- Ryoko (9/5): いい滞在でした - 施設が綺麗で、客室の川側は眺めも良く、そして温泉の質が最高に良かったです。仕事でクタクタになって到着しましたが、温泉で疲れが取れました。露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。お風呂に丸太が浮いているのもなんとなく面白かったです。 また、朝夕ともにビュッフェでしたが、品揃えが豊富で楽しく食事出来ました。朝食に贅沢に海鮮丼が食べられたり、サラダで地元野菜を楽しめるのは良かったです。 ビュッフェは早めに行かないといいものからなくなります。夜は２部・19:30から行きましたが、茹で蟹などほとんど身のない細身の殻部分がたくさん乗っていて、流石にこれは取り換えて欲しいなと思いました。旅館側は毎日のことかもしれませんが、こちらは一生に何度も行きませんので。

- don sneddon (10/5): Great onsen hotel with a unique organic sourced hot spring water (see wall in bath) - It is just a great little place (the town, the hotel is not little). The staff's English skills were a bit on the weak side, but their efforts to please overcame any issues in this regard. The onsen, though not huge or overly fancy had all the things you need and just where you want them (sort of that way for everything there). Well designed and situated hotel. The breakfast was good, but not spectacular (no complaint - just not raving about it)......the town seems to be going through a transition with many of the smaller venues closed and visibly run down (closed for a while), but many new hotels. Like most onsens, this is probably due to many people eating in hotel and thus outside shops suffer. There is no shopping here, you have to go 5-10 mins into town. No shopping there either, but A LOT of restaurants. There are local things to see and do, but we did not do them, we just vegetated and this was a great place to do that. NOTE, their onsen is a special organic water one, one of only a few in Japan. Nothing much....definitely a place to relax and enjoy.
- Goalie (9/5): Wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Flussufer - Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, welches direkt am Fluss liegt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im japanischen Stil mit eigenem Open Air Bad. Das Zimmer lag in der 5. Etage und hatte damit noch eine wunderschöne Aussicht über den Fluss, was will man da noch mehr. Das Abendessen und Frühstück waren in Buffetform, wo jeder etwas für sich finden sollte. Das Personal ist nett und sehr hilfsbereit und empfängt einen auch gleich am Parkplatz.

- 示芬 (9/5): 會想要再來住喔～ - 房間就有戶外小湯池，面對十勝川及草地。 大眾湯是美人湯，戶外造景露天池也是面對十勝川及草原，榆木，很舒服。

- Mikio (10/5): 素晴らしい温泉で快適な滞在 - 5階の和室に宿泊。田園側でしたが、部屋も清潔で景色も素晴らしく快適な滞在でした。売りの天然モール温泉は良好な泉質で、ゆっくりのんびりと入浴して旅の疲れを癒やしました。夕食、朝食のバイキングはメニューも豊富で十二分に堪能できました。ただ仕方ないことですが、夕食は遅い時間に指定されたため、最後の方はなくなっていたメニューもあったので、できれば早い時間帯の食事が良かったかと思います。

- Shinji (2/5): - I’m planing to call Expedia for refund for this facility. Room had no ac control (it was the hottest day ever), room smells pee and no refund for breakfast nor change to dinner even they are same cost.

- Jon (4/5): - The hotel is very dated. The room was very unusual with the sink and toilet in the foyer of the room; very unusual. Our room had an outdoor onsen that was also very dated with the wood of the bath crumbling and wood rot. The dinner was not memorable with the beef and pork dishes tasteless. No one speaks English here so you bettee know some Japanese. Thw most notable thing about the room was the SMELLY TOILET. SMELLS LIKE SOMEONE URINATED ON THE FLOOR AND IT WAS NEBER CLEANED UP.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Ryokan with Tokachi River facing - The ryokan certainly has accumulated a fair bit of ages, however, it was relatively well maintained. Onsen bath was great, it Moor Spring as they claimed has the highest level of mineral, great for skin. I love the dinner best, with international as well as Japanese styles cuisine. I managed to secure the a Japanese styles room with open air private bath. The summer has considerable humidity, and ryokan attempted to use dehumidifier to remove the humidity. Overall experience was good.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - 객실 상태는 습기와 냄새가 좀 남은 다다미 바닥이었지만 이부자리는 청결했고 아침식사가 아주 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 온천 수질이 정말 좋아서 그것만으로도 훌륭했습니다.
