- TerryS3125 (10/5): Good experience - We stayed three nights at this hotel and had a good experience. Excellent location with Duval Street around the corner. It is generally quiet (except for the night party on the hotel deck near our room, which runs until 11 pm). This is an old building with a unique layout. Our room is a good size, clean, and functional. Lighting is well designed as well. If we visit Key West again, this is the hotel we will stay at.

- janemM49UD (8/5): Charming - This hidden Gems is charming and in great central location. We had a second floor king without balcony facing Duval street. There was some noise but not awful. Great view for people watching. We also love the pet-free and the adult only atmosphere. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. And this may help Future travelers. Room #226 has the best Duval street view but very small closet spaces. Room #225 has the largest shower and closet spaces. As a side note, both rooms, and I‘m assuming that all the rooms had the vanity mirror hung at the same height, I‘m only 5‘ tall, on my tippy toes I could only see my forehead! Unfortunately the vanity in the bathroom is the best place to put on makeup.

The bartender who styles himself like a Viking was standing in front of me, looked at me and started searching cocktail recipes on his phone. I sat with no menu, nothing, for 10 minutes until a female bartender asked if I wanted something. She poured cocktail, which was good, and I ordered the tuna salad, mussels and olives. Tuna salad was good, but the mussel broth was flavorless and mussels were tiny - shells breaking. The aforementioned male bartender ignored me the entire meal. I had to ask lounge servers for water, to-go box, etc. When I asked to close my check, he said nothing and gave me a thumbs up. Walked away.

- R8128JEscotth (10/5): Great stay at The Saint Hotel! - Great hotel at the heart of Duval Street. Room was great. Roof top bar is must go for any stay as they have great music. Awesome bartender Maria at the rooftop who makes great drinks, great service, and conversation. Bikes were great to see the island. Definitely a great spot to stay.
- 986elizad (8/5): Lovely hotel in the heart of town - This hotel is in an excellent location, right off Duval Street in Key West. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, although they offered use of their bicycles. Our room was cute and the bed was very comfortable. Our room opened to the pool area and was a bit awkard as we had to manage the shutters for privacy. Breakfast was yummy! My main complaint about the property was that the pool area and loungers were dirty. Also, housekeeping left our used glasses and pool towels in the room instead of providing clean ones. The lovely outdoor dining area featured a canopy of fake foliage. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This adult only eclectic boutique hotel offers top notch amenities, delicious food & beverage offerings, and the location right off Duval can’t be beat - within walking distance to everything Key West has to offer. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing, and every staff member we encountered (Gustavo, Maria, Paolina , Paul) was eager to go above and beyond to insure that our visit was flawless. We’re already anticipating our next visit!
- shorelysweetlife (8/5): Prime Location plus bikes - The prime location of this hotel with a side gate that pops you out on Duval Street is perfectly within walking distance from all the downtown action. This property had an eclectic vibe with blue mood lighting and a pool in the middle of the property that provided the relaxation we were looking for in Key West. Nothing fancy or over the top, and it was great having the option of using the hotel bikes to enjoy the gorgeous island.

- TruBurgher (10/5): Great Location, Great Vibes - My husband and I stayed in the queen loft room for a week in May. We had a fantastic time. Yes, it was expensive, but we knew that going in and decided to splurge. The hotel is very centrally located, right off of Duval St. It felt like everything (Mallory Sq, the buoy, Hemmingway House) was a 15 minute walk away. The only (very available) Ubers we needed were to/from the airport and Ft Zachary Beach. The hotel was very quiet, the pool was tranquil and relaxing with a good drink service. We had Sunday brunch at the hotel with unlimited mimosas/bloody marys, which was great. Craft cocktails at the bar were good. Being in the loft room, we were isolated from all the noise, with the exception of the nightly live music beneath us, which we enjoyed from our private balcony and promptly ended at 11:00 pm every night. All told, it was a great spot for us and we are already talking about visiting again.

Staff was amazing and friendly every day. Didn't get a chance to eat or have drinks there. I would definitely return. Clean, comfortable and pleasant.

The pool is nice and they really cater to you if you allow them to. The beds are like sleeping in a cloud. The location is perfect. Youre right in the middle of everything. We’ve stayed in several smaller hotels on Key West and this is our new favorite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is awesome. - 576israelp (2/5): Filthy and not worthy of Bonvoy brand - Not even close to being worthy of the Bonvoy brand. Not only was the room minuscule, the room was filthy. The headboard was stained with oil and other more biological and questionable substances. When management was approached with the issue, they said it was a stain and there was nothing they could do, leaving us to spend hours on the phone with our travel agent. 10/10 would not book again. Filthy!

- N5759LYthomasp (4/5): Saint Hotel -Expensive & Underwhelming - This is a VERY expensive hotel yet the experience did not match the price. The biggest problem is live music they have on an outside deck right beside rooms. It’s extremely loud, every night and not very good at all. Beware not to stay in rooms near the front of the hotel. The food was pricey and underwhelming.

- judys374 (4/5): Disappointing stay - We had high hopes for this hotel. We are Marriott Titanium members so very loyal to the brand. Our encounters with most staff were very pleasant. We were happy to have daily housekeeping and water in our room. We had a pleasant lunch at the restaurant while we waited for our room. The hotel itself is old and we were in a king bed on the 2nd floor across from the Roof Top bar. Note there are no elevators. The bar and music stop at 11. The lighting in the room is very poor - part of the vibe is blue lights so our bathroom had one blue overhead light and 2 dim sconces at the vanity. One of the sconces would flicker off and on. I felt like we were in a disco. Very difficult to put on makeup or for shaving - no natural light. Our room had a loud dehumidifier that needed to be run or the humidity would soar to 90 in the room. We could not cool the room down even though it was only 70ish outside. It was pouring rain one morning and I decided to walk to the lobby to get us coffee. So I walked down the steps in the rain and then through 2 different pool gates to get to the lobby. The man at the desk provided me with an umbrella but to get back to the room with the coffee, I need to put everything down, lift the latch on each gate, prop it open, put one cup at a time on the other side and then back to holding the umbrella and 2 cups of coffee up the stairs to the door that open to our hallway and then open the door to our room. Exhausting! We paid a lot for our stay and would never stay here again. There is another Autograph Hotel around the corner. Perhaps that is a nicer property.
- danielmD7671KE (2/5): Extremely poor handling of conversion to adult only - In early October I booked this hotel for a stay January 11th with my 5 year old son (he was on the reservation). At some point between my booking and January 1st they switched from a regular hotel to an adult only hotel with the tag line “Where We Play Naughty and Sleep Saintly”, which is obviously not ideal/safe for a five year old. Hotel did not contact me at any point to even let me know this. I contacted Marriott on 1/1, and then cancelled my hotel on 1/2 having not heard anything back. Manager finally called back on 1/2 after a second follow up and seemed to think my cancelling my room 1/2 took care of everything from their end. Was unapologetic and dismissive. I had to scramble with 9 days notice to find new accommodations with rates jacked up due to the short notice. I’m not sure what its like to actually stay here but if the my interaction with the manager is reflective of the level of service they offer than buyer beware.

Decided to go there on our own.. took over 25 mins( place was not hopping)till I finally spoke up for them to address us.. told them what we wanted .. took another 1/2 hr till my husband and daughter saw them putting egg whites in there .. when asked why .. they got snippy and rude .. we walked out .. never going back

The size of our room was extremely small. The shower is not in the bathroom it is actually in the room and glass door had to be lifted to close and open. We understood it was an intimate hotel and thank goodness we have been together for 13 years is all I have to say. This was my 25th time so key west. I did love the private entrance on Duval.
- MikefromEC (10/5): Visit Cool 70s Bar - Great Cocktails - Went to the bar during happy hour today. Super great cocktails. All alcohol 30 off. The bartender was great made me a cucumber marg. So, so tasty! Their apps also looked great but I was not hungry. You would walk right by this place and would not even know it was there.
- 493KarenS (10/5): First Class Boutique Hotel, Incredible Staff - Beautiful boutique hotel with the best location in Key West. Friendly and efficient check-in with Latoya, she assigned us an upgraded room, chic and immaculate, with a walkout patio on the first floor. Great for lounging and drinking coffee, while enjoying the sound of the pool waterfall. Room was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The service in Tempt bar and the outdoor dining experience was fantastic. Chino, Shawn, and Malina took great care of us for 3 evenings. They have the best happy hour drink and appetizer menu in on the island. Drinks are creative works of art and everything on the menu is delicious, especially the scallops and crab cakes. Maria was the friendly bartender at the upstairs rooftop bar, Halo, which had live music at 8pm. Breakfast was my favorite meal of the day. We had the pleasure of being served by Franz. He delivered our meals with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed and more. Kasia, at the front desk, was so kind to allow us a late check out on our departure day. Bellmen and Valets, Gustavo and Nico were super helpful with all our luggage on arrival and departure. And a big Thank You to Manager, Mr Abraham, who makes you feel like family during your stay, He and his incredible staff are all first class. Can’t wait to come back and stay at the Saint Hotel!!!!

- B3010GHmariam (10/5): Top Notch Hotel in a fantastic location - Second time staying here and was as amazing as the first time. Quaint hotel with an entrance on Duval right off into the fun. Service at this property is TOP NOTCH! The manager checked us in himself and was amazing. Took care to say hello every time he saw us and to check how things were. No issues at all the hotel is immaculate and the service is off the charts. Breakfast as Titanium Marriott included as well as a drink coupon for the bar. I will never stay anywhere else in Key West!

- Maps29280710625 (10/5): Great for visiting key west old town - Spent a 2-night stay at the saint hotel in key west. The hotel is small with less than 40 rooms in total but there is a rooftop bar, a small restaurant and a pool. The pool is really nice with a tiny water fall. The hotel professionally honored my platinum elite benefit with continental breakfast, late checkout, and upgrade to a larger room with a pool view balcony, fantastic. The room itself is small but clean, a regular 3-4star hotel level. I liked the yogurt with oat from the continental breakfast but it could be better if we could pay extra to upgrade to a Full breakfast. The lobster mac n cheese at the restaurant was great. The most important feature of this hotel is its conveniency. You can walk to most attractions in key west old town with 10min walk. The hotel also offer complimentary bike rental but I didn’t have a chance to use it.

- elkorleski (10/5): Excellent 5 star boutique hotel - Another excellent stay at The Saint! We love this Marriott property because of the exceptional customer service and the close proximity to Old Town. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Louise (front desk) who was very pleasant and nice. The Tempt bar/restaurant serves great drinks and delicious food - we enjoyed talking with Marcela and Shawn. The Happy Hour lasts a few hours and the prices are terrific. Halo (rooftop bar) is absolutely fantastic- we had so much fun listening to the live music. For those who like to workout, they provide access to a local fitness center that had a great variety of equipment. The Saint is located near all the popular sightseeing spots and easy walking distance to Mallory Square, the marina, Truman Annex, Duval street, etc. We highly recommend The Saint - we just left and are already looking forward to returning.

- ag82432016 (10/5): 5 star boutique hotel in heart of Historic District - What a wonderful hotel. Everyone that works there was so pleasant and accommodating. The room was lovely, second floor overlooking the pool. Everything was spotlessly clean and well looked after. The pool is very small but has lounge chairs and poolside service. I think happy hour lasted 3 hours! With only 35 rooms there was room for all. The small rooftop bar with live music is fun. Breakfast overlooking the pool in the morning, was perfect. Location is walking distance to most the main sites. We went on glass bottom boat sunset trip and ‘train’ tour to see as much as possible in a short time. Thank you.

Happy hour is when to go. we were in KW for the month and went to the Saint 13 of our 31 days for happy hour. The MAc and Cheese with Lobster is delicious, drinks are amazing. the experience is unforgettable. Also go to the Haol upsttairs for entertainment.

- elizabethlC3794FI (2/5): Highly Disappointing! - I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the numerous shortcomings observed during my recent stay at your boutique hotel. Firstly, the condition of the bed was appalling. Despite being advertised as a luxurious memory foam mattress, it was nothing short of a disgrace. The sagging and lack of support made for an utterly uncomfortable sleeping experience, unworthy of any reputable establishment. Equally disheartening was the state of the pool. To call it a pool would be generous; it resembled more of a neglected, stagnant pond. The absence of water, coupled with sharp edges and peeling paint, posed a serious safety hazard to guests. The feeble excuse of it being an "act of God" is insulting and fails to absolve your responsibility for basic maintenance and upkeep. Furthermore, the exorbitant prices charged for such subpar accommodations are nothing short of a blatant rip-off. I find it outrageous that your hotel has the audacity to demand premium rates while delivering a woefully inadequate guest experience. In light of these egregious shortcomings, I have no intention of ever returning to your establishment. It is my sincere hope that you take this scathing critique seriously and undertake immediate measures to rectify the myriad issues plaguing your hotel. Failure to do so will undoubtedly result in further reputational damage and a continued loss of clientele.

Flawless experience. It was a perfect brunch for us all. Our group had many moving parts and interests. Checked all of our boxes. It was a great day for all of us
- spee1957 (2/5): The Saint Hotel key west was aweful - The worst hotel we have ever stayed at… We spent over 400,000 Bonvoy points for a room (#220) 1) that you could not open the door without hitting the bed. 2) the bed was that of a child bed 3) the room had a distinctive odor 4) the windows would not open 5) the shower and bath were 2 feet from the bed 6) We came for Super Bowl and they would not allow dmsound for the game 7) the front desk staff was extremely rude and condescending We then checked into the W South Beach and it was completely the opposite…great service , great rooms and incredible attitude that of them appreciating us being there. This hotel should NEVER EVER be associated with Bonvoy as it does not live up to Bonvoy’s standard…not even close. We have been Ambassador members for many years and are extremely loyal but this was bad… Spyro Kemble
- NorthStar22430593718 (2/5): Noisy poor service overpriced hotel - Had a severe noise issues, TV that did not work, charges to our room we did not make and no responses to our phone calls, emails, Better Business Bureau complaint or credit card company dispute. We spent 300,000 Marriott points and paid $1,266 cash for room upgrades, requesting a quit room at the time of reservation. We had multiple problems that were not solved that took away from our enjoyment of Key West. Had an ear piercing noise that could be heard in our room. The noise happened many times including three nights after 11 PM. It seems flushing the toilets or running the sinks in the restrooms near the lobby triggers the sound, our room shared a wall with the restroom. We reported it to the front desk many times. We also had problems with our TV, we asked the front desk several times on January 24 the day we checked in, they did not know how to fix, she sent the bell hop to our room, he could not get it to work. We usually enjoy relaxing and watching TV in the evening, the apps that were available required subscriptions. Finally, on the last night we were there another bell hop was able to scan for channels so we could watch the NFL playoff game after we missed the complete first half. Being the closest room to the outside bar and restaurant seating area also created a lot of noise, especially late at night. On Saturday night there was a wedding next door and people were drinking and being loud late into the night.

- Devin (10/5): - This was an amazing place for my husband and I. We had an absolute blast. The room and bathrooms were so clean and the bed was SO comfortable. There was live music on the upper deck every night until 11pm. Definitely an adult's hotel, just be aware. But we had NO complaints.

From room choice to late check out. For example, when I asked for late check out. I was given a time of 12 noon but as I waited in a lobby for my Uber another guest ask for late checkout and they were given a time of 1 o'clock, go figure.

- Helen (5/5): The location and the swimming pool were the hotel's only redeeming features. - The location was excellent just off the main drag and within walking distance of all the restaurants, bars, and shops. The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The pool was small but it was lovely. They have a restaurant and a bar which we didn't use so am unable to comment on those The blue lights in the corridors and the bedrooms were off-putting. They are the sort of thing you find in public toilets to stop drug addicts from finding a vein to shoot up. I accidentally booked a small double that was so small I think it might have been a single; we were falling over each other when we were trying to shower and dress. The closet only had space for short things ie shirts and trousers so hanging a knee-length dress was an issue and there was nowhere to hang wet towels and swimwear. Our room was close to the Rooftop bar which made it noisy at the weekends but luckily they don't stay open too late.

For what they charge, I expected to be very impressed but the furniture in the room was in pretty poor condition. The dresser had glass plating on the front and the bottom drawers front was shattered, the vanity in the bathroom was missing part of the front left leg, the bathroom fixtures were all rusted, and the carpet in the room was pretty gross. I’m really not one to nitpick but this is one of the more expensive places I’ve every stayed at and I was not impressed.

The staff is outstanding, the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Right off of Duval street, yet you feel as if it was private and calming. Love the bar and the bartenders are so amazing and welcoming!! Food is also fantastic. Overall The Saint is a great hotel to stay at when visiting Key West.

- JUAN (6/5): Overhyped & Overpriced - I had high expectations for our Saint Hotel stay. We had not been to Key West for some time and hoped for a bit of comfort and luxury, but that was not to be. The staff was friendly enough. No one stood out one way or the other. Mostly. Our room was an exhibitionist’s dream (not mine) with full length windows in the bedroom and bathroom, and instead of having shades that close from the bottom up you had to pull down the entire blackout shade for any privacy whatsoever, since they both faced the Halo Rooftop Bar, where we had the worst mojito. Besides not seeing a mint leaf or lime in sight, it wasn’t just our opinion. The next day we were at a different place and tasted their mojito and I told the bartender I had now had the best mojito (theirs) and the worst one, to which the bartender said, “You must be staying at The Saint”. The drink at the Halo came from some pre-made mix, which I would expect at some cheap motel bar, not at a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel. The water pressure in the shower not great and the temperature was constantly fluctuating between cold and scolding hot. The pool area was lovely but don’t expect cocktail service. We saw one server. Once. Also, when I asked for the possibility of a late checkout, I was told an emphatic NO. This was the only time there was noticeable attitude from the Front Desk person. This place is overpriced, overhyped, in need of a new bar manager, and some brushing up on proper hospitality.
