- khaledi2013 (2/5): Avoid you will regret - If you think this is 4 star hotel standard you are completely wrong , this is building without standard and worst management I ever seen in my very long travelling history , I had thousands reviews of hotel I’ve been visited , I’m confident to say this is the worst hotel I ever stayed , first , the hotel clean room only by request , also the window very dirty , the last guest stuff kept in the drawers , no towels provided after clean the room , the stuff unprofessional how dare they believe this is 4 stars hotel , the manager smile without apologies for all what I said when i confronted him . If you want spoil your holiday stay here !
- Adam (2/5): NOT AT ALL SATISFACTORY!!!! - I stayed at this hotel less than 3 months ago and I enjoyed it so I booked it again. BIG MISTAKE! There were long, black hairs in the bed and the grout in the shower was incredibly mouldy and disgusting. On my 2nd last day, one of my shirts came back from the laundry still dirty so they sent it away to be washed again. They assured me it would be back by 11am the following day. I had to check out at 1pm. When I went to check out, I asked if I could collect my shirt and they asked me to wait 5 minutes. I told them I only had 5 minutes to spare because I had to get to the airport. 5 mins became 15 mins which then became 30 minutes. They had agreed to post my shirt to Australia and refund my laundry cost but no moron would take my address. My stress levels went THROUGH THE ROOF when they kept me waiting 40 minutes! Then somebody handed me my WET t-shirt which was STILL STAINED! They still agreed to refund my laundry charge and get me a shuttle to the airport. STILL NO REFUND! They had NO UNDERSTANDING that I had to get to the airport. They kept asking me to wait "five minutes, five more minutes." That became 40 minutes. Then I got a WET t-shirt which was still stained. STRESS, STRESS, STRESS...and still NO REFUND. Never again. I have attached a photo of the MOULDY GROUT. Blergh!
- 284zubairs (8/5): Good - Nice hotel and breakfast is variety choice. The waiters are very good.polite and helpful especially the waiter name Mohamed Fakar.he is very gentle and good. Hotel is very convenient and everything near by. We went out all day for sight seen. Beautiful place

- Adam (10/5): ABSOLUTELY LOVELY! - Omigosh! I booked one of the Executive Suites and it was possibly the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in! Spotlessly clean with a huge lounge room and massive bedroom complete with extra large bathroom including bathtub. Service at the hotel was excellent. I can't comment on breakfast because I never had breakfast there. Swimming pool looked lovely but it is incredibly small. The location is not exactly close to many things but there is a small supermarket closeby. Uber was a great option for getting around. This property comes highly recommended and I would stay there again.
- Stacey (6/5): - Staff was accommodating and friendly, Room wasn't very clean and the furniture (i.e. chair, desk, bed, mini-fridge, etc.) need updated. The area felt safe and was close to City Centre. There was no mini-store in hotel, nearest store was down the street, in the parking garage of a different apartment building. While we were satisfied with our stay, if we return to Bahrain, we will more than likely stay somewhere else.
- Alexandre (8/5): - Really like the large room with the view. Internet was good. TV had a few English channels. Most the staff was very nice, and I was allowed to check out later. Due to Ramadan: pool closed earlier (at 17.00 instead of 18.00) - no buffet breakfast… had to be ordered room service - my only disappointment is 5 minutes after I paid, the waiter came back and said he was not accepting one of my 1 Bahraini dinar bill, because there was a tear in it?!? I have never had someone refusing “local” currency because of that… to avoid further disappointment I bought meals at the shopping mall near the hotel. A loss for the hotel.
- N3781BSsaraha (2/5): Bad. - Ver very very bad The place wast clean The service was terrible This was my second stay I did not like it at all Our room was next to the swimming pools and there was music playing from the speakers all night we couldn’t sleep, and I tried calling the reception many times they don’t answer There was no hot water in the bathroom. The place wasn’t very clean We also found men’s boxers in the room Worst hotel I’ve stayed in Don’t think I’ll come back again And I do not recommend

My stay in this hotel is such a great experience not just because of the amenities but mainly because of the hospitable staff just like Sweta. Applause.
- Catastrophicend (6/5): Good experience - The experience during my stay was great and all staff were helpful and polite. The room was huge and had tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen tv with international channels. The room was clean although there were some stains on the carpet and some scrapes and chips on some of the wooden furnishings, I did not bring this to the attention of the hotel at the time as I’m sure they are fully aware of this. I would recommend this hotel as good location and I did enjoy my stay here.

- DrMedhat (8/5): Comfortable accommodation - Very good central location; not far from airport, very close to the biggest mall with beautiful view of the sea side. Check in was swift. Room is spacious with modern amenities and furniture. Curtains open and close upon a bedside buttons. Big flat TV screen with many channels. Kettle with tea and coffee. Toilet is big and modern with a shower cabin as well as a tub. Shower gel and shampoo did not have aroma. The room had a working business table. Iron and iron table for a speedy press. Parking is free. Wi-Fi was speedy. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet .

- arroma1990 (6/5): Good stay - It was a nice stay. The room and the bathroom were very spacious. The hotel is too close to the City Center..You can go walking and enter the mall through The Meridian. Things I didn’t like about the hotel are: the water of the bidet wasn’t strong enough and the bidet shower was too strong. Walls of the room aren’t thick..I could hear other people while closing their doors which made unable to sleep. The hotel smells like smoking. Over all it was a good price and suitable for our stay.

- KK (4/5): - I would not stay here again this property does not worth 120$/night including breakfast. When I mad this booking I chose king bed and paid extra fees for that. Once I got there they told me all the king bed rooms are sold out and they offer me a twin room. After complaining to them for over 30 minutes that I could not stay in a twin bed, they gave me a king bed room. The towels look overused ( I felt lucky that I had my own towels with me) the walk in shower is clogged so the water overflow all the way in the bathroom floor. I called them again and contacted Expedia. After all, they update my reservation to a suit. The suit was vey nice unlike the king bed rooms.

They did find my reservation at first and made me wait in the lobby even though i showed them all the relevant confirmations. The bed sheets and pillow covers are old and in desperate need of a change.
- Breogansisle (8/5): Hits the right buttons for Western expats. - Clean, comfortable rooms, polite and efficient staff and electrics which were evidently installed by someone who actually knew what he was doing (those unaware of the regional norm would be amazed to learn how uncommon this is). But the real deal is the food in the sports bar: proper fried breakfast, decent beer and proper PIES. Avoid the Russian-themed lounge-bar, which is a rip-off (15 BD for a tiny glass of room-temperature rose wine? I don't think so) blatantly set up as a honey trap.

- Abdsa (6/5): My visit outcome - Fair hotel ! Good location and amazing view WE really like it .. I stayed at the 15th level, the view was amazing and the size of the room was perfect.. HOWEVER!! The quality of the stuff used at the room was BAD ! Everyday when I request the housekeeping to clean the room they use the same stuff again and again, THEY should change the bed linen but they for unknown reason use the lined and the same towels everyday! The quality of the bed lined was Sooo POOR and it can shows the AWFUL part they didn't changed though !! The time waiting for room service is long !!

- Delhifoodexchange (10/5): Perfect location - I stayed in this property for 2days...I really enjoyed my stay, this hotel is situated in centre. Very close to city centre mall(seef). Staff is very helpful and professional. There was an Indian guy his name is Prashant, he helped me a lot, Very fast checkin and checkout. Other staff is also very polite and good. Room is very spacious with sea view, with very comfortable beds They also have pool and gym.

- A (6/5): - Nice staff, bad carpet smell and damaged shower, unconfortable charr in the room, strong noise from the restauranst above us, I asked room service to bring me one item, but never came or called. Overall looks good for quick business trip. They will charge for ice and even worst they deliver it in a container not designed for ice and it will melt quickly. Excellent and very tasty checkin Baryani. Also, excellent housekeeping service. I am trying to be fair so I mentioned the pros & cons during my visit.

Sea view is just calming to the nerves Food at the hotel and room service is also good to have. Just a note: Be prepared to ask for all the miscellaneous items in the bathroom such as dental kit, shaving kit etc as they are bound NOT to be there but would be provided on request.

- 19abdullahj (8/5): Nice Views - S hotel Bahrain is fairly priced.. location is excellent, you can walk to City Center mall but you need a nice weather to walk. Well located in Seef area. Room is spacious and have a nice view of the gulf. Bed is comfortable. Electronic controls of curtains, TV, and AC. Cleanness is average. Service is a bit slow. Overall, good value for money paid..

- Verified traveler (8/5): Housekeeping improvement - The hotel location is awesome and close to shopping, however, the cleanliness is not what you expect. The carpet needs better cleaning or change. The housekeeping staff are not doing a good job. They forget to replace the towels, for example, and/or replace bed sheets. Th breakfast can also be improved by making fresh and to customer request the eggs.

- Z (4/5): they are fine with hair in the bathtub!!! - the room smelled bad and they had hair in the bathtub I told them 3 times and still did not clean it, i got to the room around 230pm and told them about it, left and came back around 730pm still hair in the bathtub, the manager try insure me that he will look into it personally, I left for diner came back around 1130 pm on of the hair is removed which means they don't clean they just remove what you can see, so imagine what they will do with bed sheets. I talked to the general manger next morning he did not do much about it.

- Frank (8/5): Long weekend break in Bahrain - We've stayed at the S Hotel 4-5 times. We find it comfortable, well located, within walking distance of the City Centre Mall, and less expensive than some of the other hotels in town.

- Frank (8/5): Nice hotel close to City Center Mall - I've stayed at this hotel 3-4 times. It's reasonably economical, close to the City Center mall and is comfortable and pleasant. Other hotels which are cheaper have poor locations in congested areas with little parking. This hotel has good parking and is built in a new area of town. The rooms, restaurants and staff have all improved since I first stayed in the hotel some 6 months ago.
