• Louise (10/5): Top level - Fantastic service. Our travel plans were impacted by the Middle East conflict meaning we had to update our plans and find an overnight stay near the airport. We chose this hotel as it was well positioned and looked clean and comfortable. The hotel responded very quickly to questions that we raised ahead of booking, giving us confidence and comfort in staying with them. They kept us fully informed on what to expect for our transfer and were warm and welcoming in their messages. Our driver was easy to spot and waiting for us despite it being late. We were swiftly on our way and the journey was comfortable. The team are wonderful - I forgot something from home and a member of the team walked to the shop with us and helped me make my purchase whilst giving me space to chose my item. They kept in close contact with the island resort and made sure we were back well on time for our seaplane the next day. They even packed us a lovely breakfast. The hotel is beautifully kept, in a great location and the team are fantastic. We would actually suggest spending a night or two and enjoying the vibes in the area. The hotel is right opposite the beach, there are interesting shops and some great looking cafes nearby. We would definitely consider coming back and using the area to acclimate to the time zone and enjoy the area. Thank you so much for a comfortable and lovely stay and for taking such good care of us.

The highlight was were the staff, very, very helpful & eager to ensure we has the best care. They even provided me with a birthday cake singing "happy birthday" in the onsite restraurant where the food was fantastic. Thank you Ocean Grande, well done.

However, the staff at this hotel made this one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had during my travels. Especially Kasun, Fahim, and Patrick, who were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. The hotel itself looks very new, was spotless, and the location is excellent as well. I can highly recommend this hotel.

We were picked up at the airport in the air-conditioned van and escorted to the beautiful hotel greeted with towels and drinks. We felt like we were arriving at a five star resort. And we loved that we didn’t have to stand in line for check in. Fahim and Natiq were excellent hosts. The restaurant was great and the view at breakfast amazing. Although the rooms were small it was perfect for an overnight layover! Thanks again for your hospitality!

Good evening meals available. Lovely to walk out of the front door of the hotel across a small road and onto the beach. The staff were magnificent, nothing was too much for them. The rooms are nice and clean and fairly quiet considering the noise and bustle of Hulhumale. Reception was always very attentive and helpful, especially Fahim and Kasun. There were interesting looking adventure tours that you could arrange through the hotel but we didn’t try any. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Al 7° piano ce il ristorante con cibo molto, molto buono e prezzimolto ragionevoli. Il Lobster è stato buonissimo come tutto il resto. Credo che molti hotel hanno da imparare da loro. Grazie a tutto il personale del hotel ed anche al proprietario per aver creato questa meraviglia chiamato Ocean Grand. P.S. Ci sarebbero ancora tante cose positive da dire però mi fermo qui.

• sukibarhey (10/5): - The location is perfect, just steps from the beachfront, making it ideal for a relaxing stay by the sea. What truly made my experience exceptional, however, was the staff. Fahim and Ahsan at the front desk were consistently warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They genuinely went out of their way to ensure my stay felt comfortable and memorable. Housekeeping was equally impressive, with Farid maintaining the room to a very high standard throughout my stay. The breakfast experience was also a highlight—Naveen was especially thoughtful and accommodating, always happy to arrange a seat with a sea view, whenever it was possible. Syed and Rohaan also deserve special mention for going above and beyond to provide excellent service with luggage and other general duties. Overall, a wonderful stay made truly special by a dedicated and caring team. I would highly recommend this hotel. When it was time to leave!

I’m very sorry I cannot remember his name! He was indeed an asset to the business. My stay was a brief overnight stopover to regain some energy after a hectic international flight prior to heading to the south Maldives. The beautiful breakfast that delightfully comes with the room is situated on top of the building overlooking the serene ocean. The in room service the night prior for my evening meal was necessary for my weary body and again of quality. It was an excellent choice and I will be back! Nothing

We lost an item in the reception and they really helped us to watch the security cameras videos and to find it, Ahsan and Fahim were very helpful and nice. The restaurant of the hotel is also very good, one of the best in Hulhumale, and the view is great.

Имахме и трансфер. Гледката към океана е разкошна. Цените в ресторанта, който е на покрива са много добри. Хотела е близо до летището в Мале. Посрещнаха ни там и ни изпратиха. Комуникацията с хотела е лесна и бърза. Въпреки включения трансфер, цената е доста висока за хотел 4 звезди само със закуска. Наложи се да останем там заради масово канселирани полети до ОАЕ и Катар (атаката на Иран) и вероятно заради това, това беше един от малкото хотели със свободни стаи. Стаята ни беше малка и тясна, терасата също, което не би ми пречило, ако цената беше по-адекватна. Имаше шум от съседен строеж, което не е по вина на хотела, но все пак създава дискомфорт. На плажа, който е пред хотела може да се ходи само с къси гащи и тениски, не може по бански, затова пропуснахме. Капсулите за кафе се заплащат, нескафето е включено в цената.

The rooms have everything you need. And the restaurant is on the rooftop and has great views and good food. Staff is so friendly and kind. I would put 10 stars. I was traveling solo and they made me feel like family, always with a smile. Special thanks to Fahim, Suda and Sabad. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home. • 881hiltonl (10/5): Brief one night stay before setting off to beach house - Staff were friendly, room was clean, dinner and breakfast was good. Overall an enjoyable experience!
• alicesW9640WO (10/5): 4 hour stay in Male before evening flight… - Stayed for a short 4 hours in-between the Maldives and our evening flight home - although we did have to pay for the full night ( I think hotels in Male should capitalise on people wanting ‘half day’) we had a very pleasant stay and the staff were very accommodating. Included airport pick ups and drop offs and v close the airport. Lovely sea view as well.
