• Janet (8/5): Great staff, good value for money but pick a quiet room - I liked the front desk staff and guards. They were very helpful and friendly - a friend of mine sent me something, they received it for me. The guards also assisted me with my Grab booking. I also appreciated the free water fountains/stations on each floor. Avoids having to buy (and use) disposable bottles. Reasonably priced - good value for money! My first night - I couldn’t sleep as I was given a room on the EDSA side. It was so noisy! I felt like I was sleeping by the roadside. I’m glad the staff kindly granted my request to be moved to a quieter room the following day.

• Constance (8/5): Excellent rapport qualité/prix - L’accessibilité et le Check in 24/7 Les photos de la chambre double standard montraient une fenêtre mais nous n’avons eu qu’un tableau en guise de décor. Cependant c’était super confortable et nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit et c’était très bien.

• Lovisa Lucky (9/5): Overall, it was good. The staff were accomodating and nice, always had a smile on their faces. Good value hotel. - The bed is very comfortable. It is a walking distance to Light Mall. Laundry service was satisfactory. It is right across the highway. The noise of traffic outside the window can be deafening and uncomfortable. The superior queen rooms does not have black out curtains which is very helpful for the rooms facing Edsa side where theres billboard and street lights. It also lack some room amenities like more cloth racks and outlet on each side of the bed.

Also, there is no free parking available. Fast and smooth check-in process. The location is very accessible and convenient, especially if you need to move around Manila.

I reserve an on river room but they offer me an indoor room I refuse receiving it, got apologies from the reception guy saying that changes from Pic on booking may happen. I was really upset strongly refuse then they change the room to a better an ousider and bigger room.

• Aileen (7/5): Convenient and good. - Its location. Since it is along EDSA and quite easy to walk to and fro Megamall and Boni Ave. Station, commuting is very convenient. The hotel also provides water as there are water stations in every floor. The breakfast they offer is also quite nice especially the doughnuts. It might be nice to have a small fridge in the hotel room but this is not technically necessary. The elevators were also a bit slow and there was one morning when we were woken up alarms on our floor at 6 in the morning. We were told that someone was smoking and that triggered the alarm. It just took awhile for them to turn the alarm off and for us to get back to sleeping.
• Ivette (9/5): - Stanza spaziosa e accogliente. Staff gentile e disponibile. Perfetto per una tappa di una notte se si è di passaggio a Manila. Dista circa 20 minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto. Fuori dall'hotel non c'è nulla, solo un piccolo centro commerciale raggiungibile a piedi se si vuole mangiare qualcosa (tutti fast food).

• Maria Therese (8/5): A solid choice for location and service... - Getting to other places was such a breeze since the hotel is centrally located! Our room was neat and tidy enough; 5T&B was likewise. I chose the bed and breakfast option, and I was glad I did. They offered variety and ample serving sizes for breakfast. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful with my questions and requests. My Mom and I felt safe and comfortable! Thank you for making our stay special. 🙇 Points for improvement: 1. There were very visible coffee stains on the side of mugs placed on our bedside table. While we never used them, it can be off-putting. Food and beverage utensils should be free of any residue and safe to use. 2. The toilet seat and lid were wobbly. They were hinged but obviously need tightening for secure fit.

My suggestion is selection of room page, please separate the room with window vs room without window, so the person can select the room preferred and to show transparency.
