- Juana Verónica (2/5): - Cuando llegue no tenía ningún letrero o anuncio de que era un hotel. Y luego cuando me atendiero me dijero que no tenía espacios, que estaban llenos, y no respetaron la reserva en Hoteles.com, que yo lleve impresa, me atenderon por un ventana y me dejaron en al calle

- Pam (10/5): Just right! - I loved the Seymour Guest House. It felt like home and for my short overnight stay it gave me a taste of Guayaquil I wouldn't have gotten at a fancy hotel. It was clean, comfortable temperature and comfortable bed. A simple breakfast to start the day with apricot juice, my favorite! A short ride to and from the airport. I would stay here again!

- keith (8/5): GREAT FAMILY HOTEL. NO FRILLS. LOW COST - Great little hotel above the owners home. Not many rooms and no frills. Cool tiles and neutral colours. Beds are comfortable, room is clean, bathroom is good. A/C and TV. Free wifi in room and breakfast if you wish. There is kitchen and lounge area. All rooms appear to be on the first floor and the family live on the ground floor. Nice quiet residential street, very secure intercom and buzzer security system. Close to Policentro and San Marino shopping malls for food courts and ATM's. Close to airport 20 minutes taxi $5 max. Lovely father and son team to let you in and out of the hotel and good English spoken by the son. Nice relaxing stay before and after my trip to the Galapagos.

- Diego (2/5): Pésima experiencia - Esto no es un hotel, es un engaño, es una casa que finge de residencia..., desde el momento de la reserva empezaron los problemas, nos cambiaron de dos habitaciones a una doble, no te entregan llaves de la habitación, tienes que llamar a un celular antes de llegar para que te abran la puerta por la noche....., NUESTRA EXPERIENCIA fue un desastre, no es recomendable , es un engaño, tengan cuidado
- Verified traveler (8/5): A nice place to sleep close to the airport - I stayed two nights. If you want something closed to the airport and shopping malls and you don't demand a lot of things, this is the place for you. The room is small in the second floor of a house but it is very clean and provides the basic things you need for a short period (a bed, soap, towels, wifi, cable tv, a/c). They also provide a basic breakfast (bread, coffee, orange juice, butter). The guy in charge is a very nice person who you could have small talks. He helped me with the taxi to the airport. The only thing I didn't like was you have to pay in cash and you only use your credit card to book the place, so remember to take some cash with you if you want to stay here.

- Laura (10/5): Great room for price - Stayed at this hotel for 1 night between flights. Nice updated rooms with cold A/C and hot showers. Owners were very friendly and accommodating, walked me to the internet shop and when they were closed allowed me to print my boarding passes from his personal computer. Strong wifi in main area and they put the A/C on while we were using it.
