• Saroj (3/5): Poor - Staff kind,active and friendly ,good Location not far from Impact building structure : you can hear all noice from other room! When some one walk or do something in their room it's will annoy you , the wall and building floor can not absorb noice or any vibration. ,no facial tissue only low quality toilet tissue.
• Zuhairi (5/5): This place was OK for a short stay & if you have business in the area. - Easy check in & check out. Location is good for my purpose of visit. Staff was friendly. Some good cafes, restaurants & 7 11 within few minutes of walking. The area was quiet but just off the main road. The bed was rock hard. Not suitable for older people or with back problems. The toilet was small but acceptable. The room didn't have good sound proof you can hear clearly the room next to you having conversation.

• Diana (7/5): not worth the money! staffs are not friendly - this property is near in the Impact Arena where i watched a concert. no elevator my room is in 3rd floor so i have to carry my heavy luggage upstairs all by myself. the rooms are not that good it might collapse anytime because even just a single step it creates sounds. you can hear your the small voices of the other room because the walls if the room are so thin. when i check in the staff in the lobby are hard to communicate they can't understand english. it took me 30 mins to see my room because there is a problem on my booking. they cannot see my reservation where i took a month ago before my stay. i will not comeback in this accomodation.

• Vivek (1/5): Bad - Close to my work venue No facilities as advertised, no telephone in the room, no coffee in the room either. One day no cleaning as maid was off! No flexibility for late check out either despite booking for 4 continuous days!!

• まいまい (6/5): - サンダードームに近い宿をと思い予約しましたが、初めて行くならタクシーじゃないと厳しそうです。部屋にドライヤーがなかったのが残念。ホテルの従業員さんはとても親切でした。タクシーをお願いしたらちゃんと手配してくれました。
• Verified traveler (6/5): near to exhibition centre - easy to find food before 10pm, toilet is really small, very hard to shower for someone who is big in size. unfortunately, the water heater in my toilet is not working. always hear footsteps and door closure from another room.
• Chen Yongjie (2/5): Bad, not a good stay. Not very comfortable at all - Bad, just bad. We had 2 rooms. One couldn't have its lights off while the other had some problems with the switches. Toilets are super small. Bed is hard.
• Patcharanan (6/5): ราคาไม่แพง ห้องน้ำเล็ก ไม่ไกลเมืองทอง - ห้องใหญ่ แต่ห้องน้ำเล็กถึงเล็กมาก ต้องยืนอาบชิดผนัง ไม่งั้นจะชนกับม่านกั้นน้ำกระเซ็น ไม่มีหมวกคุมผมอาบน้ำ ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม มีตู้เย็นส่วนกลาง และมีน้ำร้อนบริการส่วนกลาง อาหารเช้าจัดให้ที่ส่วนกลาง มีขนมปังปิ้ง บะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูป ไข่ไก่ น้ำผลไม้ นมและคอนเฟล็ก ห้องพักตอนจองเป็นห้องเตียงใหญ่ แต่ได้พักห้องเตียงคู่ เวลาเดินพื้นค่อนข้างเสียงดัง ต้องเดินเบาๆ เกรงใจแขกท่านอื่น ร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่ไม่ไกลนัก มีร้านอาหารให้เลือกซื้อมากมาย
• Verified traveler (10/5): Underrated! Simple and just nice. - I stayed at this place for 1 night for an event in Impact Arena. The place is only 3-5 mins to the arena, couldnt be more convenient. Around this place there are millions of restaurants and shops. The mall is only 15 mins away and you can also take motorcycle taxi. The restaurant downstairs (doze) is probably one of the best place i have found in Thailand. Good selection of beers and fusion food. Great coffee. They even have room service sonu can order food and they serve it at your door. SERIOUSLY this place is underrated!

• KAZUU (4/5): ドンムアン国際空港からタクシーで20分の立地 - ドンムアン国際空港に夜11時過ぎ頃到着する予定であったためにこのホテルを予約しました。空港からそこまで近くなく、ホテル周辺には特に何もないので、これといった特徴がありません。レセプションでは英語が使えず大変でした。ただ、部屋のメンテナンスはしっかりしており、清潔感はトイレを除いてはあります。トイレは汚いわけではなく、タイ一般家庭のトイレと同じ作りであるため、タイに初めて渡航される方にはなれないかもしれないです。
• Verified traveler (8/5): 思いのほかよかった。 - シャワーとトイレのスペースが非常に狭いので体の大きい方にはきついかも。 部屋の鍵は電子カード式でハイテクなのでびっくりしました。www 早朝にアーリーチェックインを到着時に申し出ましたが快くやってくれました。 しかも、安い！ インパクトからタクシーなどで５分程度。頑張れば歩けます。 周りににもお店が色々ありました。
• Verified traveler (8/5): インパクトアリーナにライブに行くなら！ - インパクトアリーナでのライブの滞在だったのですが、徒歩圏内でとても便利です。 飛行機の時間の都合で早朝到着だったのですが、200バーツでアーリーチェックインが出来て、お部屋で休むことが出来てとても助かりました。
• Real Samurai (8/5): Nice and handy, affordable place. - NIce and handy location for if people have something on Impact arena, Nice local eating place and convinience store near by. Staff is Ok nice smile. Room is not flash but nice firm bed and air conditioning, might not for couple who looking for some romance.
