- Lawrence (2/5): Not what I would expect from Comfort Inn. - The price and location to I95 The person English was terrible. 15 attempts to call about the A/C no one ever picked up the phone. The A/C only blew out hot air. They offered me a Fan id rather a room with Working A/C. WE HAD TO SECURR ANOTHER HOTEL AT 8PM. TO GET A REFU D IT TOOK3 DAYS TO GET THE LROPERTY GM to do it. BOOKING TRIED TO REACH HIM AND THE HOTEL STILL NO ANSWER. WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE.

Pool area needs to be re thought. Elevator broken. Ice machine missing on the 2 nd floor. Breakfast should have more grab and go

- Amber (3/5): Spend a couple dollars and go somewhere better - The kids loved the pool that was about the only highlight. We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night because we got locked inside of our room. There was no phone to call the front desk so I had to Google the phone number and call the front desk and have somebody come unlock our door. They could not figure out why it kept blocking when we would shut it so they switched our rooms. Also many of our teammates that were also staying had to switch rooms due to cleanliness issues. They definitely need new beds because they’re old and disgusting.

- Terry (3/5): Bad experience - The location was pretty good and the room was clean when we got there.p Where to start the room and had no air conditioner is apparently broken and they were trying to fix it. They told us it would be fixed by Monday or Tuesday and was still not fixed when we left on Friday morning. They did give us a fan to stir the air and try to make it cooler but it was still 77 to 78°. They would stack the trash at the back door where you had to go out to get in your car it was there for days. The indoor pool looks cloudy. I had to get our card redone twice cuz it would not let us in the room and I had to ask for more towels and wash clothes cuz I never came and got the dirty ones out and put new ones in and we did not have the do not deserve sign on the door.

Pool didn’t look too inviting and construction was going on parking was limited trash set at back door for quite sometime which was not appealing.

The air conditioning didn’t work… our suite had a king size bed with 5 small pillows that looked like it belonged to the sofa so I asked for regular pillows and explained there were only small pillows so the guy got the pillows but kept saying how weird it was as if he didn’t believe us. And the pool.. was very cloudy

- DURWOOD (1/5): It was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! - The breakfast was good. The air conditioning did not work and was broke and could not be fixed and they did not have another room to move us to. The room was about 85 degrees all night and we could not get comfortable and sleep it was so hot and miserable. They knew in advance their air conditioning was broke but they did not notify or give us an option in advance or offer us a refund. We want a refund and we will never stay here again. They said we are sorry but there is nothing we can do which is a load of crap!!

Las habitaciones están limpias, el desayuno estuvo bien, pero a las 9 am comienzan a recoger todo y no les importa que la gente que recién baje se sirvan algo, prefieren tirar las cosas a la basura que esperar unos segundos. La piscina es temperada pero igual es un poco fría, es baja y el recubrimiento parece lija, raspa mucho, tuve un accidente y choque con la pared y me rape toda la nariz y parte de los labios.

- Cora (9/5): Stay was comfortable for us and our pockets convenient too - No hassle very comfortable as always The room we stayed in was very hot. The thermostat must of been wired wrong. When the ac was set on it got super hot but when the heat was on the room cooled down. Of course we made that work but it took a while to figure out. There was dried milk on the counter so it shows it wasn’t properly cleaned and a drill hole that wasn’t patched up when renovating the room of course that’s little no biggie but was odd seeing and can’t be too careful in trusting there were no creeeps that can spy with said hole
- Ralph (1/5): Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Communication from management even worse. - The cost When we checked in; was told the main elevator was broken. My husband had mobility issues so stairs are not easy. We were put on the 4th floor where renovations are being done. (It felt like a 3rd class citizen type of treatment) furniture lined the hallways outside every room on the floor. We couldn’t bring the bellboy cart through the obstacle. When we asked for furniture to be moved it was directly placed in front of the stairs. The furniture in the hallway is a fire hazard. When we woke up, we went to breakfast after the only other elevator broke down. Leaving zero elevators for a man with mobility issues: now we are talking about an ADA issue. The room had what seemed like huge blood stains all over the floors, toilet not clean. When we contacted the General Manager, there was no response at all. That is super disappointing. You have a fire hazard and an ADA issues and the management couldn’t be bothered. I will be contacting a lawyer and making sure every site that I can review for other guests to see what is going on at this facility. I am mad at myself for trusting this hotel chain. Absolutely not with a penny to stay.

- David (8/5): BEAUTIFUL & INTERESTING HOME STYLE LAYOUT - Everything was quite alright. Rickie, the front desk representative, was quite pleasant. The only issue was there was a rather awkward delay-outside of Rickie’s control where apparently Booking.com did not update an advanced reservation my wife and I had made. It was probably an anomaly, however upon arriving into the room (which is two sectional type rooms) I learned my son was sick and did not have the opportunity to fully assess everything the hotel had to offer up until checkout. My main concern was that I was given (in error) a previously occupied room that was strangely cleaned but had a bed off the mountings and random markers and just plain oddities all over the bedroom portion of the room. I alerted Rickie to this when I had got off the phone with the hospital and he was quick to give us a corner room that was clean. I wish I could have ended the review on that happy note, but it must be a thing where corner rooms our UNUSUALLY colder than others. I never knew that, but what little sleep I got was due to this fact. I didn’t want to pester the front receptionist anymore than I already had , so I just did my best. But ya know what, in sum and substance-this is lovely hotel, staff was gracious and accommodating. If an issue arose, they knew exactly how to fix it. So, I never believed I was left out or being treated differently. I appreciate everyone’s hard work. Sometimes situations happen and that’s that. Yes, I would absolutely recommend this property-it is quite nice! :)

They had renovations going on with furniture all in the hallways which interfere with pushing luggage on cart. The wash cloths were dingy to the point you can’t tell if they were clean or dirty

- svf5073 (1/5): Disappointed at best - The bed was comfortable. Nothing at the hotel worked, the heat was busted in our room and the temperature was a nice 90 degrees. Once I moved rooms, the second room has the toilet clogged and the hear was still high and couldn't be turned down. The elevators were not working and the staff was subpar with little customer service skills. Avoid this place. If I had been spending more than one night I would've asked for a refund and gone elsewhere.
