• Shiena (5/5): Not worth for the money. - Near the mall and airport The AC is not working properly even if the technician already went. All night we were drenched in sweat. The AC and remote read 18C but I surely know it’s more than 24C. I followed up twice about the towels but until we leave there were none given to us. The breakfast delivered was incomplete, no utensils and coffee which I ordered. I had to call just to follow up.

• Gia Celeste (8/5): Excellent service of the staff. - I had a pleasant stay overall, and I would especially like to commend the staff, they were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Their service truly stood out. I do feel there is room for improvement when it comes to the bathroom facilities. During my stay, I experienced an issue with the toilet not flushing properly, which was quite inconvenient. On one occasion, the water backed up, which was unfortunately unpleasant. It was also a bit uncomfortable having to request assistance for this. I hope this can be looked into, as improving the maintenance of the toilets and the faucet by the sink would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. With such excellent staff, addressing this issue would make the stay even better.

• Lovisa Lucky (9/5): Comfortable and convenient. - Areas around the entire floor where one can get their steps in. Hotel is right next to Robinsons Mall. Front Desk, Security and Housekeeping Staff are accomodating and doing their job thoroughly. The room is tiny. The bed is a foot away from the door.
• David (7/5): - The staff are all amazing. Nothing was too much hassle, everything was done with a smile. The location is also perfect for the Robinson's mall and the depot. And not one cockroach seen. The AC are all the proper ACs, not the loud boxes. A tip is putting the AC on dry. The rooms all need a big renovation and the owners need to have a think about solving the moisture problem, because the hallways are open by design. The first room we were in had water damage and black mold on the ceiling and bathroom , the second room had mold in the bathroom, and the AC dripped constantly. The third room was nice and clean but had issues with the key card daily. I felt sorry for bothering the staff all the time.
• Julio (7/5): Acceptable stay. - Great location next to the mall for food and other stuff required. The rooms were smaller than expected. The first room assigned to me had the aircon not cold, and the toilet was chocked. Room replacement was offered, but it was next to the linen closet, and staff were there during lull times, and I could hear their noises. If you're a light sleeper, you can't rest.

• Roland Jenny (5/5): - Die Gute Lage im Shopping Center Robinson Minimale Grösse der Zimmer Unser Zimmer war im Innengang gelegen. Das heisst ein kleines Fenster zum Korridor. Kaum Platz zum sich drehen im Zimmer. Mit Koffer eine Herausforderung. Für den Preis gibt es bessere Alternativen

• Fil-Am South Korea (8/5): - The location was great! It was few feet away to Robinson Mall next door, where can you shop, grab food to eat, or just to wait for your flight. They deliver your complimentary good breakfast to your room. When we checked in, the staff asked for our orders and what time do we want it delivered. Plenty of transportation to get around the city. Good place to just sleep in. The room was quite tight to put two beds in, so there’s not much room to move. Two people would be bumping into each other inside the room or to use the restroom. There’s not much amenities.

• Arthur (1/5): good to sleep one night,the door lock failed and had to be repaired costed us a lot of precious time - the restaurant next to the hotel was an excellent venue the breakfast was absolutely awfull,coffee bad the meath tuff,the juice was the worst i ever tasted in my life.Te safe was faulty and no hot water we could not shower at all after a long trip.No time to visit anything wasted time. because of the lock and safe errors.

• Dietmar (5/5): - When I first entered the room, I was greeted with a foul smell. The Aircon was working albeit it took some time to fully cool the room. The cr had a dehumidifier but it was not working. The breakfast was not fulfilling, the steamed veggies didn't really tasted good

• Graham (8/5): - I like how comfortable the bed is .Even though it's not soft but it's not hard it's a very nice location aside from the mall near my place I don't need to ride a multicab/jeep just Pedicab. The price is nice but not how it's not clean Only not being clean the bathroom was nice but each of the corners of the bathroom has a yellow stain the same thing as the toilet bowl i wonder if one of the supervisors cleaner does a double check to see what's happening to the hotel's room . I feel that they are blind when they are cleaning just to be done.
