rest, or anything at all. That really made a difference and showed how much he cared. Also, thanks to Mr. Danbir, Mr. Surender, and Mr. Ravinder for being so helpful and supportive during my stay. The front office team has been really warm and welcoming. You can actually feel that they genuinely care about the guests, and that makes the experience even more special. Overall, it has been a beautiful and memorable stay something I’ll definitely remember. Thank you so much to everyone.

Also due to this check in they charged 120% price of the hotelroom. Outside is outdated and needs serious repairs. Swimmingpool not heated (20 degree Celcius). All and all did not get a warm feeling. Especially with the high invoice at the end. Will never return.
