• Candice (5/5): - The host was friendly once she arrived, but took ages to input all our information. The room was lovely, it was clean and as pictured. No check in instructions were provided and the listing says check in is open between certain times, but noone was at the property when we arrived and the place was locked up. Lucky we had data so that we could call them to meet us. The bath leaks. I had to message her to ask about breakfast at which point she said we had to go to the local bar and she dropped off a ticket. Breakfast was 1 coffee and one pastry each. I specifically booked a place with breakfast so we could fill up before our day of sightseeing and travelling, so was dissapointed there wasn't a proper breakfast provided, had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. When I queried the lack of proper breakfast, I was told there was something wrong with the kitchen. The kitchen seemed fine at the property and they could have told us and arranged something more suitable for breakfast rather than not be transparent and honest with guests. I would not stay here again.

• Clayton (7/5): Sicily accomodation - Very clean room and shared kitchen. The owner was friendly and helpful. She was always able to answer your messages. I asked her to provide me a blanket and she was happy to provide it. Sadly there were no Gluten free options for the continental breakfast. I did ask but somehow there was still none provided. I couldn't find a section for breakfast selection on booking .com.

Une clime dans la chambre, mais celle-ci est grande et la clim n'est pas assez puissante, Nous avons eu très froid, en. ce moment la Sicile est glacée la nuit. il a fallu aller chercher des couvertures à l'étage alors, que c est un grand escalier sans rampe. Diffile quand on voyage et qu on a besoin de récupérer. J ,ai perdu mon argent, ce n est pas normal

• Alfredo (6/5): Potrebbe migliorare - Struttura molto carina e ben tenuta, ho avuto un ottima impressione iniziale Non funzionava la luce delle scale e le scale non avevano nessuna protezione laterale quindi molto pericoloso per una famiglia con figli piccoli… Il bagno essendo nella mansarda era non adatto a gente come me di 1,90mt, che ho dovuto lavarmi i denti e tutto in posizione ambigua… Colazione bocciata perché non c’era il latte, non c’era l’acqua, poche briosche confezionate,fette biscottate senza burro, marmellata o creme… siamo andati al bar vicino ovviamente

They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. very corteous and honest people. They even let us check out a little bit later when explaining our situation. The forgot to give our IDs back on the departure (why on earth did they have to keep the IDs for the night??!). When we reached Monreale to see the church , I discovered we have no IDs, they also called us they kept our IDs. I drove back.to them, but when we arrived, they still kept us waiting for 45 mi utes till someone came and gave us tbe IDs back. It was already too late to have lunch anywhere bacause the restaurants closed. When we reached Monreale, the church also closed. So the hosts ruined our whole day totally!!! Unforgivable carelessness

• Robert (6/5): Pleasant - Good price. Friendly employee. Building was dark and no one was present when we arrived at 7:45 PM for our stay. We had to pay cellphone roaming charge to contact staff member. Hot water took about 10 minutes to heat up.
• Tamás (7/5): Clean, but noisy facility having literally one parking lot which is occupied always by someone else. On the other hand, - Friendly owner, flexible choice of breakfast, clean facility. No English speaking capability. Parking with a car at the facility is a disaster generally, but especially when there is a program in the neighbourhood, - e.g. a pizza festival -, attracting a lot of people. The room was very noisy, no sound isolation from internal as well as external sources of noise, e.g. other guests, traffic and music on the streets. It was almost impossible to rest during the nights of our stay.

The rooms are spacious, tidy, and contain everything you will need. It was a great pleasure to enjoy the small-town life in Sicily from the balcony. All was great, nothing to worry about.

• Matic (10/5): to sum up, it’s been a long time since I’ve been so satisfied with accomodation ;) - The owner was super nice and friendly, she brought us breakfast (which was included) from the local bakery and she also served us homemade olive oil (local food is important to us). The room was great, bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was really clean (also loved the huge rain shower and the towels). We also had a small and cute balcony, it was a perfect view for waking up (in front of the room is a garden with trees). The room was a bit cold during the night (we stayed here in October)

• Kari-Janne (8/5): Nice room and stay - We arrived a bit later than expected, but the woman was really welcoming and flexible! The room was simple, but clean and nice environment. She served nice breakfast at the time we wanted, we chose croissant and coffee and it was really good. The only downside was the payment; since we did not pay through Hotels.com, she wanted cash payment, and it is a bit expensive taking money out when we are not using Euro as a main currency. But really recommend this place.

• jean (8/5): - Nous avons passé deux nuitées dans ce BNB le deuxième jour on a eu la mauvaise surprise de ne pas avoir la chambre de nettoyée nous avons pendant 3 jours avec des serviettes mouillées et c'est pas bien. Le petit-déjeuner du premier jour était composé d'un café un peu de confiture du pain frais et de deux croissants. Le deuxième jour à notre demande on nous a rajouté du beurre et des fruits. La personne qui nous a reçu était tres sympa . je pense que les BNB en Sicile ne devrait pas ouvrir l'hiver car ils ont pas la possibilité de recevoir les gens ils ne chauffent pas les chambres (ils chauffent a l arrivée mais que la chambre en plein mois de janvier )ils ne sont pas sur place et donne le minimum a leur client.

• Massimiliano (10/5): Gradevole sorpresa - Ho trascorso una notte al B&B Porta delle Madonie con la mia famiglia ed abbiamo trovato la struttura molto accogliente e curata nei dettagli. Stanza ampia e luminosa, estremamente pulita ed arredata con cura come gli spazi comuni. Molto gentile e disponibile la proprietaria. Il B&B si trova nel centro storico di Campofelice, a due passi dalla piazza principale e dal belvedere, in posizione molto comoda per muoversi a piedi (dispone anche di un parcheggio per l'auto). Sicuramente da tornarci.

• Davide (10/5): Una perla di design a Campofelice - Siamo stati accolti con grande calore. La struttura è una perla di design. La colazione è locale prevalentemente dolce. La struttura ha un parcheggio riservato ma se già occupato può essere difficoltoso girare per le strade impervie del paese per cercare un posto. Per il resto la camera è molto bella e in 5 minuti si arriva alla spiaggia.

• Ed &Halina (10/5): - Fabulous accommodation provided by a delightful host who could notdo enough to ensure that we were thouroughly comfortable at all times. The room was exactly as shown in the advertisement. Everything was bright and airy and scrupulously clean. Breakfast was pleaasant, the bread so fresh it was still hot. The cappuccinos were divine. We were even supplied with fresh fruit for snacks on our excursions. A truly enjoyable experience.
