Guest Reviews
- Viviane (10/5): -
- BSwedberg (10/5): Beautiful property at Canyons Park City - This is a beautiful property in Canyon Village with easy access to to the gondola. Excellent customer service, beautiful pool and hot tub, work out room. The one bedroom unit was spacious and comfortable.
- kymmi19 (10/5): Great resort - We love the rooms, pools, and location at this resort. The staff is great and friendly. The gym is tiny and only fits about 3-4 people at a time. That’s a bummer because we’ve working out on vacation. Great restaurants and shops in Park City.
- Valory (9/5): We had a lovely stay. We live about 30 min away and it was the oerfevt place to get away for a couple days - Loved the multiple hot tubs and the size of the rooms. The parking was a bit of a nightmare. Small parking spots and I had to have my daughter get out of the car and scan our room key to open the lift gate because it wouldn’t open when I reversed out of the first stall, and couldn’t turn because there were cars in every stall.
- Wilma (10/5): - The unit was very clean and comfortable. The fireplace and view were added bonus. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
- DonnaWha (10/5): Amazing resort! - Beautiful location. Front desk staff was the best! Zander especially! The free coffee was a plus! The resort was very clean. Units were so beautiful! Beds super comfy!
- Robert (10/5): - Great place for couple, easy check-in process, well-appointed kitchen with all utensils you need, bring your own spices though. Easy in/out from parking garage. Bed was very comfortable.
- TMCRJC (10/5): Park City Utah club Wyndham - The place was immaculate. The staff was awesome. Very helpful with any requests/questions. Pool and spa area well maintained. Unit very comfortable (had a 2 bedroom) and very adequately supplied with dishes, detergents, basics (coffee, filters, salt, pepper etc). Games throughout if you wanted to play games.
- juliemoilar (10/5): Beautiful resort and accommodations - The Wyndham Park city is a beautiful resort. The rooms are very nice and up-to-date. The only downside is that you have to pay $120 a week to park one car. There is no parking outside the facility. That is the only inconvenience but is a big one.
- mdS5412KD (10/5): Club Wyndam at PC - Great club Wyndham condo units close to lower village . On public transport free to downtown hub.
Saltwater pool and hot hot tubs for post activity refreshing..
parking fee is. A bit but u need a parking spot.. we skipped owner update. Played canyon GC .
- bjgolfhammons (10/5): Outstanding resort that we highly recommend in the summer or winter - Beautiful resort with outstanding amenities. Close to skiing, free busses, parking. Excellent room and staff. Beautiful pool. Great place overall.
- beachboy121 (10/5): Fun family trip - Great location for easy access to everything. Rooms are big and clean. On-site bike and ski rental service.
- reneecollinsvt (10/5): Great property! - Fantastic timeshare! We had a two bedroom 2 bath unit with a nice living room and full kitchen. Very spacious. Nice to be able to do laundry in our unit after hikes. Wonderful resort with lots to do in the area!
- M2540LIgordong (10/5): - Beautiful location, super convenient, and fantastic rooms. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back! The rooms were extremely clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a large and very function kitchen.
- Steven (8/5): - Property was clean and front desk person was welcoming. Had nicely UpToDate furnished 2 bedroom suite. Property pool area worked well for us and felt private. Things that did not work for us were the lower Canyon area of hotel lacked a restaurant or bar so everything required a commute to upper area which was 20 to 30 minute wait time or we just always uber to town. In part we had larger Van so not easy to park in garage while we adlibed with Ubers and tried the public transit but that really just didn't fit our schedule
- wendybJ7865IQ (10/5): Family fun in Park City - We booked 3 units for a family vacation of 7 adults and 7 children, and had such a good time. This resort is perhaps the most hospitable I have ever stayed at. There were unexpected 'extras' such as a s-mores night and a hotdog lunch, along with a coffee/hot chocolate machine and games to play in the common areas.
- Vacation23911613187 (10/5): Absolutely beautiful, clean and relaxing. - We are on day three of seven at this resort. It is absolutely beautiful here. We have spent every day lounging by the pool and exploring the area. The unit is clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had the pizza cutter break on the first night and a new one was immediately brought to our room. An obvious manager brought us ice cream treats by the pool yesterday (this is a first for us and we are avid travelers). I see staff and management walking the area and there is always someone around if you need anything. I have been very impressed and we still have four more awesome days to spend here. Loving everything about our summer getaway in Park City!
- Coastal563927 (8/5): Very Nice Property - We enjoyed our unit. It was clean and well equipped. The unit had a couple maintenance issues. The fan in the master bath was too loud to use and the living room ceiling fan didn't work. Neither was a real inconvenience. There was a lot to do and see in the area. I would recommend Park City as a destination and Club Wyndham Park City as a good place to stay.
- Susan (10/5): - We had a wonderful anniversary trip! They even sent cider and an apple pie and popcorn to help us celebrate. The accommodations were comfortable and stylish. The service was excellent. Would definitely stay again!
- Kim3161 (10/5): Great location to stay at and so close to town. - All amenities were included in each room, and had a full kitchen for eating in your room if you choose to do that. Nice deck on the 3rd floor to sit out on and just relax.
- Mylon (9/5): Superb -
- janfran1223 (10/5): Fun place to stay - We went here for a Summer Vacation through our timeshare. Place is clean and very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly. We went before the high season so it was quiet. They are close to the Olympic area where the Winter games take place. This is a good place to stay during skiing season. There lift access outside the hotel. My family and I had fun staying in this hotel. I’d recommend it.
- Javier (10/5): - Best place great staff and wonderful rooms
- Jordan (9/5): Fun girls trip for the weekend at a hotel that was clean and well taken care of. - Nicely remodeled and clean.
- Mgtchev (10/5): Great location and friendly staff - We love the location of the Wyndham resort and the staff are always very friendly and professional. The resort is located in the Canyons area of Park City which puts you halfway between Kimball junction and downtown Park City. The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in is very updated and clean. It has all the essentials you need for a couple or entire family. The pool is heated and has 2 large hot tubs in a scenic area of the resort. It also features a small gym with a couple of exercise machines and free weights. It's not much but it is never busy so it works. They also have a complimentary coffee station near the front desk so that's a nice touch.
Our biggest complaint is the mattress. If you like an extremely stiff mattress, you'll be happy. Unfortunately we find them to be so uncomfortable that we either leave early or layer the mattress with pillows or a thick mattress pad. I genuinely like this resort over a couple of 5 star hotels in the Canyons but they need to invest in a quality mattress to truly compete.
- Amy (10/5): - Love the layout of the 2 besroom
- rvstauff (2/5): Worst Company Ever - Avoid anything Wyndham at all costs. We made a reservation back in August and also paid in full. When we arrived at the resort, we were told that they had cancelled our reservation the night before and that we should have been notified. We did not receive any phone call, text, or email. There also was no pending credit on my credit card for the full payment that I had made 3 months prior. We actually got an email 3 days prior as a reminder that we had a reservation. My cancelation policy was that I had to give 3 days notice or be charged 1 night. But they can cancel the night before and keep ALL my money.
We had flown from Charlotte, NC to Salt Lake City. We also had family coming to meet us there and stay with us. The desk staff said that there was nothing they could do. They gave us some phone numbers, which led to no where. After 2 hours of phone calls, we finally found some one who said they could relocate us. The nearest available resort would be $77 more per night. I said I wasn't paying a dime more. They said it was either this or we could get a refund plus 20%. I took the refund, which might have been the only way I would actually get my money back and went back to Salt Lake City and stayed there.
We are telling all our family and friends to avoid any property in the Wyndham portfolio.
- PWD1956 (10/5): Perfect Location and very nice units. - Club Wyndaham is located next to a ski lift, so if you go here during the season, it's a perfect location.
The surrounding area is nice for hiking as well and historic Park Ciry Main street is only 10 min drive away.
The 2 bedrrom unit I was assigned was very spacious and well maintained. Had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Kitchen areas with dining counter was spacious. Fireplace in the living room was a nice touch. The unit was very clean, modern, and well maintained.
- Dallas (10/5): - The staff was so accommodating and helpful. They gave us local information on what restaurants to try. They also gave us a free upgrade on our room. We will definitely stay here again.
- janetsI7801FJ (10/5): I will stay here again:) - The staff is very friendly and helpful and the family-oriented activities are wonderful and do not cost extra. The hot chocolate is delicious!
- Teresa (10/5): Wonderful stay in a great location - The facility is great. Comfortable and family friendly. Staff is wonderful too. Would definitely return and recommend to others
- Sue Ellen (6/5): - Refrigerator didn’t work for the whole first day we were there. Came and tried to fix it and it still didn’t work. Had to request them to come back. We finally asked for a new room and moved. Tub was dirty and slimy. Other than that the room was good. Front desk staff were great.
- ddelvacchio (10/5): Lovely Resort near chiar lift - Club Wyndham is a lovely resort with easy access to a chair lift and to the town free shuttle. We had a one bedroom unit which was spacious and well equipped with a full kitchen and washer & dryer.
- bruceh561 (10/5): First rate! - This is one of the nicest Club Wyndham properties we have visited. Everything was clean, functional, and in good repair. There was less sales pressure than usual (although still too much). Soundproofing was good. Some rooms have a mountain view, although the greater part of the view is of buildings. A ski lift is just a few steps from the front door. Parking costs extra (ridiculous!), and the doors to the parking garage are very narrow, but over all, a nice facility.
- SteenK2 (8/5): Great location in a wonderful place - It was a super stay, although the resort is a bit dated (was told a renovation was forthcoming). Staff, cleanliness etc., was all great. Perfect condo to work from. Needs a bigger gym with more equipment.
- charo908 (10/5): fun sightseeing on chairlifts - So nice and cool each evening and morning--oh. that great fresh air when the rest of the country is HOT
Park city utah has so much to offer and the wyndam resort
- Julie (1/5): We didn't get to stay there!!!! - NOT a thing! Being contacted less then an hour before check in to be told the 3 rooms I had booked 6 months ago had been overbooked and given to someone else, They CANCELLED Reservations and could not help me!! so disappointed and so was our family who were staying in the other 2 rooms!
- Nannerwill2 (10/5): Comfortable and clean - We enjoyed our stay. The space is modern and the stuff are very friendly. It's in a great location near all activities and shopping.
- 773jacquelinen (10/5): Nice break from the heat - Resort was comfortable, quiet since it's not ski season so all the better for us. We needed rest & rest we got. The unit was nicely decorated with a very functional floor plan and has all we need, including the washer & dryer. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the many nearby trails, sights, restaurants, and stores. We also got to visit the Olympic Park, which we didn't even have to pay...sweet!!! The area is surrounded with beautiful mountains & snowcaps & only about 30 min from Salt Lake City; therefore, we took a couple trips there to explore as well. Lots to see so we thoroughly enjoyed our week there. Thank you!
- Loren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michele (10/5): - Gorgeous location, hotel and scenery!! Customer service was top notch and the front desk also provided several options for activities, hiking trails, restaurants etc. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and highly recommend!
- Jo (8/5): Property had everything we needed but the timeshare presentation was unpleasant - Property was great Timeshare presentation
- davidvY5345BZ (10/5): Great place - Great location in Canyon Village. The resort itself - very nice condos, pool and hot tubs superb. They have a coffee machine in the lobby - makes the absolute best lattes. While not in ski season there is a lift station directly next to resort and the resort rents equipment.
- Kevin (10/5): Ideal ski location with wonderful staff - Perfect Location for Wiking! Nothing…fantastic place to stay
- Josiah (10/5): - A special surprise request was made during our stay and to say that they went above and beyond would be an understatement. They were lovely and absolutely thoughtful. It was so fun to walk into our room and see how much preparations had been done for me.
- Napsterthecat (10/5): Great resort and location - We stayed three nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The resort is right beside a free gondola that took us to a ski slope at the top of the mountain. We caught the free community bus to Park City Old Town. The parking is covered keeping your car out of the weather.
- Nomad658490 (8/5): Great location; great staff; a couple different policies than what we are used to - We had a 4 bedroom presidential and 2 different 2 bedroom deluxe units during our stay of 10 days. We had a large group of family and we had a great time. Overall the resort was great. The staff were kind and attentive and always available, the resort is in an amazing location for skiing with a gondola on property just steps from the front door. The rooms were clean and up to date. Being a Wyndham owner and staying in Club Wyndham properties 6-10 times/ year and usually in 2-3 bedroom units, we found these rooms to be quite small and tight on space compared to typical Wyndham properties. Even the 4 bedroom presidential living space was compact and tight on space for the unit type. The 4 bedroom presidential would have been fine for maybe 6 guests comfortably in the living room... That is all there is seating for unless you use the table chairs and bar stools. The living room itself is small compared to many properties. If this had been the first Wyndham property we have stayed at, we would probably have never been disappointed at all, I just want other owners to know that it is relatively small and limited seating compared to most Wyndham properties.
the 2 Bed. Deluxe rooms were very small and tight living spaces. There is a single couch and no dining table nor dining area at all. There are bar stools as the kitchen counter, and the stools are on both sides of the kitchen counter, so you have stools in the living room and in the actual kitchen itself. I don't know that I have been to another Club Wyndham property in a 2 bed. Deluxe that didn't have a dining room table and dining area.
The bedrooms were fine. not large, but they were adequate. Our son has autism and we usually have a twin air mattress and we can have him sleep in the master bedroom on the floor. There was no place large enough, even if moving the bed all the way against the wall, to get a twin air mattress on the floor. That is highly unusual for a Wyndham 2 bed Deluxe.
I assume that these rooms are small due to the prime location and to maximize square footage. Again, if this was our first Wyndham, we wouldn't know the difference and wouldn't probably have an issue.
There were 2 things that were not problems, but were just inconsistent with what is standard in our experience with Wyndham. We had a split reservation due to availability and so we had to move from one room to another during out stay. This is not a problem and we knew this coming in. It is also something we run into quite often when we stay more than a week or two at a given resort. So we are used to this. However, typically the Club Wyndhams that we stay are very accommodating and almost insist that they will move our stuff from one room to the next being that we check-out of one room at 10:00 am and usually can't get into our new room until 4:00 pm. They typically tell us to pack up and leave our bags in the living room or hallway of the unit and they will take them to our new room for us. This is great when we are planning on being on the slopes for the day, or out and about in town. Of course we always leave $100 for the service, but they always offer it as a curtesy. Several places we have noticed the housekeeping staff have a cooler, and they empty our fridge into it and when we get to our new room later that day, our stuff is in the fridge.
This is a very common and typical at many different Wyndhams. When we asked if we can leave our bags in the room we were told no. The manager seemed a bit confused when I asked. I explained that we typically are told to leave our things in the room we are leaving and we go skiing (depending on where we are) and when we get back our new room is ready and they have moved our things... He was honestly confused and said that was not something that they have ever done. He did offer that we can bring our stuff down to the closet that they have (tiny room / large closet) behind the desk and leave our stuff there... We had a 4 bedroom and 10 people's luggage and ski gear... if there was nothing else in that room our stuff still would not fit. The morning of the transfer, they actually had our next room available (but they were not able to tell me that until 8:00 am that morning even though it was empty the night before, they couldn't tell us that the night before)... so we were able to get in which was nice. Again, if you are a long time Club Wyndham Owner and know that this is typical, it is just an inconsistency at this location.
We had a late flight (6:00 pm) the day we left and asked if we could extend our stay another night so we could have the room for the day. We were told that they had no way to see that locally and that there was no way for them to do anything with our reservation on location and we had to call Wyndham.
Again, we travel a lot with Wyndham and there are numerous times that we have added a day or two to a stay at a Wyndham property. It has happened enough that I know that they can not only do it locally, but they can do it and do what is called a point deduction on our account. My wife was told at the front desk that their system locally does not allow them to do that and they have never heard of that before... When I went down the next day to ask (because I figured that whoever she talked to was new or maybe just didn't know), I was basically told the same thing. When I told them that they we have had other properties do it even recently, they said that maybe I was at a Wyndham hotel and "not a timeshare property. Wyndham hotels are different."
While I appreciated the answer, I did have to smile and tell them that I do know the difference. Panama City Beach; Bonnet Creek; and several others have all done this in the past....
I asked them to please check with their manager and see... Later i got a call from the manager that told me, "Yes. We can do that locally and we can do a point deduction to your account if a room is available, but right now there were none available..."
This is not a complaint about the resort nor the staff. However, it is a statement that it is inconsistent with what would typically be standard policy that we have been used to across the Club Wyndham Experience.
The staff were great in regards to personality, polite, available, ready to help, etc... The resort was in a great location and was absolutely awesome to have a ski lift right on property and ski rentals on the first floor!
One other inconsistency between this resort and any other we have stayed at was that they had an amazing coffee machine and hot chocolate in the lobby!!! Being able to get a late or cappuccino anytime we wanted and kids getting hot chocolate after skiing all day was something that no other Wyndham we have stayed has had that we know of! That almost made up for them not offering to move our bags to out new room. :)
We are Founders Owners and travel a lot we use our points and truly like our Wyndham ownership.
- girlslovesportstoo (8/5): Amazing stay - Beautiful place. We had a 2bdrm/2bath condo on the first floor, even though we were not on a high level the view was still incredible. The resort is right next to the Gondala which will take you up the mountain to shops & ski resorts. No need to get a rental car, there are free shuttles around town that can take you to the popular areas. It's also very easy to get an uber to take you anywhere the shuttles don't
We arrived pretty late so luckily no one offered us a timeshare presentation. They did call the next day, but very happy they were not pushy with it.
The resort has a gym that we didn't use but looked average to other hotel gyms, just a room with a few machines and weights
It was way too cold to use the pool & hot tub but it looked like a very nice area, I don't think the weather hit 20 degrees the whole time we were here (it stayed betewen 10-15 degrees).
The lobby has a hot drink machine that will make you yummy drinks. You just ask the desk clerk for a cup and you can select a coffee or non-coffee drink. Super nice when you are coming in from the cold
The whole town looks like a Christmas card, loved the area and would really like to come back one day
- dennispeterd (10/5): 5 star Ski Lodge experience - First, the entrance so resembles a Ski Lodge. Then the front desk people are extremely friendly and if not checking in a person will have a conversation. They will direct you to the Hot Beverage machine too ( a must do). Next, my room was literally almost on the gondola with super views of the mountain. From the front entrance to the enclosed gondola must be 50 yards or so. At the end of the you can ski to the gondola almost ski in. The room was roomy, the heat did work. The only criticism is that underground parking garage is $20 per day, but at least your car stays warm LOL
- Maredia (8/5): It was fun family get together. - Na Na
- Brenda (10/5): We love this property and location. - We are Wyndham time share owners but the room size and dates were not available through Wyndham, so we booked with booking.com, as we know and love the property. The common area (hallways) rugs could use a cleaning. The property also did not smell clean. It could use some air fresheners in common areas.
- Danielle (10/5): - I wish the gym was better. But I had a great rate and thought the unit was very nice.
- Brooklynn (10/5): - Spent the weekend with my family celebrating a fun early Thanksgiving together. It was the perfect weekend. The staff a was very inviting and helpful.
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hidden parking fees. Overrun with kids. Lower grade compared to other hotels in the Canyons Village.
- Heidi (1/5): Harassed!! - The room was good I did NOT like the harassment that I got the moment I got there till the moment I left. Buy this, give me your credit card to secure this and that, and parking is $10 a day and just the nickel and diming everything. It was like everything was an extra cost on top of the cost it was to stay there. That made the whole stay horrible!! Never going back and will make sure everyone else knows!
- Jose (8/5): View was amazing - Hotel is nice and the views are amazing, but parking is a nightmare if you happen to have more than 1 vehicle.
- Lindsay (10/5): - Great place! Cute S’mores kits, 2 hot tubs, easy to get around.
- FAHAD (10/5): اقامة استثنائية - كانت اقامة استثنائية شكرا للموظفين الرائعين شكرا للمدير كانت اقامة رائع وجميله جدا وبالطبع لنا زياره مره اخرى كل شي كان رائع
- Mike (8/5): - Initially had an issue with wi-fi connecting apple devices (phones and ipads). Had to get on the phone with an IT person to authorize each device separately. Apparently their network does not like the apple private wifi address feature.
- jaden (6/5): - We could hear the guests above us all the time, and the WiFi wasn’t working.
- Noel (10/5): What more do you need? - Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a clean hotel. Overall, just a great place to enjoy your time in Park City.
- Rosa (9/5): Superb -
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Esther (8/5): - I loved It’s proximity to Canyon Village was great. Concierge was good. Public transport was good too and free. What I didn’t like was the lack of cleaning service for stay less than 8 days. I stayed 5 days 4night. They also don’t have a late check out. It wasn’t offered.
- Lara (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (10/5): Family trip - The staff was always available and happy to help
- Jesse (10/5): - very large studio room with full kitchen and separate bedroom; plenty of space!
- Jennifer (10/5): - Honestly, this property was great! Probably one of the better places we've stayed at this year. It was clean and felt safe. Our room was great - we enjoyed our suite and the amenities it provided. The pool was also enjoyable and generally quiet and relaxing (just what we needed from our vacation). The only thing we didn't care for was the parking garage. While we enjoyed secure parking, the entry/exit doors are quite small, as were the spaces. If you have a large vehicle, we can't imagine trying to navigate this area.
- Angie (10/5): Great Staff - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We'll definitely go back!
- Adam (8/5): - Great stay!! Clean, and perfect for a girls get away!!
- Maria Cecilia (10/5): - Property feels like home. Thanks for helping us with all our travels.
- Aaron (4/5): - Didn’t clean our room for our entire 4 day stay. Asked for more towels and got unfolded towels in a plastic bath delivered by a rude cleaning person.
TV is locked down so you can’t watch most channels. They want you to purchase shows even for kids. $15-30 per show that are only available once per day.
Check in experience was poor. They tried to sell me on stuff for 30 minutes even after I told them I had my 3 kids and pregnant wife sitting outside in the hot car.
Wouldn’t recommend.
- julie (6/5): Disappointed - Couldn’t find our reservation ! They were weird about it and acted as if we were shady ! We waited all day to check in for reservation I fully paid for in Sept! They still hadn’t figured it out but put us in a 2 bedroom room which we paid for ! They didn’t even try to apologise or make us more comfortable ! This was a trip for my daughters bdayxx BC and it was really uncomfortable and embarrassing ! We will never stay there again !
- Russell (8/5): - Nice looking property, inside was very clean. A few issues:
1. the floors are not well insulated. It sounded like the people above us were having a dance party until 11:00. In the middle of the night I was awakened by a toilet flushing. In my experience, I don't think you should be able to hear a toilet flush (enough to wake someone) from a unit above.
2. Dining options: none on site but many within driving or shuttle short distance.
3. It was snowing pretty good most of the day and the snow wasn't cleared off of the sidewalks (and more importantly the steps) until after dark (they were able to clear it overnight.)
4. Know that you will be "offered" a time share presentation, not in a pushy way, but they did try a couple of times to engage.
- Maria Leticia (10/5): - Awesome staff and great location!!! Very clean!
- Stephanie Robinette (10/5): - Amazing all the way around!
Employees are top notch
- Esther (10/5): - quiet nestled; good views for first time in UTAH!
- Stephen (10/5): Park City Wyndham - Samar was terrific
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the space was beautiful and clean.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Since our luggage came out of baggage claim soaking wet, I was excited that our suite had its own washer and dryer. It was a life saver!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Quiet room. Full kitchen. Attentive staff.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved everything about our stay. Room and pool area were great. Will definitely come back for another stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice location… good view. Disappointing customer service apparently due to Covid staff does not clean rooms or vacuum. And if you need fresh towels/toilet paper/ good luck! Took 3 calls down to reception to get those items. Not a bad place just not sure if I’ll visit it again
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great facility
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location for families. The room was perfect with a nice kitchen and there were fun amenities that our kids enjoyed (pool, games, etc.). We will definitely stay here again.
- Wendy (10/5): Great place!!! - We loved this place. Great location and front desk staff very accommodating.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great rooms
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent location. Nice room well equipped kitchen. COVID makes services and amenities difficult so not much to comment on
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property was great. Great location. Service was phenomenal. The only drawback is the lack of an on-site restaurant or food service. They are restaurants a short distance from the property.
- Sheilah (10/5): Gorgeous - Gorgeous hotel in gorgeous location. Room was immaculate and extra safety measures were in place. If you plan on using the hot tubs, book your time early and bring a robe and flip flops. It was a brisk walk back to the room in a towel.
- DeAnn (10/5): - Very well cleaned and very nice rooms. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tubs were open by reservations and we felt very safe.
- MaryH (10/5): - Units were modern and had everything one could want!! Loved the hot tub. Fine with making a reservation ahead as wee we had the tub to our family. Wish there was at least basic coffee or snacks available in a cafe or similar.
- Corinne (10/5): Clean new feel - The room and hotel overall was very clean. Everything looked like it was brand new. The beds were very comfortable. Everything worked. And a lot of amenities.
- Stefania (6/5): Nice looking hotel but not much else - I have mixed views about this stay due to all of the covid 19 restrictions. You had to make a reservation to use the pool or hot tub. You could not make this in advance. The hotel is overall nice but it costs 10 dollars a day to park there and its not like its in walking distance of anything. The roads around this hotel are all torn up and its a mess. Other things that i found disappointing are things like the batteries in the tv remote being almost dead. Our microwave would only work if you slam the door. Things are just starting to show wear and tear. For the price of this hotel i wouldnt waste my time again. Especially during covid 19.
- Kevin (10/5): - The customer service is always unbelievable. Very helpful and the facility is very clean. With COVID 19. You can only go to the pool 1 hour once a day, and you need to reserve a time. We wanted to swim most of the time we were there so that was unfortunate
- Justim (10/5): - Great locationnand helpful staff. The 2 bedroom units were spacious and clean.
- Malissa W. (10/5): Park city - We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. It was very clean and perfect for our group if 8. Our stay was amazing and would have been more amazing if the hot tub and pool was open to the public. Due to Covid-19 that was not possible.
- Payam (4/5): stay away - The staff were rude and did not offer cleaning service and after asking several times refused to give us robes for the pool stating that those are reserved for elite customers and we are somehow not one of them despite paying over $800 per night. Would never stay there again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice large clean rooms...hottub and pool nice and accessable...ski in ski out...no restaurant ...no bar and no groceries / drinks on site which is a negative...
