• Mendoza (8/5): Fair enough. With the price, must have better facilities, I would say, there are perks in reddoorz that is better. - With free drinking water Small tv, no Netflix, no breakfast, no free parking, no extra key card, no cabinet for clothes, no proper table

• Orlaith (2/5): Avoid - The man on reception at check out was friendly. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again if it were free. It’s not in a nice area, there was stains on our mirror, walls, toilet seat was broken, shelf under the sink was falling off, the noise is so loud from the road and also from people walking inside. You’re getting exactly what you pay for which is nothing of value.

Overall I cannot fault anything with go hotel at Otis I liked everything about the hotel, so there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property and I know the property well so it’s ideal for what my wife and I need
• Ryan (10/5): Hotel like hospitality with the nice feel of a lovely budget hotel run by an amazing staff. Highly recommended. - First thing to highlight ? The staff, every single member of that staff was super helpful and did everything they could to make the stay feel great. From sorting out our rooms, to handling the laundry (via their third party handler, which can I say super cheap imo), to just being available to any task you need help with. Highlight of the stay and that’s all I can really ask. A great staff with a great attitude. Special mention to Jerome and Darlene (they work at the front desk), super nice people that made the stay just that much better. Just wish I could’ve said goodbye to them and thank them before I left, so consider this my thanks instead. Made the stay great. The room although a tad small, is realistically more than enough, love the shower/toilet separation and the little fold-in table that became super useful for organizing my stuff towards the end. Beds were super comfy and when they did the room cleanup they did a great job at replacing all the covers, duvet etc. felt like walking into a new room. And the hot water worked great (give it like 5-10 seconds to heat up lol). Aside from all that It’s right above a Robinsons mini mall, super helpful cause we never really had to travel for groceries or food when we stayed in. All in all, you basically have all your basic amenities++ Loved the stay and if I ever travel back to Manila, Go Hotel’s Otis is up there on my list of places to visit. The aircon was a bit confusing I suppose. They had one of their technicians come in and explain how the AC worked but it was mostly him telling us how to speed up the fans but not necessarily how to adjust the temperature ? He did show it to us well and he did show us how to adjust the desired temp but despite increasing it to like 29°C it still felt like it was at 22-23°C instead. I guess a good instruction manual for that in the rooms would be super helpful. WiFi was also a bit unreliable. It became super slow multiple times especially at night. I ended up just relying on my mobile data instead (Philippines local SIM). A better bandwidth support here would be much desired imo. And lastly, it’s just a minor picking for me honestly but it’s worth a mention it’s a bit in the middle of nowhere in a way. It’s direct access to the skyway which is super helpful and it’s close by to Rizal park, the museums and Robinsons Place mall, so it was pretty nice but aside from those you basically have to travel to all the places you need to visit by quite a bit and Grab isn’t exactly cheap. So I’d say it’s a 50-50 on pros and cons

• Albert (9/5): Great accomodation, decent location. - Helpful staff, very clean and modern room with good amenities. A great base to explore Manila, we were very happy with our stay. This isn’t a complaint - but you’d likely need to get a ride to go to a restaurant, unless you want to eat in the mall next door, which was fine.

• Francisco (9/5): Buenas instalaciones - Las instalaciones son prácticamente nuevas y muy bien cuidadas, además de muy limpias. El personal muy amable y servicial. La zona no es la más céntrica de Manila, pero tienes moto taxis que que llevan al centro en 15 minutos por 150 pesos
• John (10/5): Fantastic stay - we love staying here - We always enjoy staying here when we are in Manila. The location is perfect - easy access to Malate, Binondo and the many casino’s! The staff really make this place - special mention to Nikki and Neale on the front desk. Like last year they were exceptional. I availed the laundry service from the hotel this time (I did not know it was available last year) and it was excellent. Very reasonably priced, efficient and they did a great job. My room 5115 was too cold. Even though I set the air con to 24 degrees, it constantly sat on 20 degrees. I raised this with the housekeeping staff, however I was advised there was no issue with it.

But to accuse me of smoking in the room is disrespectful whe they saw me going outdoors across the road often
