- POH AUN (4/5): Locked out of room after shower - The lock on the 8-bedded doem room was damaged & it took 10 mins to ooen the door on 2 occassions. The technician or employee was away for 2 days. On the 3rd day the lock failed & lock had to be broken in after 3 different people tried for over 1 hour to ooen the door using the key.
- Leslley (2/5): Peeping Tom!! - Dirty hotel, room with poor maintainance. I dont expect it to be 2 or 3 star experience but at least descent but this is worse Caught one "unidentified man", hotel guess i believe (Locals) trying to take a peek into our Bathroom while me an my fiancee had our shower at the common shower room Will never stay here again!!
- Joanne (6/5): Nice hotel in the city of Kota Kinabalu - The room was clean and value for money. The cleanliness and tidiness of the common area and corridor can be improve. e.g The sink was full of dirty mugs, not wash from morning. Water containers left in the corridors outside the guest rooms.
