- FLORELYN (8/5): Our experience with the Quay was amazing... - The location access to trans portation The rooms are bit small..
- Iaan Kenn (7/5): Recommended for solo travelers who just need a place to rest in low budget. - During checkin, staff has briefly informed me about the specific room which i rent. All information are accurate & meet to the level of expectations. I think the water heater in room 209 need to be fix, it doesn't that 'hot' so i have to take a cold shower throughout my stay
- Maricruz (5/5): - Cerca de la universidad Muy pequeño .. es más pequeño de lo que se ve en fotos

- Teh (9/5): Overall good - The staff and environment is nice, and there's a bus stop right next door. Besides, the restaurant next door has delicious food and is open until 3 a.m👍 The walking area in the room is a bit cramped.
- Ohnmar (7/5): It was convenient. - It was easy to assess the public transportation. Nothing special.

- Hemmy (1/5): A total disappointment — overpriced, unclean, and poorly managed despite its convenient location near NUS - The only thing I liked about The Quay Hotel West Coast is its convenient location. It’s close to NUS. Other than that, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms felt dated and not well maintained, and the cleanliness could definitely be improved. Service was average and not very attentive. Wouldn’t stay here again unless it’s purely for the location. Unfortunately, my stay at The Quay Hotel West Coast was very disappointing. We paid $354 per night, which made the experience even more frustrating. As soon as we opened the room door, we saw a cockroach, definitely not a good first impression. The bathroom gave off a disgusting feeling and didn’t seem properly cleaned. To make things worse, the fire alarm went off twice at 2 a.m., which was extremely disturbing and ruined our sleep. The staff also seemed inattentive and unhelpful throughout our stay. The only positive is that it’s close to NUS, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
- Mohamed Irwan (6/5): Stay was ok, hotel procedures are non flexible - Location was good, near amenities The checkout time is restricted at 1100hr, about 1030hr staff called the room reminding to leave the room 👎
- Georgia (7/5): -
- Dimitra (10/5): - Nice location, close to public transport and restaurants. Clean and friendly personnel.
- Xi (6/5): Good location and kind staff. But the cleanliness needs to be improved. - An unpleasant odor was in the room. And it was noisy cause the room is close to the street.
- AHMAD MUHAIMIN (6/5): -
- Leonardo (5/5): - It's hard to think about what I liked in this accomodation. But it was acceptably clean, and the staff was polite. Location isn't the best, pretty far from the center city. The room we stayed didn't even have a window, and it was so small that we badly had a place to put the luggage. I know Singapore is an expensive country, but this accommodation charges too much for the low quality accommodation they offered, so it's definitely over-priced.
- Vincent Chia (8/5): -
- Mary Gabrielle (9/5): We stayed in their standard room at first and transferred to their deluxe room when we extended for 2 more days and I ca - The hotel rooms we stayed were clean. It was also beside a bus station and road cafes and restaurants that were affordable.
- EISUKE (6/5): -
- Louisa (8/5): - Expect high prices for a small cramped room. But that’s what you get in Singapore for that kind of money. You have just enough space to walk to the other side of the bed. The bathroom has a separate shower so once you shower the entire floor gets wet. The main negative point for us is the super slow Wifi which is hardly usable!! On the positive side, you get coffee/tea making facilities, hair dryer, a super cold fridge, TV and even an iron/ironing board. No small hand towel provided but you can ask for one. No drinking water is supplied, you’re expected to keep cool boiled water in the jug provided. If you’re not used to that, you can easily buy water from the several stores just around the corner. There are also lots of local eateries nearby catering mainly to the many students from the nearby university. We stayed here mainly due to the proximity to the university. There is a small bus station where you can take certain buses and also a bus stop nearby where you can take buses to the nearby shopping centre and also into the main city centre. That is however quite far. The staff are quite responsive and will try to rectify any problems.
- Yong KC (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good and the staff was very helpful Room was very very small and the toiletries provided could be better
- Narasaraju (9/5): - Good Facility
- prince (6/5): -
- Diwa (3/5): Facility does not match with the cost paid - No breakfast. Extremly small room
- Sheila (8/5): - Restaurants, convenience store and bus stop close. We didn't need to pay an aditional tax for towels and bed sheets. The paint on the bathroom floor was peeling a bit and there was floor mantainence on the hallways during the stay.
- Junaidah (9/5): Superb -
- Cynthia (7/5): Good - Very near 2 bus stops and some restaurants. None
- Pei (6/5): Difficult to fall asleep - Location at the bus stop, fast check in, clean room and towel change everyday The bed was hard, room was small. The toilet door was glass, so the street light could be seen in the room.
- Hairul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ranjit (7/5): Good -
- Mas (4/5): My first and last sorry - Near facilities like 7-11,restaurants,bus stop (but i didnt use the transportation.i have my own car)quiet neighbouring.the staffs were helpful .iron and iron board.most importantly there is a bidet! During my stay at the hotel, I was quite disappointed with several aspects that did not match the expectations set online. There was constant noisy construction taking place right in front of the hotel. The website mentioned free parking, but there were no spaces available(only 2 slots), and I had to resort to expensive public parking across the street which costed me 10-14sgd per day. I was disappointed because the reason i chose this hotel was because it said "free parking".Additionally, the water tap in the room was dirty, and no complimentary mineral water was provided and they said i could drink from the tap. The room itself was quite small and humid. The bed was quite hard and squeky, which felt especially disappointing given the way it was presented on the website. And the kiblat direction in the drawer from room 305 is totally in wrong direction.
I know i shouldnt expect more from a small country where everything is so limited.
- Mark (8/5): A decent bed and a decent shower - what more can you ask for? - relatively convenient for INSEAD
Staff were really nice There is no cover over the peephole in the door, so the light comes in and I had to use a facemask to sleep
When I arrived there was no bathmat - was provided after first service.
The maintenance works in the hallways until late in the evening was sometimes quite disturbing.
- Christine (10/5): My second time staying here coz i really like the location, the hospility and the quietness - convenient. plenty of restaurants nearby, clean and quiet no water provided but convenient store is nearby

We love the reception, he is fr - The friendly reception that provide all informations we need, even about the eatery around and transportation. The hotel always smell so nice and not crowded. The lift works really fast and the place is quiet, room is great, nice food around with 7 eleven nearby. The bed is a bit old but acceptable.

- Claudia (7/5): Good -
- Leong (5/5): Passable -
- Jules (6/5): Disappointing - The property was outdated bed awful hard couldn’t sleep , and I did not feel secure staying here
the staff were outstanding however
Went the second mile and were extremely helpful and courteous The decor old dated
Bathroom
Bed too hard
- Shawn (5/5): Nice location but bad soundproofing - Location was quite good for a staycation The soundproofing was very bad. We were woken up by the noises from other rooms and levels many times throughout the night.
- Babu (10/5): Exceptional -
- PATRICK (4/5): - Quite expensive for this kind of hotel, room very small, no separation between shower and toilet
- Luis (10/5): Exceptional -
- PAVITHRE (10/5): - Good stop for business travellers.
- Mahshid (8/5): I enjoyed the respectful manner of the staffs and the restuarants around as well. - It doesn't include breakfast and the location is far from city center but so close to NUS university which I had to to go. And there are a lot of different kinds of restaurants around the hotel with qualified foods and cheap. Lights in the rooms, facilities (I had a very small water boiler and a plastic water pitcher). and maybe by doing some changes in decoration there will be more space in the rooms
- Azilawati (10/5): Exceptional - cheap yet you get everything that you need
- Jal (9/5): Weekend staycation - Ambience and location The air conditioning was functioning took a while for cold air circulation but, the entire room did not feel cold despite the lowest temperature setting. Was still able to direct the air conditioning air flow towards
