Еда очень вкусная и разная. Вечер в греческом стиле был просто топ 🔝 Не понравилось что бассейн внутри был не совсем теплый как писали.

Oferta all inclusive na wysokim poziomie, wybór kilku "kolorowych" drinków, jedzenie świeże i gorące. Mogę polecić ten hotel wszystkim odwiedzającym Słoneczny Brzeg :) Jedyny mankament to dość intensywny zapach jedzenia w pokoju na 4 piętrze. Możliwe, że powodem były wyloty systemu wentylacyjnego w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie pokoju.

- Marina (7/5): Ok daca esti in trecere. - Interactiunea cu personalul de la receptie a fost placuta. Incalziea din camera functiona bine si nu era zgomotoasa. Mancarea a fost decenta. Cand am facut rezervarea am cerut pat dublu si am primit o camera cu doua paturi de o persoana unite. Vesela din sala de mese nu era spalata cum trebuie. WC-ul din camera avea o problema cu "scurgerea". Cand am ajuns in camera in wc exista o bucata de excremete. A doua zi de dimineata la fel, desi apa a fost trasa de mai multe ori intre timp. De aici si asa zisa problema cu scurgerea, consider ca exrementele apareau prin sistemul de canalizare de la alti veci.

Още от посрещането на рецепция до самото ни изпращане, персоналът беше невероятно любезен и винаги усмихнат. Въпреки че хотелът беше пълен, всичко беше на ниво. Стаята беше чиста и уютна, а в ресторанта винаги имаше изобилие от храна, независимо от големия брой гости. Рядко се среща толкова добра организация при максимална заетост. Силно препоръчвам! Няма такова.

Locația este situată aproape de plaja, la 2-3 minute de mers pe jos! Se poate vizita, mergând pe jos aproximativ 15 minute, și orașul vechi! Din nefericire am avut parte de o vreme rea, ploioasă și rece, dar am găsit alte soluții pentru a ne face sejurul cât mai plăcut!

Seara au fost organizate spectacole pentru toate categoriile de vârstă. Din nefericire am avut parte de o vreme rea, ploioasă și rece, dar am găsit alte soluții pentru a ne face sejurul cât mai plăcut!

Este al 9-lea sejur de 1 Mai pe care-l petrecem in Bulgaria! - Camera mare, suita junior; curata, personal amabil Sub asteptari a fost mancarea si personalul de la restaurant. Restaurantele sunt subdimensionate si esti nevoit sa stai la o coada de 20-30 de minute ca sa intri in sala si, cand esti insotit de 2 copii mici, chiar este o problema!

- Tihomir (9/5): Задоволително - Хареса ми отворения бар до басейна и, че не се налагаше да ходя чак до лобито! Хареса ми, че имаше човек който да ми съдейства с настаняването. Хареса ми ресторанта и храната, която се предлага. Поздравления за професионалното отношение на господина, който ме съпроводи до стаята и ми съдейства за настаняването(светлокос и експедитивен)! Не ми хареса организацията по настаняване. Платих си през буукинг и поисках фактура, оказа се, че фактура се издава 7 дни след напускане(това е хубаво да се подобри) иначе се понася. Трябва повече комуникация между персонала, защото при паркиране на най-задния паркинг си взех багажа, а се оказа, че още стая не са ми дали и се наложи с целия багаж да се върна до лобито и да го оставя в стая за багаж. След това вечерях и накрая ме настаниха в крайното крило на хотела, където стаите започват с 21. Забележката ми е да си подобрят климатиците, защото този, който беше в стая 2173 не смогваше да стопли стаята, а навън стана доста студено.Друг недостатък е излизане от паркинга, нямаше кой да го отвори и се наложи да звъня по телефон за да заобиколи охрана и да ми отвори, същото беше и при напускане от централния вход, наложи се да чакам за да вдигнат бариерата. Явно извън сезон организацията е такава. Благодаря за професионализма на господина, който ме съпроводи до стаята(не запомних името му) със светла руса коса и доста експедитивен. Апела ми е повече комуникация между персонала и да толерирате опитните. Също благодаря на господина, който сподели и паролата за wifi, който също има нужда от подобрение.
- Mariana (8/5): - Местоположението, персоналът, храната, напитките Беше ужасно студено във файето и в ресторантите. Налагаше се да чакаме на опашка за вечеря.... Вратите към терасите в ресторантите бяха постоянно отворени и ставаше течение - недопустимо, имаше доста деца. В стаите не можеш да увеличиш климатика над 23 градуса. През нощта климатикът не работеше. Времето беше доста студено. Басейнът е нереално малък за капацитета на хотела. Изобщо не го посетихме. Един от аниматорите за децата не говореше български език - не го намирам за нормално. Другите аниматори бяха много отзивчиви и се стараеха. Не бихме повторили посещение и не препоръчваме извън сезона.

Piscina interioara extrem de mica desi pe booking, pare o piscina imensa. Barmanul din corpul 2 nu oferea lamaie pentru gin tonic, pentru ca nu avea cutit sa taie felii, rusinos. Deci vremea de afara a fost neplacuta cu o temperatura de 11 grade, conducerea ne punea sa scoatem copii prin exterior, prin frig, desii trecerea din corpul 1 in corpul 2 se putea face prin restaurant, acestia inchideau usa interioarem

- Veronika (9/5): Приїдемо ще багато разів, але не в сезон - Дуже професійний, гарний, швидкий та любʼязний колектив. Робітники роблять все швидко, якісно, та вітаються з тобою цілий день всюди. В номері , лобі, ресторані, басейні було дуже чисто. Гарний вибір їжі, непогані коктейлі, можна пити та їсти цілий день. Вдень є снек зона, вночі теж є перекуси з сендічами, овочами, айраном і йогуртами. Дуже гарний пляж. Нам дуже сподобалось тут і ми з радістю ще повернемося багато разів. Я не знаю, як тут в літній сезон, але наше перебування випало на 28 квітня - 1 травня. Перші дні були неймовірними через невелику кількість людей, але потім з 30 заїхало дуже багато людей і здається що готель не розрахований на велику кількість туристів, особливо якщо на вулиці погана погода. Лоббі переповнено, всюди галас, крики, в ресторані великі черги, щоб взяти напій треба теж відстояти велику чергу в лоббі чи снек зоні. І це не через колектив, ні, вони молодці і рухаються дуже швидко. Просто що здається для великої кількості людей треба більше місця і більше зон щоб людей відокремити групами трохи. Я б не ризикнула повертатись сюди в свята чи сезон, а пошукала б більш спокійне місце.

The all-inclusive system works well; however, the buffet is always repetitive, although there is variety and you can choose and diversify. The carpet gets very dusty, and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone that have asthma or allergies.

- Reut (10/5): - I had 2 rooms rented on a stay for my birthday. the staff was above our expectations of kind. Rado was extremely kind to us, even offered me a bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday. I can say that he is an employee as many employers would like. Rado made our stay much more special. The restaurant is very attentive to our needs and the food was exceptional. Everything was superlative. Spa, massage, sauna pool everything perfect. In September we want to come back and find Rado just as smiling and professional. The parking staff guided us where to leave the car and helped us with the luggage, being a big plus for us, because we also had a child with us. Thank you and see you soon. Totul perfect.nu a fost nimic care sa nu ne placă.

- Seva (10/5): Loved it. Exceeded our expectations. Recommend it! - It exceeded our expectations, we were a bit sceptical because of some reviews. The food exceeded our expectations, it was delicious and varied. They had different dinner themes, and the Arabian-themed dinner was my favorite! (especially considering that I’m a bit picky when it comes to eating. 😂) The staff was amazing, really friendly and helpful. They gave us directions, helped with our luggage, and even drove us to the parking lot and back to the hotel. In the evenings, they had live singers who created such a great atmosphere. They sang in multiple languages, and everyone was dancing and having a great time. The pools were big and clean, the resort was big itself. It was pretty amazing. We loved everithing. The beach is only about 5 minutes on foot. If we ever come back to Bulgaria, we would love to return to this hotel. The only thing that bothered us was the noise made by other guests at night, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

De aceea nu cred ca vom mai reveni la aceasta locatie nici unul dintre cele 3 familii care am fost

Desi spuneti ca parcarea este gratuită, persoana care ne-a condus la parcare ne-a cerut 10 leva per masina. Nu gaseam niciodata loc la șezlonguri pentru ca toata lumea se trezea la ora 6-7 dimineata, se duceau sa puna prosoape pe șezlonguri si apoi plecau inapoi la somn.

- Patrick (10/5): Vast and fast paced value for money - Once we got over the size of this property and the copious amounts of people moving through, we relaxed into the all inclusive. For those that like free flow everything 24 hours a day. You will love this place. Food in main restaurant excellent and plentiful. Breaky until 10 then outdoor snack bar, then lunch, then dinner and for those late night snackers a snack bar opens at midnight until 6 in the morning. 4 pools, entertainment complex, outdoor concert stage, caters for kids, elderly, young adults. Best value for money just a shame due to bad weather we couldn’t take advantage of facilities. Cleaners on site 24/7 and security. Staff helpful friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and a lovely view of the ocean. This place is massive so we were glad to be in the main bldg, 5th floor with a sea view access to beach from back gate of property

- Поли (10/5): Приятно - Персоналът беше изключително любезен и отзивчив , много мили и приятни млади хора. Хареса ни това, че имаш всичко необходимо за една спокойна почивка на едно място. Храната беше много разнообразна и вкусна , имаше за всеки по нещо. Препоръчвам с две ръце ! (Приятеля ми : Аз с три ръце препоръчвам😄😄) Единственото , което не ни хареса бяха чужденците , нямат никакво съображение към останалите и бяха изключително нахални , но това за съжаление не зависи от хотела.

The staff where very friendly and helpful and the all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner options were something we really enjoyed. It was nice to see that every day had a different theme with variety of food which added value to our stay. Only one bottle of water was given per room per stay.

The all-inclusive service was very good – delicious food with plenty of variety, refreshing drinks, and friendly staff always ready to help. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The pool area and beach access made it a perfect spot for relaxation, while the entertainment and activities kept things fun throughout the day. What really stood out was the atmosphere – welcoming, comfortable, and ideal for both families and couples. We felt well taken care of the entire time.

- Sanela (9/5): Sve preporuke za hotel, sve je bilo odlično. - E ovako, stvarno moram da pohvalim hotel, cisto, uredno, prelepo. Sve je kao sa slike. Sto se tice hrane i pica, odlicno bez zamerke. Bazeni igraliste za decu, barovi, ma stvarno sve odlično. Nemaju nigde pepeljare. Znaci u dvoristu hotela stolovi i stolice za blejanje ni jedna jedina pepeljara.

Меня покорил интерьер номера. Особенно шторы в горошек) Это мелочь добавила уюта на 1000% Еду со стола в ресторане убирали очень быстро и не глядя что посетитель ещё не ушел. Я несколько раз попадала, когда придя на ужин оставляла тарелку с едой на столе, отходила набрать сока. Приходу, а еды уже нет. Хотя лежал мой телефон на столе.

- Cristian (3/5): - Piscinele și camerele! Faptul că hotelul nu oferă plaja privata, șezlongurile nu sunt incluse. Hotelul este la 300 m de plaja.. până la plaja mergi pe o alee ruptă din lemne. Pentru parcare am platit 60 de euro.

Camerele ok, curate confortabile, am stat la cele din hotel, am plătit cu 500 de lei mai mult dar sunt mult mai bune si aici vorbim de confort, au divertisment seara pentru copii. Locația este ok cu minusuri și plusuri Piscina este ok este calda, dar lasă ușa deschisa si cand iesi din piscina este foarte frig, mai ales cand ai si copil/copii mici. Si la sala de fitness este foarte frig, iar sauna zice ca este inclusa in preț, dar nu este costa 25 de leva/ora ceea ce mi se pare absurd cand ei la recepție îți zic ca ai totul inclus fara costuri suplimentare.

Vielen Dank dafür nochmal. Nach der Naturkatastrophe, überschwemmung in der ganzen Region :war es unmöglich das Hotel kostenfrei zu stornieren oder auf die nächste Zeit zu verschieben. Da war das Hotel sehr stur.

- Nikolay (10/5): Денонощен all inclusive - Местоположението е много добро, на пешеходно разстояние са и Несебър, и Златни пясъци, има влакчета, лунапаркове, аквапаркове и други развлечения. Има включен безплатен паркинг в престоя и ако прилежащия към хотела е пълен, те придружават до друг паркинг в близост и те връщат с кола до хотела. Семейните стаи са големи и удобни, има климатик, телевизор, минибар, сейф. Леглата са изключително удобни. Персонала е отзивчив и изключително любезен. All inclusive програмата е почти денонощна и по отношение на изхранването и като работещи барове. Богат избор на храна в ресторантите, но има и всякакви видове fast food барове, според различния часови диапазон. Има анимация за децата, но трудно се ориентираш кога и какво има като програма, освен вечерната детска дискотека. За по-големмите има и други занимания, като билярд, хокей, плажен волейбол. При лошо време има и вътрешен басейн с джакузи, но водата не се затопля. Има фитнес уреди. Почистването не е на нужното ниво - изхвърля се кофата и се сменят кърпите. Чаршафите се сменят на 4 дни.

- Daniel (7/5): - Wieksza cześć Europy zwiedzona, słyszałem różne opinie o Bułgarii - stąd musiałem pojechać wyrobić sobie swoją. Pobyt 17-20 października - sam koniec Bułgarskiego sezonu. Za hotel zapłaciliśmy 1200 zł za dwójkę. Nigdy nie byłem na tak tanich wakacjach ( jeździemy głownie po sezonie na tzw. shorty żeby złać trochę oddechu) cały wyjazd loty auto paliwo loty itd 2200zł. Jedzenie dobre, coś znajdziemy dla siebie nikt głodny nie będzie - wiadomo poza sezonem nie ma już takiego wow ! ale też nie ma tłumów. Brakowało owoców morza ryb ... pizza dobra. Nie umiem narzekać za taką cene. Nie raz za samo sniadanie w PL płacilismy 40-45zł ! W barze Jameson JB Johny Walker wódka Sobieski Smirnoff Captain Morgan. Dyskoteka krótko 21-22. Jednak ostatniego dnia animation team :D pokazał że można bawić ludzi i było naprawdę zabawnie :D Hotel wart polecenia komuś kto szuka budżetu - jeśli byłeś na dużo droższych wyjazdach - to dostosuj swoje oczekiwania co do ceny. Dzwine Zasady ! Chcę dużego drinka, dostane ale tylko z lodem - bez nie zrobią. Solo proseco nie dostaniesz tylko w aperolu, Sama końcówka pobytu - Jameson finished, Morgan Finished, ale Sprite finished :D rozbawiło mnie i parsknąłem :D Będę to wspominał jako ciekawostke. W recepcji skład super !
