- Lewis (5/5): Disappointing - Location was good The room had a slight smell, didn’t feel clean though I’m sure it was. I had to cut my trip short due to unforeseen circumstances and their staff did not respond to my messages through the Booking up even if they quickly sent messages before check-in. Extremely disrespectful.

La habitación era una suite, mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. En la llave del lavamanos del baño caía poca agua pero la ducha estaba perfecta. La lámpara de la mesita de luz tenía el cable un poco flojo. No era nada grave pero deberían revisarlo.

- Luigi (7/5): Don't show up 40 minutes before check in. - Excellent location....very clean and quiet....good value for money.....food at the restaurant was good and a great service... We got to the hotel at 12.20 only 40 minutes before check-in....we travel by motorcycle and we where In traffic in a 32 degrees temperature for a while....the first thing the lady at reception says was....check-in is at 1.00pm...I looked at my watch and it was 12.20 pm...she said sorry it is 12.00 and check-in is at 1.00 pm....while filling up forms and waiting I've got my phone out and it was 12.25....I did show it to her and at the point she said check-in at 1.00 pm....politely I explained to her that we where only 40 minutes earlier and with the motorcycle gear on was really hot....finally with the intervention of another lady that was a bit more friendly we got our room that BTW was Ready......

- Verified traveler (8/5): Falta de información de HOTELES.COM - Lamentablemente mi reserva se hizo a través de un portal que no indicaba que el establecimiento no podría emitir un comprobante de pago aprobado por la administración tributaria peruana para sustentar el gasto de mi compañía. A pesar de esto, el hotel se portó muy bien y resolvió el problema. Sin embargo, el mal momento en el check-out que se dio por la mala información del portal Web de HOTELES.COM podría haberse evitado. Gracias al establecimiento hotelero por la invalorable ayuda.
