Guest Reviews
- Shawny (8/5): -
- claudia (8/5): Muy bien 👍 - Todo bien!

- Chris (8/5): See all above coments & reviews - Warm - clean - comfy - close to the front, bars etc No seats/stools/chairs to sit on balcony
- Silvia (6/5): Excelente ubicación, limpio y camas comodas - La ubicación era Excelente, las camas comodas y estaba limpio. Había mucho jaleo en las habitaciones cercanas, descontrol con las toallas y faltaba champu …. Aunque avisaras no reponian….

- Jorgelina (10/5): - Genial todo,quedamos encantado con el trato,excelente!!
- Warley (8/5): -
- Kiesha (6/5): Its ok for a night or 2 - The hotel is great if you're wanting a cheap stay. We stayed here as we chose to extend our stay but our other hotel had no availability. Pool opposite is lively and cheap Hotel needs modernising, if you do get a balcony room, be aware you can't really sit on them as they are quite shallow.

- bethanysU9933IY (8/5): Fab hotel!! - The staff were absolutely lovely here! The room was basic (no fridge or balcony seats) however it was cleaned daily, spacious and looked liked the pictures. They had security by the door so we always felt safe, and the location was perfect. I would happily stay here again!!
- Kayla (4/5): - AC was good and location. water was leaking and getting on the floor in the bathroom . bathroom floor was very dirty and messed up a little for a hotel.
- smythyD (2/5): TERRIBLE - Our stay at this hotel was awful!
1 star would be too much!!!!
Our room was nothing like the photographs. It was a box room with no balcony and a tiny sliding window near the roof that didn't allow ventilations into the room at all. The air conditioning was broken. We reported this to staff who did nothing about it for the duration of our 9 day stay.
There was no fridge and the room was so hot it was unbearable and we had to leave our main door open just to breathe properly.
We asked at reception to be moved rooms and were told it was fully booked. When friends departed a few days later we asked could we have their room instead and again that was declined.
We will never ever return to this hotel. TERRIBLE

- Weronika (8/5): Worth for the price and excellent staff. - The all staff was really friendly and helpful! We received even a voucher for breakfast which was very kind. Our room was good, bed really comfortable. We had a fridge inside and they welcomed us with 2 bottles of water and 2 pack of salty nuts :) I was a little bit disappointed cause we didn’t have hairdryer.
- Callum (5/5): Passable -
- Z6716LKmiap (10/5): Great Hotel - Antonio, Dulce, Balvina and Iuli have been the best part of our experience amazing service fabulous food and drink. This hotel and pool area have been out of this world. Very impressed.
- Gwen (5/5): Was alright for the price.wouldnt be going back - Was clean The pool, was across the road which wasn’t the problem but it was literally filled with dead wasps and flies. Beds were really crammed together and didn’t feel clean.
- Themeparkchess (2/5): 1 star for a reason - Stayed here last week with 2 of my friends and didn’t have a positive experience .
Rooms very basic but diddnt look like the photos provided no fridge no chair no table/chairs on balcony.
On the second to last day there was a leak directly above one of my friends bed with an unknown substance going onto her bed and leaving it soaked which is dangerous as we diddnt know what it was and she could of become poorly. As a result of this we had to move hotel on the second to last day which was 20 minutes away which was very inconvenient as our transfer to the airport was early in the morning and we had to make our way to and from this new hotel which was completely out of the way. The hotel was unfair with compensating for the issue , they gave us a free meal at another hotel which was a free meal and drink which was incorrect it was a buffet with awful food choices and no drink so we didn’t even bother. We had to pay our all our taxis for the rest of the holiday which is why we picked this hotel originally because of the location however they didn’t compensate enough for my liking and made the last day unpleasant.
The pool is across the road and is a open to all pool so there was people who wasn’t even staying at the hotel taking up all the sunbeds so some days we didn’t even get one which is completely unfair .
I won’t be staying at this hotel again the only positive thing was the location however I wouldn’t recommend
- Cortney (6/5): Pleasant - Great location for San An, basic no frills hotel.
beds a little uncomfortable (hard) but your not getting much sleep in ibiza anyway.
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- 831dennir (10/5): Girls trip - I have just returned from my stay at this hotel and I could not fault the service. From checking in to checking out, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in this hotel last year and the lady her name was Maria remembered us which I thought was a nice touch. The staff were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were basic but cleaned everyday and replaced with new towels. There was an issue with the laundry service meaning there was limited towels on a few days of our stay but they accommodated us with pool towels instead.
Overall, the experience was great and I would highly recommend this hotel and the staff.
- Lorrany (1/5): Horrible stay - It was at a good location Extremely dirty. Woke up with a rash on my body. Very rude receptionist guy. Didn’t allow us to read the contract but wanted us to sign it
- Bahadiryungucu (4/5): Good location, bad rooms. - Perfect location No fridge, no hairdryer, there is no single chair in room, old furnitures.
- Eamonn (10/5): Fantastic Hotel - Stayed here a few times and loved the fridge in the room this year. Staff always available to provide extra room key if needed. Staff at pool were fantastic. Nothing.
- leroyashlely007 (10/5): Belterrr place 🕺🏾🕺🏾 - Went on a stagg doo with 15 lads aged between 22 and 44..Only found out it was a 1 star when we got there absolutely brilliant place Staff location rooms security should be more then a one star had no trouble at all loved it and would definitely go back 👌🏾👌🏾
- Amoah (4/5): Ibiza is beautiful, we stayed San Antonio and is amazing and recommended - The location was good but tje facilities are bad Air conditioning is rubbish, thank God I stayed one night, the pictures you see are not what you’re getting so bear in mind
- T8049ITkaitlynw (2/5): Threatening / robbing corrupt staff - I can't urge anyone enough to stay away from this hotel. Me and a friend stayed here for 3 nights - meant to be 5 but we had to cut it short. When we arrived the room stank of bleach, the bed covers were stained and the railing on the balcony was falling off meaning we couldn't use it. We had arrived back at the hotel after a day out on Wednesday when a security guard bardged into our room and began threatening us with a bat, he did not speak english so was communicating through google translate. The man threatened us for 30 minuets until we have him 100 euros. He told me not to report this as the woman at the desk wouldn't believe me. Due to this I had to move hotel and book an early flight home.
- Ian (7/5): Good -
- L1320KTbenb (2/5): overcharging on card machines! - honestly be very careful when buying drink etc. from the bar , on one occasion i was charged €125 for a jug of sangria that was supposed to be €27
and the day after i was charged €105 for 1 redbull!
and then when we went to check out the woman in reception tried to spring on us that we had another €60 to pay as part of a deposit! even though we payed our deposit when we arrived, obviously, just be very careful with this hotel as they are clearly having a field day scamming people
- Edijs (7/5): Good -
- dankK1024HS (8/5): Affordable hotel with Character, excellent location, clean and professional staff. - This hotel, built in the 70's, is perfect for a weekend or overnight visit to San Antonio. It's a traditional-style establishment that's well-maintained, featuring a professional, courteous, and helpful staff, along with 24-hour security, which is a significant added benefit. Its biggest advantage is its location, right where you want to be in the centre of San Antonio, along a quiet street that is close to all the action. The bus station and the local ferries to all the best beaches on the west coast are just a minute's walk away.
Rooms all have a balcony or terrace. There is no furniture because the balconies are too narrow to accommodate chairs or tables due to the residential area in which the hotel is located. This was the style of the era in which the hotel was built. To compensate, air con. hairdryer, safe and shampoo/ bath gel, are included in modern, refurbished bathrooms. Which, for the price you pay, is a real bonus in Ibiza. The quaint lift works perfectly. No kitchen or breakfast service, but there are many restaurants nearby of all types for breakfast and fast food options.
The pool bar across the road serves food and coffee, which wasn't the best as it was weak compared to the delicious, local strong coffee served elsewhere. Additionally, I dislike drinking from plastic cups, so I didn't enjoy drinking at the pool bar. However, the pool area is very cosy, clean and pretty. It's a real sun trap surrounded by trees and an ideal place to sunbathe and relax after a night out, with plenty of sunbeds and loungers available. It's not a party pool so don't expect loud music or partying its a chillout area only.
A great value hotel, that is spotlessly clean, with pleasant staff. The hotel will respect you if you respect the local community and the relaxed, chilled atmosphere of the hotel. Please note that this is a traditional hotel, dating back over 50 years, with character rather than a modern, fashionable facility. If you understand this, you will likely enjoy your stay here if you are only staying for a couple of nights. This is why the hotel's price is so affordable. You will get the young party people here, but that adds to the quirky atmosphere of the place.
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional - Smooth check in brilliant location staff were lovely Nothing
- Lorraine (9/5): Good value in a central safe location - Good central location. Nice pool. Friendly helpful reception staff. One bed in the room kept collapsing due to a leg which had to be constantly adjusted.
- Lisa (3/5): Poor -
- Hector (8/5): Very good -
- SarahP6039 (10/5): Good vibes and excellent value for money Plus great staff. - Hi we arrived and greeted by a big smile from Maria and booked in professionally told about the pool, she was very welcoming. Saliq on reception was also helpful and upbea.
We had room 205 with a balcony overlooking a quaint ally. The room was very high standard for a 1 star. The towels changed, and room cleaned daily. very comfortable / firm mattress beds. Very clean. There was even bath/ shampoo toiletries in the bath room.
Yes you had to run the shower for a few minutes for water to run hot, plus being in the heart of San Antonio there's noise of music and clubbers but all good. I personally slept like a long.
Pool areas lovely and the food there very tasty and good prices. A good surprise for a 1 star. Alex. the girls in the bar and cook all very polite, pleasant and friendly..
Overall this hotel far exceeded our expectations would definitely return and had a great time there thank you Azuline
- Bryan Vic (10/5): - Fantastisch
- Jeanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- louisesR628HR (8/5): Basic but no real issues - Came here with my friend, we wanted somewhere cheap but in a good location and you can’t fault it for that!
It is very basic, no hair dryer, no fridge, no cups and we didn’t have a balcony either. But I suppose it depends what you’re after, we just wanted a room to get some sleep and to be able to get ready in.
The toilet was leaking, we reported this on our way out somewhere and when we returned, it had been sorted.
Pool is shared with another hotel across the road but we managed to get beds and was pretty chilled.
Lift is a bit odd as it is almost inside a cupboard (you’ll understand if you’ve been 🤣)
Overall, would stay again, just don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed 🤷🏻♀️
- C677PEameliam (6/5): Can’t complain! - Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights.
The location was perfect I can’t recommend enough!
Upon arrival we were greeted with receptionist who was so lovely, smiley and helpful.
The room was actually really nice- basic but just what we needed to be honest we wasn’t spending much time here anyway.
Our air conditioning was not working, or at least we didn’t have a remote. Luckily we did have a window, and it’s more chilly in the evenings in September so this wasn’t an issue for us really.
The room was lacking facilities- could’ve done with some glasses in the room, maybe a kettle/ coffees and maybe a hair dryer.
Shower lacked pressure and we didn’t have hot water on the first night.
Our toilet also was constantly trickling water which was quite annoying.
Room was cleaned without fail every day, nice to have fresh sheets and clean towels.
Pool area was decent, nice cocktails! And a good price for Ibiza €10. Music was quite dated but nice they had music.
Hotel was SO noisy at night, door slamming and loud people. This really didn’t bother us because we were there to party too so all good. I probably wouldn’t recommend for families due to this matter.
Overall, for what you pay, and considering this is a 1 star hotel I really can’t complain and to be honest I’d probably stay again.
- Dua (7/5): Good -
- X9799FNgaving (8/5): I'm a 3-Time goer to Ibiza, and we would all 100% stay here again - nothing wrong with it at all! :) - We booked a couple's holiday away to Ibiza a number of months for the first week in September and since then, we were very hesitant to stay here based on previous mixed reviews...how wrong we were to think like this!!!
I have been to Ibiza three years in a row, and this is the best yet! :)
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel, at the end of the day it is IBIZA - fantastic location (2 min walk to bus station and 5 min walk to strip), lovely spacious and comfortable rooms (we stayed on the 2nd floor and our friends stayed on the 3rd floor), great air con, lovely deep pool (shallow area for young kids too if needed) and relaxing pool area. Our rooms were cleaned every morning (without fail) and all the staff (including pool area and maids) were all so friendly and accommodating, and we had no issue with noise.
Our only cons (if any) were that the shower head pressure was a little low, so the showers were a little annoying from time to time and they took between 2-3 mins to heat up, the playlist at the pool area wasn't great at all really haha (most songs were remixed or bootlegged haha), swimming area pool drinks were a little on the expensive side as well (i.e. €5 for a Coca-Cola, €9 for vodka / rum slushies but pints of lager were €5 which is reasonable enough) and there were no chairs on the balcony.
All in all, we will be staying here again when we go back to Ibiza - very impressed!
- Jamie (10/5): - The staff were so friendly ,wud recommend a friend and wud go back there again
- Laura (3/5): Poor - PILLOWS AND AC WERE TERRIBLE AND PEOPLE PARTYING UPSTAIR
- G1384BVemmam (2/5): Horrible - please avoid this hotel at all costs. Had a problem checking in as soon as we got here tried to say it was love holidays fault. We were due to stay 4 nights but the receptionist said one of my friends had only booked in for the 1 night and there was no rooms available, even after we showed her the confirmation what we had on our phones saying we was all staying 4 nights. She tried saying she would sort different something out and we may have to split up from one another which defeated the purpose of all of us going together a group. She made not much effort to do this or make us feel ensured that she was trying her best. Then miraculously after a good hour or two sitting at the reception she had managed to book us all in. As for the bar staff, they are horribly rude. Went down to the pool with a few drinks we'd purchased from the shops unknown to us we wasn't allowed drinks at the pool to have them come over and snatch all our belongings off us and made us pay €7 euros to claim it back but then didn't hand them back? (IULI and Alex) They had such a bad attitude, we said we would have easily have taken our drinks back to the hotel room or have emptied/ thrown away the drinks as long as we got our handbags etc back. Then proceeded to tell us after paying the ridiculous €7 that we wasn't able to get our stuff back and if we had a problem with it we'd have to got to reception, as soon as the what I can only assume is the manager or someone higher than the bar staff came over they tried to say we stole from the fridge!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. There was thankfully CCTV by the bar which I told the manager you check. IULI knew she hadn't a back leg to stand on as soon as I mentioned CCTV and made on she had made a mistake but before all this carry on and any mention of CCTV she had a horrible horrible attitude and the way she'd spoken to me at the bar was very aggressive other guests had said the same. Also the rooms were absolutely filthy! Mould on the ceilings, empty NOS canisters on the balcony, damp bed and air corn that was so thick with black dust it would make anyone ILL, water leaking from the ceiling of the bathroom and cold showers
not ideal x
- 24rach (6/5): Clean and friendly but NO amenities - To start this hotel had lovely staff and was very clean! I think we were naive as we booked a package through Jet 2 and assumed we would have some amenities but there is no fridge, no hair dryer, no phone, no TV remote, no kettle / cups etc and for us no balcony (but some rooms do have this).
Very strict with own drinks around the pool which I expected but a coke from pool bar is €5 !
There was always somebody from security downstairs but they didn't seem to do much about noise, I really don't mind hearing people heading out and laughing / music etc but the banging on doors through the night was constant and I kept expecting the security to do something about it.
There are lovely helpful staff and clean rooms with a lovely pool and where we could always get a sun bed before about 3pm, it gets busier later on in the afternoon.
- Loran (8/5): Great stay and would return - Fab location, clean and comfortable, nice pool area
- Winston (6/5): - Very convenient for the prices, unfortunately for my particular room on the 1st floor, the blackout curtains do not cover the whole of the window and there nails/staples sticking out of a piece of furniture that was made with old pallets and the tv did not receive reception.
Staff were good.
- Adam (10/5): Wild - Location They key for the room
- Y7886ABemmac (2/5): The worst hotel in Ibiza - I have been to several hotels for a girls holiday in Ibiza however, this is the worst one yet. The room is basic and clean however, the bathroom was horrific. We did not have hot water for three out of the five nights we stayed. The shower also was a trickle of water and it did not drain. The tap and shower didn’t work properly on more than one occasion. There was very little help by the hotel staff. The full hotel smelled of bleach constantly. On the balcony of our room, too small to actually stand there were several electrical wires tied to the railing. This seemed extremely unsafe. Furthermore, the pool was across the road and open to all. I write this review for any group of girls going to Ibiza, this is a great location but the hotel is not worth it!!
- P803SOstevej (10/5): Fantastic stay - Just come back with 25 guys stayed there for 4 nights with no complaints from any of us
Had a great time there fantastic pool area with very friendly staff also the guy in reception was very helpful and a nice guy
The experience we had this place should be more than 1 star
- Voyage34361651696 (2/5): Would give it 0 if I could - Can’t back to the room after a day out to find things missing from the room, reported this to the reception who didn’t seem to care in the slightest and was laughing to a friend in Spanish. We’re told there was nothing they could do and that we could have 2 drink vouchers for the bar as a sorry? Stayed in Ibiza for 10 years and this is comfortably the worst hotel we’ve stayed at, cheap and 1 star for a good reason
- Rhianna (8/5): Very good -
- coraj2638 (4/5): staff at the pool - Alex at the pool is very aggressive, he forcefully snatched my towel after we brought a bottle of water in to drink as there was no notice saying we couldn't. he made a show of us at the pool by screaming at us saying we wasn’t aloud to bring water in and getting in our faces, as I struggle with anxiety he really triggered it and made me feel uncomfortable, we presumed bringing water in would be allowed as we are self catering and felt victimised by Alex throughout the holiday. speaking to other people around the pool they also said they had the same experience with him showing agression towards them too. We also witnessed him throw a cup at a young girl. This hotel needs to have a look at the people they hire specifically have a look at Alex as he shows agression towards customers who pay a lot of money to receive horrendous treatment by staff.
- Stewart (7/5): Great value for money and would go back - Location great, swimming pool area and pool bar was also good and staff very friendly. Shower in bathroom could have been better, a new shower head would have made all the difference as well as trying to figure out the AC in room but on the whole wouldn't put us off going back.
- jkm1974 (10/5): Lovely stay, perfect for a short break - Stayed 3 nights with my teenage daughter. We were very apprehensive before arrival having read all the reviews here.
However!
Hotel was in a brilliant location close to bars, restaurants and beach.
Staff were so lovely, including those working at the pool area which is literally about six steps away from the front of the hotel. They play really bohemian vibe music at the pool (I meant to ask them what the playlist was!)
Room was basic but VERY clean. Beds were comfortable.
I hardly ever write reviews but feel that this hotel deserved an honest appraisal in the hopes that other people will not be so worried to book here!
Would definitely return :) xx
- robblines21357 (2/5): Great holiday rubbish hotel - Firstly not all bad, the best part of this hotel is the location is 5mins from the shops and bus station.pool is huge however…
Pool is dangerous deep and not advised for young kids.
Our room air con didn’t work
tv in the room didn’t work
Shower barely washed us tripped out.
All sunbeds where broke round the pool,we did look for a one that worked but could not find any so had to lay flat on the sunbed
Staff didn’t no our transfers time home
Staff would not give us safe deposit money back end of the holiday.
DO NOT STAY HERE ITS RUBBISH !
- Joepayne99 (10/5): Highly recommend - Reading the reviews we was abit on edge before staying, but when we arrived at the hotel the reception were lovely and so helpful with everything we asked for.
The rooms were very clean, the cleaners come round every day. They offered us more towels everyday.
It wasn’t a loud hotel at all, the pool was pretty quiet, No drama at all.
The location was perfect, 2 mins from the taxi rank so was easy getting cabs. Even the hotel reception would call cabs for us. It was also a 3/4 min walk to the beach which was handy.
We paid the 10€ euro for a safe.
The hotel must of had a renovation because reading the reviews it was completely opposite to what’s been said about it.
Highly recommend staying here, nice and cheap and does a job for a boys/girls holiday.
- Christian (7/5): Good value for money but could do with more facilities like hairdryers and fridges.. - Cheap. Central location No hairdryer, no fridge.
- Isabel (8/5): - Excelente ubicación. Es un hotel práctico y accesible. El trato del staff fue excelente
- 633dazw (10/5): Great location hotel - Basic hotel.Great location and staff friendly.Pay for you get.Got a room facing the lane.Friends had the top floors which seemed more updated than mine on the 2nd floor.
Pool was great no one bothered anyone.
- Wanderer56356556990 (10/5): Good value for money, central position. - Brilliant, central position, recommended with earplugs.....as there are a lot of fighting English.....the hotel good value for money. No problem with theft at all as mentioned in other feedbacks. Close to bus station and everywhere. I liked it!!!!
- Marius (8/5): Very good -
- Vicky (8/5): Very good -
- Luke (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kim (5/5): Passable -
- Renato (7/5): Cool - Good location and structure One of the employees didn't know how to deal with a situation and was very rude
- Marc (1/5): Bad -
- Bhargavi (9/5): Superb -
- Deborah (5/5): Don’t expect anything and you’ll be fine. - No food provided at the hotel and there were no fridges in rooms to keep anything, especially water. The hotel was across the road from the pool. The pictures are very misleading.
- Deborah (2/5): Will never stay here again. Money was taken out of my account for my stay even though I had paid. - Hotel was in a good location. This hotel looks nothing like the photos. It is separate from the pool and the photos are very misleading. The staff were rude and very unhelpful. Money was taken from my visa account for extra nights when I had already paid in full for my booking. Very disappointed. I asked several times to speak to the manager to sort it out but they were never available to talk.

- Hannah (8/5): Very good -
- Rebecca (10/5): perfect stay - everything! perfect location right next to bus station, a lot cheaper than all the other hotels in the area but still amazing! second time staying here and was not disappointed. staff are lovely, room was huge with spacious balcony and cleaners did a great job. the pool and pool bar is fab and I will definitely just this hotel again next time I visit Ibiza! nothing
- Anonymous (1/5): room was very poor, it even had blood on the pillows - nothing nothing
- Courtney (8/5): - The room was okay. View was terrible but for somewhere just to sleep it was fine. It was clean and the staff were nice.
- Medeiros (1/5): dirty and filthy place. - I hate this property I hate this property, the dirtiest place I have ever been in my life.
- Alex (1/5): Bad - does not look like the pictures had mould on ceilings over priced for it to be dirty as it was and couldn’t check in until 2
- Patrick (1/5): Robbed, unsafe, disrespected and underwhelmed by the attitude of the hotel towards its guests. - Location Safety and security. We left our room locked whilst we were out one evening for 6 hours to return and find most of our belongings had been stolen. Leather holdall, sunglasses and clothes etc. The hotel was insecure with no control of who was coming and going by reception despite an attempt at band entry most guests didn’t wear and were left unchallenged.
Staff - were unsympathetic in most cases (not all) and claimed to not represent the hotel. Even suggested that we should expect theft at this 1star hotel on this side of the island.
The hotel offered no compensation, only to change hotels within the same brand. Feeling very unsafe we promptly checked out.
€200 euros a night for this is terrible and I would advise all to look elsewhere. The new M hotel up the road was very pleasant with friendly staff!
- Shaina (10/5): - Great place to stay in Ibiza great location. Christina at the front desk was incredibly helpful and offered fantastic service! She is great.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel overall - Good hotel
Dinner and breakfast has good choices
Location very central
Pool was nice
Room AC was bit noisy
Mattress bit hard
Pillows very thin
Wifi is slow
Bit noisy from other people arguing next door
- Helen (10/5): Perfectly located for San Antonio - The hotel is in the perfect location for all of San Antonio. It can be noisy at night but you’d expect that duento how central it is. It was clean and well decorated and the staff were helpful.
- Roberta (10/5): Very good - pleasant surprise! - Really good! We were not expecting a 5-star accommodation but to come back to shower, sleep , get changed etc this is a perfect accommodation in Ibiza. Nice rooms with a small balcony, clean and comfortable. Receptionists extremely pleasant and happy to share all information you need. Rooms were cleaned daily and not too early, the housekeeping lady did not even mind coming back later if we were still in the room getting ready. Excellent location: 1min from bus station so you don't need to take a taxi back from clubbing, and there is free car parking few minutes away, 24h shop and ATM next door. Wifi is not free but we had 3G so we did not need it. Just bear in mind there is a discrepancy on hotels.com and tourist tax is 2.50 euro per person per night which you will need to pay at check in.
- will (6/5): - Somewhere to stay after a night out at the end of the day so wasn't to bad. Pretty bog standard location is right in the west end near the night life so expect there to be some noise.
