The staff were super friendly and really payed attention to details. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. It was a good time to visit Bali as not too busy with the craziness of school holidays. Definitely a must or contender when choosing your next visit.

I needed extra help because I have a mobility aid so they built a ramp for me to get in and out of villa. Dana the hotel manager was so good in assisting us with booking restaurants and giving us recommendations.

- Sachin (10/5): Value for money 5star central Seminyak - A great property if you wish to stay close to main streets of Seminyak. Perfect for people who like hotel over a villa rental. The only drawback is its filled with family with kids ... so not a couple or adult only place. Breakfast was good. Hotel is surrounded by many shops like bike rental , barbar and main restaurants of seminyak. Value for money surely. Bed was amazing and so was balcony with Jet tub.
- William (10/5): - The Trans Resort Bali is a five-star hotel at a great price. It is fully centered around a large pool, and large sand pool. It has a huge restaurant ("The Restaurant") that has a solid breakfast buffet. The quality of the food here is above-average for Bali, but doesn't quite meet five-star quality. The rooms are spacious, and many have outdoor jetted bathtubs. The sliding doors don't have screens, and they aren't air tight. This means that you will periodically smell smoke from nearby cooking/trash fires, and the rooms are louder than those found in most modern 4 and 5-star hotels. The spa was closed for the month of June for roof repairs, but I had a massage in a converted room on the ground floor (which was quite noisy as it is next to a kids play area). All of the front desk staff were smiling and helpful! Most of the restaurant staff were great as well. For the price, this is almost a five-star experience!

Place good value, not ‘5 star’ quality, but more than enough. Would have loved a larger menu on the 18th Floor Bar, as had to go down stairs for food, and would have loved to have stayed upstairs.

Great option for those looking to only stay resort side. The sand bottom shallow pool was incredible for children. This property caters to families with children. Hosting numerous events throughout the day to keep the kids happy. The breakfast was an incredible buffet. The room was gorgeous and large with a balcony and pool view. The balcony had a jet hot tub and large chaise lounge chair. Not exactly a tranquil retreat but like mentioned earlier. Mostly for families so except noise

Breakfast was amazing with so much variety and good quality foods. The most friendly and accommodating staff who really took the time to make sure you were comfortable and enjoying your time. Villa was fabulous and would highly recommend booking a villa for your stay. They have moved to glass bottles of water rather than plastic- fabulous news. Villa requires some maintenance but like every thing in Indonesia post covid. Congratulations on a fabulous resort.

- Daniel (10/5): Very impressed! - The resort is in a great location in Seminyak. Walkable to a lot of great bars and restaurants. Your every need has been considered, marble finishings, designer soaps, red velvet accenting, Balinese art, the small details were delightful. The food is fantastic and we loved the room service. There is a plethora of activities, I can imagine traveling with a family would be ideal for this resort. I highly recommend.

Traffic is busy everywhere and it's best to stay in a place that is walkable. The Trans Resort fits that bill!!! We loved it. The staff is amazing and live up to their reputation. Don't hesitate...this is the spot to be. Big thank you to the staff for the shopping bag they give you in their closets. I bought a lot of small statues while in Bali and their bag was the perfect gift to combine all my purchases into a single bag for the plan home!

The beach style section of the pool is ideal for young children but I personally was not a fan of the concept. A small amount of sand invariably made its way into the deeper tiled section of the pool and it felt unpleasant underfoot.

This is from the staff at security to concierge to shuttle driver to reception and the wonderful people in the restaurant especially Cici and the gentleman who is on the egg station. To the housekeeping team- pride in cleanliness very evident. Thanks to the whole team at the Trans Resort we had an outstanding experience We shall be back and have no hesitation in recommending
